1. Technical Field
The embodiments herein generally relate to home or domestic appliances and particularly relate to a drawer racking mechanism in domestic appliances. The embodiments herein more particularly relate to a mechanism for automatically and safely withdrawing racks out of the oven.
2. Description of the Related Art
An oven is a device used for cooking, baking and heating food items. There are different types of oven ranging from the earth type ovens to the microwave ovens. The doors of the microwave oven can be opened in different ways such as sideways, top down, bottom up, etc. One or more racks are provided at different levels in the large and medium sized ovens to cook or bake multiple food items at once. Once a food item is cooked in an oven, the temperature inside the oven is higher than the temperature outside the oven. So the rack and the cooking utensil are very hot and to be removed safely from the oven when the door of the oven is opened after a cooking process. A temperature resistant gloves or a rack puller is generally used to pull the rack out of the oven, thereby enabling the user to pick the utensil easily. But a continuous usage of the gloves and the rack puller results in wear and tear of the same and needs to be replaced often with the new ones.
Hence there is a need for a safe and simple tool to pull the racks out of the oven. Also, there is need for a tool to enable an easy checking of the food while preparation. Further, there is a need for tool to avoid being burnt by the extreme heat ovens.
The abovementioned shortcomings, disadvantages and problems are addressed herein and which will be understood by reading and studying the following specification.

According to an embodiment herein, the one or more hooks are made up of metals. The one or more hooks are also arranged in any one of a U shape, C shape and inverted U shape.
According to an embodiment herein, the one or more steel rods are adapted to fix the one or more hooks at a plurality of heights.
According to an embodiment herein, the one or more loop brackets are fixed to the steel rods by using one or more screws. The one or more screws are expanding screws with one or more washers. The one or more loop brackets are further tightened by screwing the one or more expanding screws through the one or more washers.
According to an embodiment herein, a method for automatically drawing out one or more racks out of a chamber in a domestic appliance. The method comprises fixing one or more steel rods on an inner surface of a door of a chamber at a plurality of heights, fixing and aligning the one or more loop brackets with the one or more steel rods, mounting the one or more hooks on the one or more loop brackets, and positioning the one or more hooks to an initial position. The two distal ends of the one or more hooks are arranged to face away from the door of the chamber, when the one or more hooks are arranged in the initial position. The method further comprises latching the one or more hooks with the one or more racks and drawing out the one or more racks of the chamber by opening the door of the chamber.
According to an embodiment herein, one or more hooks are welded to the inner surface of the door of the chamber in the domestic appliance. The one or more hooks are arranged inside a loop welded to the inner surface of the door of the chamber in the domestic appliance.
According to an embodiment herein, the one or more hooks are latched onto the one or more racks of the chamber, when the one or more hooks are fallen on the one or more racks due to gravity during an opening of the door.
According to an embodiment herein, the one or more hooks remain latched on to the one or more racks to draw the one or more racks, when the door of the chamber is opened.
According to an embodiment herein, the one or more hooks are automatically unlatched from the one or more racks when the door of the chamber is closed. The one or more racks are unlatched due to a pop-up action of the one or more hooks during the closing of the door. The one or more hooks pop-up to the initial position. The one or more hooks pop-up due to a contact of the body of the one or more hooks with the one or more racks at an upwardly slanting direction.
According to an embodiment herein, a method for mounting the U shaped metallic hooks to the oven door from inside is provided. The method comprises, drilling predetermined number of holes on each side of the oven door from inside. The holes are drilled in order to align the holes of the loop brackets directly. Alternately, the holes are drilled on the oven door directly through the holes on the loop brackets. Once the preferred numbers of holes are drilled at required places, the hook is placed facing upwards and flat down on the oven door directly between the drilled holes. The loop brackets are placed directly on top of hooks and fastened in by means of the expanding screws. The expanding screws provide the strength and stability to hold the loop brackets in place while the one or more hooks pull on the oven racks.
The one or more hook 104 is placed upward pointing to the air. When a user opens the oven door 101, the hook 104 which is in upward position, automatically falls due to the gravity and latches on to the oven rack 202. Once latched on, the user is able to pull the racks out of the oven by just opening the oven door 101. The oven rack 202 slides out of the oven rack in and out as needed and prevent the user from getting burnt or other damages from the heated oven 201.
When the hooks are latched on the oven racks 202 and the oven door 101 is closed by the user, the hooks 104 is automatically moved up into a vertical position. The hook 104 now is removed from the one or more rack 202. When the hook 104 is not desired by the user, the user simply puts the hook 104 facing down on the oven door 101 and the oven 201 work as normal.
According to an embodiment herein, the U shaped metallic hook is used for all ovens, dishwashers and similar home and commercial appliances, in which the racks are pulled out by pulling and opening a front door downwardly.
According to an embodiment herein, a method is provided to pull the racks out horizontally without any blockings When the one or more hooks are latched to the racks, the user opens the door. A pull force from the hooks is applied on the racks at a slant angle to pull out the rack horizontally. Also, the oven comprises rack locks to prevent the racks from sliding all the way out of the oven. Further, the oven comprises grooves which prevent the racks from sliding downwardly. The one or more hooks are pulled out the till a certain angle is subtended so that the rack just slide out to certain distance. Thus, the embodiment herein prevents any spillage of food when the racks are automatically pulled out by the one or more hooks.
