The present application claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. 2023213683415 filed on May 31, 2023, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present application relates to the field of tableware technology, in particular to a tableware.

BACKGROUND

In daily life, portable tableware has been widely used. For example, when engaging in outdoor camping or other outdoor activities, it is often necessary to bring your own tableware. The use of paper tableware or tableware made from biodegradable materials has become mainstream. One reason is that paper tableware or tableware made from biodegradable materials is lighter, more portable, and easier to use compared to plastic, metal, or wooden tableware. On the other hand, the use of plastic tableware, which cannot degrade after use, often leads to the phenomenon of secondary usage. This greatly reduces the hygiene and environmental performance of the tableware. However, paper tableware or tableware made from biodegradable materials may have a lower structural strength due to the reduction in material and quantity during the manufacturing process. This can result in deformation and damage to the tableware during use, significantly reducing its effectiveness. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a new type of tableware to address these issues.

SUMMARY

This present application aims to address the shortcomings and deficiencies of existing technologies by providing a lightweight and portable tableware.

To achieve the above objectives, the technical solution adopted by this application is to provide a tableware comprising a spoon body and a spoon handle integrally connected with the spoon body, wherein, further comprising a reinforcing buckle located at a junction of the spoon body and spoon handle; a middle part of the reinforcing buckle is an arc segment, and both sides of the reinforcing buckle are bent upwards to form a first reinforcing edge and a second reinforcing edge; a thickened layer is formed by the arc segment, the first reinforcing edge and the second reinforcing edge.

Further, a thickened first support portion is formed by the first reinforcing edge and an edge position of the spoon body and spoon handle.

Further, a thickened second support portion is formed by the second reinforcing edge and the edge position of the spoon body and spoon handle.

Further, the first reinforcing edge and the second reinforcing edge are enclosed to form an installation channel.

Further, multiple snap buckles are uniformly arranged within the installation channel.

Further, the bottom of the spoon body and spoon handle is extended along the length direction of the spoon handle with a reinforcing rib that is suitable for the snap buckle, and the reinforcing rib is snapped into the snap buckle.

The beneficial effects of this application are as follows:

The present application provides a tableware, by setting the reinforcing buckle at the junction of the spoon body and spoon handle, the overall strength of the spoon can be significantly enhanced. A thickened layer is formed by the arc segment, the first reinforcing edge and the second reinforcing edge, enhancing the strength of the spoon body and spoon handle at the edge position. This design not only solves the problem of reduced strength in the neck area of disposable paper or biodegradable tableware due to reduced material and quantity but also improves the overall strength of the tableware while reducing material usage. It prevents deformation or damage during use. Additionally, this tableware has a simple structure, low cost, and is lightweight, making it easy to carry.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Based on the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, the technical solution in the embodiments will be described clearly and comprehensively. It should be noted that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not the entirety of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present application, all other embodiments that ordinary skilled persons in the field can obtain without exercising creative labor are within the scope of protection of the present application.

Certainly, it is clarified that all directional indications (such as up, down, left, right, front, back, etc.) mentioned in the embodiments of the present application are used solely to explain the relative positional relationships and movements between components under a specific posture (as shown in the accompanying drawings). If there is a change in the specific posture, the directional indications will correspondingly change as well.

Additionally, the use of terms such as “first,” “second,” etc. in the present application is purely for descriptive purposes and should not be understood as indicating or implying relative importance or specifying the quantity of the indicated technical features. Therefore, features described as “first” or “second” may explicitly or implicitly include at least one of such features. Furthermore, the technical solutions among different embodiments can be combined, but only if it is achievable by ordinary skilled persons in the field. If the combination of technical solutions results in contradictions or is unachievable, it should be considered that such combination does not exist and is not within the scope of protection of the present application.

The present application provides a tableware.

In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIGS. 1-5, the tableware comprises a spoon body 1 and a spoon handle 2 integrally connected with the spoon body 1, wherein, further comprises a reinforcing buckle 3 located at a junction of the spoon body 1 and spoon handle 2; a middle part of the reinforcing buckle 3 is an arc segment, and both sides of the reinforcing buckle 3 are bent upwards to form a first reinforcing edge 31 and a second reinforcing edge 32; a thickened layer 4 is formed by the arc segment, the first reinforcing edge 31 and the second reinforcing edge 32.

By setting the reinforcing buckle 3 at the junction of the spoon body 1 and spoon handle 2, the overall strength of the spoon can be significantly enhanced. A thickened layer 4 is formed by the arc segment, the first reinforcing edge 31 and the second reinforcing edge 32, enhancing the strength of the spoon body and spoon handle at the edge position. The application is characterized by the use of pulp or other biodegradable materials to make the tableware, with the aim of being degradable in the later stage. At the same time, it improves the hygiene and environmental performance of the tableware, making it more lightweight and portable.

In the embodiment, a thickened first support portion 33 is formed by the first reinforcing edge 31 and an edge position of the spoon body 1 and spoon handle 2.

In the embodiment, a thickened second support portion 34 is formed by the second reinforcing edge 32 and the edge position of the spoon body 1 and spoon handle 2.

In the embodiment, the first reinforcing edge 31 and the second reinforcing edge 32 are enclosed to form an installation channel 6. Multiple snap buckles 7 are uniformly arranged within the installation channel 6. The bottom of the spoon body and spoon handle is extended along the length direction of the spoon handle with a reinforcing rib 5 that is suitable for the snap buckle 7, and the reinforcing rib 5 is snapped into the snap buckle 7. The purpose of designing a snap buckle with a similar configuration to reinforcing ribs is to ensure a stronger and more secure fastening. This design enhances stability and prevents detachment, thereby improving the overall effectiveness during practical use.

In another embodiment of this application, it is possible to inject the reinforcing buckle 3 into the spoon body 1 and the spoon handle 5, forming an integral structure with them. The reinforcing buckle 3 is in a curved shape, resembling an arc.

The embodiments described above are preferred examples of this application, but they do not limit the scope of the application's patent. Any equivalent structural modifications made under the concept of this application, as well as direct or indirect applications in other related technical fields using the content of this application specification and accompanying drawings, are also included within the scope of patent protection for this application.
