The present disclosure relates to the field of height adjustable tables, and particularly to a tabletop assembly, a lifting frame assembly, and a height adjustable table.
The table with the lifting function is more and more closely connected with the life of the people as the height thereof may be changed at any time during use. Meanwhile, in the context of e-commerce, people usually purchase goods in a mode of on-line shopping; and after the consumer chooses the products, the e-commerce company will transport the goods to the place where the consumer uses the goods by express, and finally the consumer can finish the assembly by himself. For the height adjustable table, how to facilitate disassembly and transportation in the logistic link and how to facilitate the consumer to assemble rapidly after purchasing the goods have become the problems needing to be solved.
In view of this, the present disclosure provides a wireless charging apparatus.
According to one aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a tabletop assembly, the tabletop assembly is used for a height adjustable table, and comprises: a tabletop; a control box fixedly connected to the tabletop; and at least one first terminal block fixedly arranged on a back face of the tabletop and electrically connected to the control box; wherein when a position of the at least one first terminal block is configured to enable the tabletop assembly to be assembled with a corresponding lifting frame assembly, the first terminal block corresponds to and is in paired connection with a second terminal block at the top or a side part of the lifting frame assembly.
According to another aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a lifting frame assembly, the lifting frame assembly is used for a height adjustable table and comprises: a tabletop support for being connected to a tabletop of the height adjustable table; at least two supporting parts, wherein a driving unit is arranged in each of the supporting parts, and each of the supporting parts comprises a second terminal block, the second terminal block is provided with a plurality of second electric connection contacts, and the second electric connection contacts are at least partially located outside of the supporting parts, and the second terminal block is electrically connected to the driving unit; wherein the supporting parts are movably connected to the tabletop support, when the supporting parts move to an installation position with respect to the tabletop support, the second terminal block moves to a connection position accordingly and is connected to a first terminal block arranged on a tabletop assembly, and when the supporting parts are located at a folding position with respect to the tabletop support, the supporting parts are in a folded state with the tabletop support.
According to another aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a height adjustable table, the height adjustable table comprises: a tabletop assembly according to the first aspect; a tabletop support for being connected to the tabletop of the tabletop assembly; at least two supporting parts, wherein a driving unit is arranged in each of the supporting parts, and each of the supporting parts comprises a second terminal block, the second terminal block is provided with a plurality of second electric connection contacts, and the second electric connection contacts are at least partially located outside of the supporting parts, and the second terminal block is electrically connected to the driving unit; wherein the supporting parts are movably connected to the tabletop support, when the supporting parts move to an installation position with respect to the tabletop support, the second terminal block moves to a connection position accordingly and is connected to a first terminal block arranged on a tabletop assembly, and when the supporting parts are located at a folding position with respect to the tabletop support, the supporting parts is in a folded state with the tabletop support.
In accordance with the abovementioned tabletop assembly, the assembling operation of the height adjustable table is simplified by using the supporting part rotatably connected to the tabletop support and the first terminal block and the second terminal block which are arranged in pairs. On the one hand, during transportation, the height adjustable table may be disassembled into a tabletop assembly and a lifting frame assembly to be packaged and transported, respectively, thus reducing the size of the package, and greatly reducing the logistic cost. Meanwhile, the lifting frame assembly may also be folded, the second terminal block on the lifting frame assembly in a folded state forms an approximate fan-shaped region with the tabletop support, so that the second terminal block may be protected during transportation. On the other hand, after receiving the goods, a consumer may assemble the tabletop assembly and the lifting frame assembly through a simple process, the assembly difficulty is reduced. Moreover, installation and wiring operations of electric appliance parts are omitted, so that the whole height adjustable table is more visually pleasing, and the user experience is improved.

In this embodiment, the control box 32 is connected to the power supply 8; when the tabletop assembly is assembled with the lifting frame assembly, the first terminal block 1 may be electrically connected to a terminal block of the lifting frame assembly, and the power supply 8 may power to the driving unit 4 in the lifting frame assembly at the moment, and the driving unit 4 may drive the lifting frame to ascend or descend. In this embodiment, the control box 32 is located at the bottom face of the tabletop 6, therefore, when electrically connected to the power supply 8, a connecting wire may be routed from the underside of the tabletop, thus making the surface of the tabletop 6 clean and tidy. In this embodiment, the control box 32, the first terminal block 1 and the tabletop 6 may be fixed to form a tabletop assembly before delivery, thus the assembled tabletop assembly may be entirely packaged and sent to a consumer in the logistics stage.
In accordance with the tabletop assembly provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, the assembling operation of the height adjustable table is simplified by using the first terminal block 1 provided in pairs with the terminal block of the lifting frame assembly. On the one hand, during transportation, part of the height adjustable table may be disassembled into a tabletop assembly to be packaged and transported, thus reducing the size of the package, and greatly reducing the logistic cost. Further, the tabletop assembly further comprises a hand controller 31, the hand controller 31 is fixedly connected to the tabletop 6 and electrically connected to the control box 32. In this embodiment, the hand controller 31 may be configured with a plurality of control buttons which may be used for achieving adjustment of the height of the height adjustable table by a user. The control of the buttons to the height adjustable table includes but is not limited to ascending, descending, power on, power off, and other functions.
Optionally, to facilitate the control of the user to the height adjustable table, the hand controller 31 may be arranged at an edge position of the bottom face of the tabletop; when sitting on a chair, the user may move the body as little as possible, and may touch the hand controller 31 only depending on the length of an arm. The control box 32 may be arranged at a center position at the bottom of the tabletop 6, thus facilitating the arrangement of the connecting wire.

The wiring ducts 61 of this embodiment may make the whole tabletop assembly more clean, tidy and visually pleasing, especially in the assembling of the height adjustable table; without the interference of the cable 7, the user may visually see the positions of installation points 57 of the first terminal block 1, the tabletop assembly and the lifting frame assembly, so that the user may rapidly assemble the height adjustable table even without the product manual in the hand. Alternative, the second terminal block 2 of this embodiment comprises but is not limited to an aviation plug or a pogo pin and other electric connectors. The aviation plug is also called aviation connector, which has characteristics of water and moisture resistance and corrosion resistance. In accordance with the aviation plug of this embodiment, the number of pins of the aviation plug may be selected according to connection demands of electric appliances of the height adjustable table, for example, the aviation plug with having three, six or twelve pins is selected. The pogo pin is an electric connector applied to the fields of automobiles, medicals, aerospace, and the like, the internal of which is provided with a precise spring-like structure, and the pin head position may deform telescopically when the pogo pin is pressed. The number of pins of the pogo pin may also be selected according to actual use demands. When the second terminal block 2 of this embodiment is the aviation plug (one of a male contact element and a female contact element), the first terminal block 1 opposite to the second terminal block is arranged as another aviation plug (one of the female contact element or the male contact element) paired with the second terminal block, and the aviation plug may be arranged at an outside region adjacent to the supporting part 51. When the lifting frame assembly is assembled with the tabletop assembly, mechanical structures of the lifting frame assembly and the tabletop assembly may be firstly assembled together, and then the corresponding aviation plugs are plugged together. To keep concise and visually pleasing appearance of the height adjustable table, the aviation plug may be arranged at one side, close to the center of the tabletop, of the supporting part 51. Meanwhile, the length of a connecting wire for the aviation plug reserved at outside of each supporting part 51 may be configured to just meet a plugging demand, thus reducing the size exposed to the outside of the supporting part 51 as much as possible.

The height adjustable table in above embodiment may be disassembled according to the following method, the method includes but is not limited to a product pre-assembling and packaging method and a product assembling method.
In some embodiments, the product pre-assembling and packaging method comprises: connecting the hand controller 31, the control box 32 and the wiring board 63 through the cable 7 at the factory stage; then plugging the cable 7 along the wiring duct 61 of the tabletop 6, and then screwing the control box 32, the hand controller 31 and the wiring board 63 into the corresponding positions of the tabletop 6 through self-tapping screws. An installation point 57 may be marked on the bottom face of the tabletop 6 in advance, and the installation point 57 corresponds to the threaded screwing-in position of the lifting frame assembly, so that a user may conveniently find the corresponding installation position of the lifting frame assembly and the tabletop assembly.
The motor is placed in the driving box 512 and connected to other parts in the driving box 512 to provide power. Taking a situation that a screw rod is meshed with a gear to drive the height adjustable table as an example, an output shaft of the motor may be connected to the screw rod. Then the pogo pin assembly is electrically connected to the motor to enable the pin head of the pogo pin to extend out of the through hole 5121 at the top of the driving box 512. After that, the assembled supporting parts 51 are hinged to the tabletop support 52 through the hinge points 54, and the two supporting parts 51 are folded towards the inner side. In another embodiments, the product assembling method comprises: after receiving the product, the user firstly rotates the supporting parts 51 of the lifting frame assembly to the installation state, and then fix the supporting parts at the fixed connection points 55 and the connection points 56. Then, the tabletop assembly and the lifting frame assembly are assembled according to the installation point 57 arranged during pre-assembly, and at the moment, the pogo pin assembly and the contact set have been in fit with each other before delivery. Therefore, on the premise of not distinguishing the left side and the right side, the user may complete the assembling of the height adjustable table after connecting the tabletop assembly and the lifting frame assembly according to the installation point 57.
