Claims
- 1. An edible, molded figurine having the appearance of a man and woman in close position, from the tops of the heads to just below the waist, molded from sugar, cake, or candy, using conventional molding processes.
- 2. A two piece aluminum cake pan having the shape of a FIG. 8, consisting of a removable spring-action outer rim, said outer rim having a vertical sidewall and a flat inward directed ledge extending perpendicularly inwardly from a bottom edge of said sidewall member and connected to the bottom edge of said sidewall member wherein a flat cake inset may be downwardly inserted into said outer rim and supported by said ledge, a flat sidewall opposite said rounded sidewall, with a spring action hinge part attached to either end of the flat side of the rim respectively, a spring action hinge part located in the center of each side of the pan, and a spring action clip part attached to end of the rim respectively when said rim is in open position, and closing in the center of the rim, when rim is in closed position.
- 3. The cake pan of claim 2, further comprising a flat cake inset, separate and apart from said outer rim, having a substantially horizontal planar bottom and a substantially vertical rectangular column having open upper and lower ends with the top diameter of the column having a smaller diameter open ended rectangular attachment integrally formed into the overall form of said column, said lower end being integrally formed within an approximate center of said horizontal bottom; said flat cake inset able to be downwardly inserted into said outer rim when closed and spring clip locked and supported by the interior ledge, having interlocking devices integrally molded at the top of the rectangular attachment for stacking to become the interior support structure for the cake.
- 4. The cake pan inset of claim 3, further comprising integrally molded cylindrical chambers in the top side of the horizontal planar bottom, wherein removable rods may be inserted to facilitate easy removal of cake layers when serving.
- 5. The cake pan of claim 2 having an attachable plastic lid for storage or to preserve freshness.
- 6. 4 two-piece aluminum cake pans having a rounded sidewall, and a flat sidewall opposite said rounded sidewall, consisting of a removable spring-action outer rim, said outer rim having a vertical sidewall and a flat inward directed ledge connected to the bottom of the sidewall, extending perpendicularly inwardly from a bottom edge of said sidewall member wherein in flat cake inset may be downwardly inserted into said outer rim and supported by said ledge, with a spring-action clip part attached to either end of the rim respectively, and a spring hinge located in the corner on each side of the flat area of the rim.
- 7. The cake pans of claim 4, further comprising a flat cake inset, separate and apart from said outer rim having a substantially horizontal planar bottom and a substantially vertical rectangular column having open upper and lower ends with the top diameter of the column having a smaller diameter open ended rectangular attachment integrally formed into the overall form of said column, said lower end being integrally formed within an approximate center of said horizontal bottom, said flat cake inset able to be downwardly inserted into said outer rim when closed and spring clip locked, having interlocking devices integrally molded at the top of the rectangular attachment for stacking to become the interior support structure of the cake.
- 8. The cake pan inset of claim 7, further comprising integrally molded cylindrical chambers in the top side of the horizontal planar bottom wherein removable rods may be inserted to facilitate easy removal of cake layers when serving.
- 9. The cake pans of claim 4, having attachable plastic lids for storage or to preserve freshness.
- 10. The cake pans of claim 4, having varied, graduated sizes to facilitate strength and balance in the overall cake structure.
- 11. The cake pan insets of claim 7, attaching to a round, unitary decorative bottom base, having a substantially horizontal planar top and bottom, with a substantially vertical rectangular column having open upper and lower ends with the top diameter of the column having a smaller diameter open ended rectangular attachment integrally formed into the overall form of said column, said lower end being integrally formed within an approximate center of said horizontal bottom.
