Claims
- 1. In a cosmetic composition comprising mica powder blended therein, the improvement wherein said mica powder is a synthetic mica powder in which the mol number of fluorine in the synthetic mica powder is from 75 to 99% of the stoichiometrical composition of synthetic mica, wherein the synthetic mica powder is represented by the formula:
- X.sub.1/3.about.1 Y.sub.2.about.3 (Z.sub.4 O.sub.10)F.sub.1.5.about.1.99
- wherein X represents one or more ions selected from the group consisting of Na.sup.+, K.sup.+, Li.sup.+, Ca.sup.2+, Rb.sup.2+, and Sr.sup.2+ ; Y represents one or more ions selected from the group consisting of Mg.sup.2+, Fe.sup.2+, Ni.sup.2+, Mn.sup.2+, Al.sup.3+, Fe.sup.3+ and Li.sup.+ ; and Z represents one or more ions selected from the group consisting of Al.sup.3+, Si.sup.4+, Ge.sup.4+, Fe.sup.3+, and B.sup.3+.
- 2. In a cosmetic composition comprising mica powder blended therein, the improvement wherein said mica powder is a synthetic mica powder in which the end face of particles of the synthetic mica powder is laminated, wherein the synthetic mica powder is represented by the formula:
- X.sub.1/4.about.1 Y.sub.2.about.3 (Z.sub.4 O.sub.10)F.sub.2
- wherein X represents one or more ions selected from the group consisting of Na.sup.+, K.sup.+, Li.sup.+, Ca.sup.2+, Rb.sup.2+, and Sr.sup.2+ ; Y represents one or more ions selected from the group consisting of Mg.sup.2+, Fe.sup.2+, Ni.sup.2+, Mn.sup.2+, Al.sup.3+, Fe.sup.3+ and Li.sup.+ ; and Z represents one or more ions selected from the group consisting of Al.sup.3+, Si.sup.4+, Ge.sup.4+, Fe.sup.3+, and B.sup.3+.
- 3. In a cosmetic composition comprising mica powder blended therein, the improvement wherein said mica powder is a synthetic mica powder where the mol number of fluorine in the synthetic mica powder is from 75 to 99% of the stoichiometrical amount of synthetic mica and the end face of synthetic mica particles is laminated, wherein the synthetic mica powder is represented by the formula:
- X.sub.1/3.about.1 Y.sub.2.about.3 (Z.sub.4 O.sub.10)F.sub.1.5.about.1.99
- wherein X represents one or more ions selected from the group consisting of Na.sup.+, K.sup.+, Li.sup.+, Ca.sup.2+, Rb.sup.2+, and Sr.sup.2+ ; Y represents one or more ions selected from the group consisting of Mg.sup.2+, Fe.sup.2+, Ni.sup.2+, Mn.sup.2+, Al.sup.3+, Fe.sup.3+ and Li.sup.+, and Z represents one or more ions selected from the group consisting of Al.sup.3+, Si.sup.4+, Ge.sup.4+, Fe.sup.3+, and B.sup.3+.
- 4. A powder base for a cosmetic composition comprising synthetic mica powder, in which the mol number of fluorine in the synthetic mica powder is from 75 to 99% of the stoichiometrical composition of synthetic mica, wherein the synthetic mica powder is represented by the formula:
- X.sub.1/3.about.1 Y.sub.2.about.3 (Z.sub.4 O.sub.10)F.sub.1.5.about.1.99
- wherein X represents one or more ions selected from the group consisting of Na.sup.+, K.sup.+, Li.sup.+, Ca.sup.2+, Rb.sup.2+, and Sr.sup.2+ ; Y represents one or more ions selected from the group consisting of Mg.sup.2+, Fe.sup.2+, Ni.sup.2+, Mn.sup.2+, Al.sup.3+ and Li.sup.+ ; and Z represents one or more ions selected from the group consisting of Al.sup.3+, Si.sup.4+, Ge.sup.4+, Fe.sup.3+, and B.sup.3+.
- 5. A powder base for a cosmetic composition comprising synthetic mica powder, in which the end face of particles of the synthetic mica powder is laminated, wherein the synthetic mica powder is represented by the formula:
- X.sub.1/3.about.1 Y.sub.2.about.3 (Z.sub.4 O.sub.10)F.sub.2
- wherein X represents one or more ions selected from the group consisting of Na.sup.+, K.sup.+, Li.sup.+, Ca.sup.2+, Rb.sup.2+, and Sr.sup.2+ ; Y represents one or more ions selected from the group consisting of Mg.sup.2+, Fe.sup.2+, Ni.sup.2+, Mn.sup.2+, Al.sup.3+, Fe.sup.3+ and Li.sup.+ ; and Z represents one or more ions selected from the group consisting of Al.sup.3+, Si.sup.4+, Ge.sup.4+, Fe.sup.3+, and B.sup.3+.
- 6. A powder base for a cosmetic composition comprising synthetic mica powder wherein the mol number of fluorine in the synthetic mica powder is from 75 to 99% of the stoichiometrical amount of synthetic micaw and the end face of synthetic mica particles is laminated, wherein the synthetic mica powder is represented by the formula:
- X.sub.1/3.about.1 Y.sub.2.about.3 (Z.sub.4 O.sub.10)F.sub.1.5.about.1.99
- wherein X represents one or more ions selected from the group consisting of Na.sup.+, K.sup.+, Li.sup.+, Ca.sup.2+, Rb.sup.2+, and Sr.sup.2+ ; Y represents one or more ions selected from the group consisting of Mg.sup.2+, Fe.sup.2+, Ni.sup.2+, Mn.sup.2+, Al.sup.3+, Fe.sup.3+ and Li.sup.+ ; and Z represents one or more ions selected from the group consisting of Al.sup.3+, Si.sup.4+, Ge.sup.4+, Fe.sup.3+, and B.sup.3+.
