The present disclosure generally relates to interactive games and, more specifically, to a light-hearted and fun game to play with friends wherein the object of the game is to collect various undergarments depending on the style of play.
A competitive game is a game that may be played by two or more players and gives each player points according to the player's performance relative to the performance of the other player(s). The player would enjoy a ranking table which would show not only points given as a result of a single competition, but also points given based on results of past competitions in comparison with points obtained by other players. The player's satisfaction becomes greater when the points obtained by the player are ranked higher. Even if the points obtained by the player are ranked higher, the ranking table makes it easier for the player to find another adequate player as an opponent.
However, playing various games become monotonous and boring. To keep a game an exciting, the key is for each game piece to represent a personality or characteristic of an individual. For example—based on the style of a game piece, it may represent an individual who is “hot to trot” or an individual who is “a smooth operator.”
What is needed is a device be a light-hearted and fun game to play with friends wherein the object of the game is to collect various undergarments depending on the style of play.

The game includes a plurality of game pieces that include small, unwearable replicates of female and male undergarments. The game pieces are made of fabric in different styles, colors, and shapes. In an embodiment, the present invention includes a multi-faced, interactive, dynamic game that can be played in various ways utilizing the game pieces which are the small, unwearable replicates of female/male undergarments. The game pieces are made of fabric in different styles, colors, and shapes. The key to the game is each game piece may represent a personality or characteristic of an individual. For example—based on the style of a game piece, it may represent an individual who is “hot to trot” or an individual who is “a smooth operator.”

For example, participants select a number at the beginning of the game.
Based on numerical order, participant will select a game piece from the container. After selection of the game piece, the facilitator will read the description of the characteristic or personality of the individual who may wear this type of underwear. If the next participant feels the game piece matches their characteristic or personality, they can take the game piece from this person or select one from the container. This rotation of pulling from the container and/or taking a game piece continues until all game pieces are taken. Note: Panty Game Twist—can be implemented where the opportunity for one last swap for everyone is given at the end of the game
Winner: the individual who has the game piece that has been taken the most times can be declared the winner, or the facilitator can designate a certain game piece at the beginner of the game will be the winning game piece and whomever has it at the end is the winner.
For example, Guest of Honor lists 3 to 5 game pieces that best represent her during her life. Facilitator reads characteristic/personality description of the game pieces. Guests has to try to list accurately the 3 to 5 games pieces that match what the Guest of Honor has listed. The Guest of Honor reads her list and explains why they represent her. The Guest who has the most correct answers is declared the winner.
For example, the facilitator reads the characteristic/personality description of 1 game piece at a time. If the game piece describes the participant during a period in her life, she must take a shot of alcohol. This continues until all game pieces are shared. The person who has taken the least # of shots is declared the winner.
For example, the facilitator begins the game by reading the personality/characteristics of the individual who may wear this type of game piece. The spouse lists which type of game piece that his partner wore when he first met her, the game piece that she wears most often currently at home, the game piece that she wears most often to work and the game piece that he wants her to wear later that night. The partner also lists which type of game piece that her partner wore when she first met him, the game piece that he wears most often currently at home, the game piece that he wears most often to work and the game piece that she wants him to wear later that night. The couple team with the most correct answers that match wins.
In another embodiment, the present invention includes a method for completing gift giving experience of gift funds including receiving a signal for delivery of gift funds from a giver of a specified amount for use by a specified receiver; receiving gift conditions specified by the giver; notifying the receiver of the gift funds and the gift conditions; presenting a template message interface to the receiver, wherein an input field in the template message interface corresponds to gift condition; receiving confirmation of gift conditions satisfied by a purchase by the receiver through the composing of a purchase message; sending the purchase message with at least one indicator of the confirmation of the gift conditions, wherein the purchase message is composed through the template message interface by the receiver and sent to the giver; and transferring gift funds to the receiver upon sending the message and receiving confirmation of the gift conditions.
In still another embodiment, the present invention includes a method for transferring user data objects, wherein a data providing component provides user data objects. According to the method, the data providing components are called up by a first telecommunication device in order to transfer a selection of certain user data objects to a second telecommunication device. The data providing component transmits a transfer offer message to the second telecommunication device in order to inform the latter on the user data objects that are to be transferred. At least one useful data object is then selected in a second telecommunication device, whereupon the user data object is transferred from the data providing component to the second telecommunication device. The user data object which is transferred to the second telecommunication device is then charged to the first telecommunication device.
In yet another embodiment, the present invention includes a system for purchasing and delivering a specific gift, in which, at the time of the purchase, the buyer, instead of being provided with the gift, is provided with a gift proxy or special package which includes a gift token which includes an authentication device. The gift proxy also includes a picture of the specific gift. The buyer delivers the gift proxy to the recipient. At a future time and place, not necessarily pre-determined, the recipient provides the gift proxy to the seller, the seller authenticates the gift proxy, and the recipient receives the gift from the seller. A centralized and networked order management system monitors the gift tokens. The system can be online and/or store oriented, and can be used to transact in goods and/or services other than gifts.
In another embodiment, the present invention includes a method for delivering gifts of predetermined size and maximum weight, according to the present invention, includes the steps of selecting delivery boxes, each box selected of the proper size for a gift of the predetermined size; providing means for placing a proper delivery name and address on each box; affixing delivery indicia on each box of the proper denomination for the maximum weight plus the weight of the box for a given carrier; placing a purchased gift into a box of the proper size and having the indicia for the proper denomination; closing the box; placing a proper delivery name and address on the box using the means for placing a proper delivery name and address; and delivering the closed box to the given carrier. A system, according to the present invention, for delivering gifts of predetermined size and maximum weight, includes selected delivery boxes, each box selected of the proper size for a gift of the predetermined size; means for placing a proper delivery name and address on each box; delivery indicia on each box of the proper denomination for the maximum weight plus the weight of the box for a given carrier; wherein a purchased gift is placed into a box of the proper size and having the indicia for the proper denomination, and the box is then closed. A proper delivery name and address is placed on the box using the means for placing a proper delivery name and address and the closed box is delivered to the given carrier. Both the method and the system work for CD jewel cases and DVD cases which hold one or two disks, as well as for other standard size gifts.
In yet another embodiment, the present invention includes a method for exchanging gifts is provided. The method comprises (a) registering with a system which provides electronic tokens redeemable at any member of a set of merchants; (b) purchasing an electronic token from the service; (c) designating a gift category for the token, such that the token is redeemable for a product or service within the designated category at any member of the set of merchants which offers a product or service within the designated category; and (d) sending the token to a designated recipient via an electronic message.
Many different arrangements of the various components depicted, as well as components not shown, are possible without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Embodiments of the present disclosure have been described with the intent to be illustrative rather than restrictive. Alternative embodiments will become apparent to those skilled in the art that do not depart from its scope. A skilled artisan may develop alternative means of implementing the aforementioned improvements without departing from the scope of the present disclosure.
