Abstract
A T-shirt having detachable parts includes a T-shirt main body, a top portion of the T-shirt main body has a neckline, and an opening of the neckline is connected with a collar ring by a second zipper, and the second zipper has a second zipper puller. An edge of the collar is located outside the second zipper with a first extension edge for covering. A cuff on each side of the T-shirt main body has a first zipper to connect a sleeve 6, and one end of the first zipper has a first zipper puller. A front surface of the T-shirt has a pattern patch, a back portion of the pattern patch has a first attaching side and a front surface of the T-shirt main body has a second attaching side, so the pattern patch can be detachable from the front surface of the T-shirt main body.
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to T-shirts, and more particularly to a T-shirt that has detachable parts and enables various graphic patterns to attach thereon.


BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

T-shirts are popular especially in summer. Generally, T-shirts are printed with various decorative patterns. These patterns are generally integrated and cannot be changed flexibly. The sleeves of current T-shirts are fixed thereon so a T-shirt cannot be easily disassembled to turn into a vest. Also, the neckline is also integrated with the main body of current T-shirts. After repeated wearing, the neckline of the T-shirt might be worn and damaged and cannot be replaced. Therefore, there remains a need for a new and improved T-shirt to overcome the problems stated above.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In one aspect, a T-shirt that can be replaced with different patterns includes a T-shirt main body, a top portion of the T-shirt main body has a neckline, and an opening of the neckline is connected with a collar ring by a second zipper, and the second zipper has a second zipper puller. An edge of the collar is located outside the second zipper with a first extension edge for covering, so it is easy to be disassembled and replaced. A cuff on each side of the T-shirt main body has a first zipper to connect a sleeve, and one end of the first zipper has a first zipper puller. In order to easily disassemble the sleeve on each side, a cuff edge of the T-shirt main body has a second extending edge outside of the first zipper, so the T-shirt main body can be used as a vest when the sleeves are detached therefrom. A front surface of the T-shirt has a pattern patch, a back portion of the pattern patch has a first attaching side, and a front surface of the T-shirt main body has a second attaching side, so the pattern patch can be easily attached and detached from the front surface of the T-shirt main body.


In one embodiment, one end of the first extension edge is integrated with the T-shirt main body, and the size of the first extension edge matches the size of the second zipper to increase the aesthetic value.


Similarly, in another embodiment, one end of the second extension edge is integrated with the T-shirt main body, and the size of the second extension edge matches the size of the first zipper to increase the aesthetic value.


In a further embodiment, the pattern patch has a PE waterproof layer and a fluorescent layer, so the pattern patch can be waterproofed and generate fluorescent light.


In still a further embodiment, an inner portion of each sleeve has a flexible tightening belt that is sewed with the corresponding cuff of the T-shirt main body, so the cuff can be simultaneously tightened when the flexible tightening belt is tightened.


In still a further embodiment, an inner portion of each sleeve 6 has a flexible tightening belt that can be integrated and tightened with the corresponding cuff of the T-shirt main body, so the sleeve can be simultaneously tightened when the flexible tightening belt is tightened.


More specifically, a plurality of holes are formed on a periphery of the cuff, while a plurality of corresponding holes are formed on a periphery of the second extending edge. The flexible tightening belt has a first end that is inserted into a first corresponding hole on the periphery of the second extending edge, to a second hole of the periphery of the cuff, to a third corresponding hole on the periphery of the second extending edge, and then to a fourth hole of the periphery of the cuff, and so on. When the first end reaches a bottom portion of the cuff and second extending edge, it goes up through the holes and corresponding holes in the same manner, and when the first end reaches a top portion of the cuff and second extending edge, a knot can be made between the first end and a second end of the flexible tightening belt to tighten the sleeve to the T-shirt main body.


In another embodiment, a plurality of extending holes are formed on a periphery of the cuff, while a plurality of corresponding extending holes are formed on a periphery of the second extending edge. The flexible tightening belt has a first end that is inserted into a first extending hole on the periphery of the second extending edge, to a second corresponding extending hole of the periphery of the cuff, to a third extending hole on the periphery of the second extending edge, and then to a fourth corresponding extending hole of the periphery of the cuff, and so on. When the first end reaches a bottom portion of the cuff and second extending edge, it goes up through the extending holes and corresponding extending holes in the same manner, and when the first end reaches a top portion of the cuff and second extending edge, a knot can be made between the first end and a second end of the flexible tightening belt to tighten the sleeve to the T-shirt main body.


In still another embodiment, a plurality of holes are formed on a periphery of the cuff, while a plurality of corresponding holes are formed on a periphery of the second extending edge, and each hole on the cuff is aligned with a corresponding hole on the periphery of the second extending edge. A first end of the tightening unit is configured to insert into each hole and corresponding hole, and finally to make a knot with a second end to tighten the sleeve to the T-shirt main body.


Comparing with conventional T-shirts, the present invention is advantageous because each sleeve is connected with the T-shirt main body through the first zipper, so each sleeve can be easily and flexibly detached or attached to the T-shirt main body. Also, the T-shirt main body can be used as a vest when the sleeves are detached therefrom. Furthermore, the pattern patch can be detached and attached to the T-shirt main body through the first attaching side and the second attaching side, so the pattern patch can be easily replaced as well. In addition, the collar ring is connected to the T-shirt main body through the second zipper. When the collar ring has been worn, it can also be easily replaced.

It will be understood that, although the terms first, second, etc. may be used herein to describe various elements, these elements should not be limited by these terms. As used herein, the term “and/or” includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.


In one aspect, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a T-shirt that can be replaced with different patterns includes a T-shirt main body 1, a top portion of the T-shirt main body has a neckline 2, and an opening of the neckline is connected with a collar ring 3 by a second zipper 10, and the second zipper 10 has a second zipper puller 9. An edge of the collar is located outside the second zipper 10 with a first extension edge 4 for covering, so it is easy to be disassembled and replaced. A cuff 15 on each side of the T-shirt main body has a first zipper 12 to connect a sleeve 6, and one end of the first zipper 12 has a first zipper puller 8. In order to easily disassemble the sleeve 6 on each side, a cuff edge of the T-shirt main body 1 has a second extending edge 5 outside of the first zipper 12, so the T-shirt main body 1 can be used as a vest when the sleeves are detached therefrom. A front surface of the T-shirt has a pattern patch 7, a back portion of the pattern patch 7 has a first attaching side 13, and a front surface of the T-shirt main body 1 has a second attaching side 11, so the pattern patch 7 can be easily attached and detached from the front surface of the T-shirt main body 1. It is noted that the first/second attaching side (13, 11) can be made of Velcro or snap button tape.


In one embodiment, one end of the first extension edge 4 is integrated with the T-shirt main body 1, and the size of the first extension edge 4 matches the size of the second zipper 10 to increase the aesthetic value.


Similarly, in another embodiment, one end of the second extension edge 5 is integrated with the T-shirt main body 1, and the size of the second extension edge 5 matches the size of the first zipper 12 to increase the aesthetic value.


In a further embodiment, the pattern patch 7 has a PE waterproof layer and a fluorescent layer, so the pattern patch 7 can be waterproofed and generate fluorescent light.


In still a further embodiment, an inner portion of each sleeve 6 has a flexible tightening belt 14 that can be integrated and tightened with the corresponding cuff 15 of the T-shirt main body 1, so the sleeve 6 can be simultaneously tightened when the flexible tightening belt 14 is tightened.


More specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, a plurality of holes 151 are formed on a periphery of the cuff 15, while a plurality of corresponding holes 51 are formed on a periphery of the second extending edge 5. The flexible tightening belt 14 has a first end 141 that is inserted into a first corresponding hole 51 on the periphery of the second extending edge 5, to a second corresponding hole 151 of the periphery of the cuff 15, to a third corresponding hole 51 on the periphery of the second extending edge 5, and then to a fourth corresponding hole 151 of the periphery of the cuff 15, and so on. When the first end 141 reaches a bottom portion of the cuff 15 and second extending edge 5, it goes up through the holes 151 and corresponding holes 51 in the same manner, and when the first end reaches a top portion of the cuff 15 and second extending edge 5, a knot 143 can be made between the first end 141 and a second end 142 of the flexible tightening belt 14 to tighten the sleeve 6 to the T-shirt main body 1


In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, a plurality of extending holes 152 are formed on a periphery of the cuff 15, while a plurality of corresponding extending holes 52 are formed on a periphery of the second extending edge 5. The flexible tightening belt 14 has a first end 141 that is inserted into a first extending hole 52 on the periphery of the second extending edge 5, to a second corresponding extending hole 152 of the periphery of the cuff 15, to a third extending hole 52 on the periphery of the second extending edge 5, and then to a fourth corresponding extending hole 152 of the periphery of the cuff 15, and so on. When the first end 141 reaches a bottom portion of the cuff 15 and second extending edge 5, it goes up through the extending holes 152 and corresponding extending holes 52 in the same manner, and when the first end reaches a top portion of the cuff 15 and second extending edge 5, a knot 143 can be made between the first end 141 and a second end 152 of the flexible tightening belt 14 to tighten the sleeve 6 to the T-shirt main body 1.


In still another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, a plurality of holes 153 are formed on a periphery of the cuff 15, while a plurality of corresponding holes 53 are formed on a periphery of the second extending edge 5, and each hole 153 on the cuff 15 is aligned with a corresponding hole 53 on the periphery of the second extending edge 5. A first end 141 of the tightening unit 141 is configured to insert into each hole 153 and corresponding hole 53, and finally to make a knot 143 with a second end 142 to tighten the cuff 15 to the T-shirt main body 1.


Comparing with conventional T-shirts, the present invention is advantageous because each sleeve 6 is connected with the T-shirt main body 1 through the first zipper 12, so each sleeve 6 can be easily and flexibly detached or attached to the T-shirt main body 1. Also, the T-shirt main body 1 can be used as a vest when the sleeves 6 are detached therefrom. Furthermore, the pattern patch 7 can be detached and attached to the T-shirt main body 1 through the first attaching side 13 and the second attaching side 11, so the pattern patch 7 can be easily replaced as well. In addition, the collar ring 3 is connected to the T-shirt main body 1 through the second zipper 10. When the collar ring 3 has been worn, it can also be easily replaced.

Claims
  • 1. A T-shirt with detachable parts comprising a T-shirt main body, a top portion of the T-shirt main body having a neckline, and an opening of the neckline connected with a collar ring by a second zipper, said second zipper having a second zipper puller; and an edge of the collar located outside the second zipper with a first extension edge for covering; a cuff on each side of the T-shirt main body having a first zipper to connect a sleeve, and one end of the first zipper having a first zipper puller, wherein a cuff edge of the T-shirt main body has a second extending edge outside of the first zipper, so the T-shirt main body can be used as a vest when the sleeves are detached therefrom; and a front surface of the T-shirt has a pattern patch, a back portion of the pattern patch has a first attaching side, and a front surface of the T-shirt main body has a second attaching side, so the pattern patch can be easily attached and detached from the front surface of the T-shirt main body.
  • 2. The T-shirt with detachable parts of claim 1, wherein the one end of the first extension edge is integrated with the T-shirt main body, and the size of the first extension edge matches the size of the second zipper.
  • 3. The T-shirt with detachable parts of claim 1, wherein one end of the second extension edge is integrated with the T-shirt main body, and the size of the second extension edge matches the size of the first zipper.
  • 4. The T-shirt with detachable parts of claim 1, wherein the pattern patch has a PE waterproof layer and a fluorescent layer, so the pattern patch can be waterproofed and generate fluorescent light.
  • 5. The T-shirt with detachable parts of claim 1, wherein an inner portion of each sleeve has a flexible tightening belt having a first tightening unit and a second tightening unit, and a plurality of holes are formed on a periphery of the cuff, while a plurality of corresponding holes are formed on a periphery of the second extending edge, wherein a first end of the first tightening unit is inserted into a first corresponding hole on the periphery of the second extending edge, to a second corresponding hole of the periphery of the cuff, to a third corresponding hole on the periphery of the second extending edge, and then to a fourth corresponding hole of the periphery of the cuff, and so on; while the a first end of the second tightening unit is inserted into a first corresponding hole on the periphery of the cuff, and to a second corresponding hole of the periphery of the second extending edge, and to a third corresponding hole on the periphery of the cuff, and then to a fourth corresponding hole of the periphery of the second extending edge, and so on; and when the first end reaches a bottom portion of the cuff and second extending edge, it goes up through the holes and corresponding holes in the same manner, and when the first end reaches a top portion of the cuff and second extending edge, a knot can be made between the first end and a second end of the flexible tightening belt to tighten the sleeve to the T-shirt main body.
