Claims
- 1. A pen used in association with an optical lens tracing template comprising:a fine tipped pen refill positioned within a circular shaped cylinder in a manner which provides a consistent distance between said pen's tip and the outer edge of said cylinder; said cylinder such that an inking tip located on one end of said refill is lifted from a writing surface and precluded from marking via said cylinder's contact with a writing surface if the pen is utilized at an angle beyond that which accurate tracing of an optical lens shape may be assured.
- 2. The pen of claim 1, wherein said cylinder receivably surrounds said refill and permits an inking tip of said inserted refill to extend centrally therefrom beyond said surrounded refill portion.
- 3. A pen used in association with an optical lens tracing template comprising:a pen refill inserted inside a near perfect circular shape cylinder; an inking tip in communication with said refill extending centrally therefrom in a specific measure so as to preclude said tip's ability to dispense ink when tracing of an optical lens is undertaken at an angle causing a portion of said cylinder to engage a template tracing surface.
