Abstract
A swing-type removable toy includes a casing and a motor disposed in the casing. An output end of the motor is connected with a gear unit. The gear unit is further connected with a wheel unit. The wheel unit includes a driven gear, a wheel axle and two wheels. The driven wheel meshes with the gear unit. The wheel axle is inserted through the driven gear. The two wheels are coupled to two ends of the wheel axle. The two wheels are eccentric relative to the wheel axle. When the wheel axle is turned, the toy is staggered to move by the two eccentric wheels. Compared to a traditional toy that is erect to move, the present invention can attract more consumers.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a drive structure of a toy, and more particularly, to a removable toy which is staggered by eccentric wheels to march.

2. Description of the Prior Art

A conventional power toy comprises a motor and a battery therein. When the motor is activated, the motor will drive the wheels of the toy to move. Most power toys only have the function to march and the toys are erect, so they are monotonous and cannot attract children. Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve these problems.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary object of the present invention is to provide a swing-type removable toy to improve unexciting motion of a conventional simply power toy. The removable toy uses eccentric wheels so that the casing of the toy is staggered to march. This can enhance the amusement of the power toy to attract more consumers to purchase the toys.

In order to achieve the aforesaid object, the swing-type removable toy of the present invention comprises a casing and a motor disposed in the casing. An output end of the motor is connected with a gear unit. The gear unit is further connected with a wheel unit. The wheel unit comprises a driven gear, a wheel axle and two wheels. The driven wheel meshes with the gear unit. The wheel axle is inserted through the driven gear. The two wheels are coupled to two ends of the wheel axle. The two wheels are eccentric relative to the wheel axle.

The casing further comprises a positioning seat and a battery therein. The positioning seat is able to fix the battery and the motor.

The bottom of the casing is provided with a bottom seat. The bottom seat has two grooves for the two wheels to insert therethrough. The two wheels extend out of the two grooves.

The base is provided with a switch.

The bottom seat further has two holes.

The bottom seat is placed on a base. The base has two slots and two pillars. The two slots are for the two wheels to insert therethrough. The two pillars are inserted in the two holes so that the base and the casing are connected to the base steady.

The casing is provided with magnets inside the front and rear of the casing.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the swing-type removable toy of the present invention comprises a casing 1, a motor 2, a gear unit 3, a wheel unit 4, and a bottom seat 5.

The casing 1 is hollow and can be any desired shape. The casing 1 is provided with magnets 11 inside the front and rear of the casing 1. The casing 1 comprises a positioning seat 12 therein. The positioning seat 12 is provided with a battery 13.

The motor 2 is disposed in the casing 1. Preferably, the motor 2 is located in the positioning seat 12.

The gear unit 3 meshes with an output end of the motor 2. When the motor 2 is activated, the gear unit 3 will be driven by the motor 2.

The wheel unit 4 is located at the bottom of the casing 1. The wheel unit 4 comprises a driven gear 41, a wheel axle 42, and two wheels 43, 44. The driven wheel 41 meshes with the gear unit 3. The wheel axle 42 is inserted through the driven gear 41. The two wheels 43, 44 are coupled to two ends of the wheel axle 42. Particularly, the two wheels 43, 44 are eccentric relative to the wheel axle 42.

The bottom seat 5 is located at the bottom of the casing 1 under the wheel unit 4. The bottom seat 5 has two grooves 51 for the two wheels 4344 to insert therethrough. The two wheels 43, 44 extend out of the two grooves 51. The bottom seat 5 further has two holes 52.

A switch 6 is mounted on the base 5.

A base 7 has two slots 71 and two pillars 72. The two slots 72 are for the two wheels 43, 44 to insert therethrough. The two pillars 72 are inserted in the two holes 52, so that the base 5 and the casing 1 are connected to the base 7 steady, as shown in FIG. 3.

Referring to FIG. 4, FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, when the motor 2 is activated, the gear unit 3 will be driven to turn the wheel unit 4. Because the two wheels 43, 44 are eccentric relative to the wheel axle 42, the casing 1 is staggered to move by the interlaced two wheels 43, 44 to enhance the amusement of the toy.

As shown in FIG. 7, the casing 1 is provided with the magnets 11 inside the front and rear of the casing 1. A plurality of casings 1 is connected by the magnets 11 to move forward in a swing way, providing more fun.

Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
