Claims
- 1. A tablet integrated type liquid crystal display apparatus comprising:a first transparent plastic substrate provided on a view side, wherein said first substrate has a thickness equal to or thinner than 0.6 mm, and wherein a tablet electrode is formed on said first substrate; a second glass substrate having a thickness in a 0.6 mm to 1.1 mm, wherein a driving layer composed of switching elements and pixel electrodes respectively connected to said switching elements is formed on said second substrate; a guest host liquid crystal layer sandwiched by said first substrate and said second substrate; a counter electrode provided on said guest host liquid crystal layer on a side facing said first transparent plastic substrate, wherein said guest host liquid crystal is driven by a voltage applied between said counter electrode and said pixel electrode; and an insulating layer having an uneven surface formed between said second glass substrate and said pixel electrode.
- 2. The tablet integrated type liquid crystal display of claim 1, further comprising a thin film transistor layer formed on said second glass substrate.
- 3. The tablet integrated type liquid crystal display of claim 2, wherein said insulating layer having the uneven surface is coated on said thin film transistor layer.
- 4. The tablet integrated type liquid crystal display of claim 1, further comprising a second insulating layer between said tablet electrode and said counter electrode.
- 5. A tablet integrated type liquid crystal display apparatus comprising:a first transparent plastic substrate provided on a view side, wherein said first substrate has a thickness equal to or thinner than 0.6 mm, and wherein a tablet electrode and a counter electrode are formed on said first substrate; a second glass substrate having a thickness in a range 0.6 mm to 1.1 mm, wherein an insulating layer and a driving layer which is composed of switching elements and pixel electrodes respectively connected to said switching elements are laminated on said second substrate, wherein said insulating layer has an uneven surface facing said pixel electrode; and a guest host liquid crystal layer sandwiched by said first substrate and said second substrate such that said guest host liquid crystal is driven by a voltage applied between said counter electrode and said pixel electrode.
- 6. The tablet integrated type liquid crystal display of claim 5, further comprising a thin film transistor layer formed on said second glass substrate.
- 7. The tablet integrated type liquid crystal display of claim 6, wherein said insulating layer having the uneven surface is coated on said thin film transistor layer.
- 8. The tablet integrated type liquid crystal display of claim 5, further comprising a second insulating layer between said tablet electrode and said counter electrode.
