The present invention relates to the field of curtain guiderail technologies, and in particular to a telescopic electric curtain guiderail and a curtain.
At present, the existing curtain guiderails are usually customized. In this case, it is necessary to perform measurement before customization. Furthermore, these large-size guiderails are very inconvenient to transport, bringing up the transport costs. Due to the custom sizes, the guiderails cannot be mass-manufactured in large batches, resulting in high costs. Other telescopic guiderails available on market are all made into parallel double guiderails, increasing the manufacturing costs. Further, small curtain boxes cannot be mounted because the entire volume of the guiderails cannot be reduced.
In view of the above problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a telescopic electric curtain guiderail and a curtain. In the present invention, the curtain guiderail is improved in a length adjustment manner, thereby reducing mounting difficulty and increasing the mounting efficiency.
According to an aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a telescopic electric curtain guiderail, comprising: a first guiderail piece in which a hollow telescopic receiving cavity is disposed and at a first side of which a first curtain guiderail is disposed; a second guiderail piece, sleeved into the telescopic receiving cavity to perform reciprocating movement along a length direction of the first guiderail piece in the telescopic receiving cavity, where a second curtain guiderail capable of combining with the first curtain guiderail is disposed on the second guiderail piece; and an adjusting mechanism, capable of controlling a sleeving length between the first guiderail piece and the second guiderail piece.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting piece and a wire spool, where the adjusting piece is wound around the wire spool. The wire spool may be rotated to perform wire take-up and release for the adjusting piece, so as to control the sleeving length between the first guiderail piece and the second guiderail piece. The adjusting piece may be a rope, for example, a wire rope or nylon rope. The technical solution may achieve the following technical effect: the adjusting piece and the wire spool may be easily manufactured with low process requirements.

The technical solutions of the present invention will be fully and clearly described below in combination with the accompanying drawings involved in the embodiments of the present invention. Apparently, these embodiments described herein are merely some of the embodiments of the present invention rather than all embodiments. Other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art based on these embodiments without paying creative work will fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
Specifically, the adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting piece 30 and a wire spool 40. The adjusting piece 30 is wound on the wire spool 40, so that the wire spool 40 performs wire take-up or release for the adjusting piece 30 through rotation, thereby controlling the sleeving length between the first guiderail piece 10 and the second guiderail piece 20. For example, the adjusting piece 30 may be a rope, for example, a wire rope or a nylon rope.
Preferably, the adjusting mechanism further comprises: a first rotary piece 11 and a second rotary piece 21. The first rotary piece 11 is disposed at a side of the first guiderail piece 10 away from the second guiderail piece 20; the second rotary piece 21 is disposed at a side of the second guiderail piece 20 away from the first guiderail piece 10; the adjusting piece is wound on the first rotary piece 11 and the second rotary piece 21.
For example, a length of the telescopic electric curtain guiderail 100 is greater than a length required for mounting, the wire spool 40 may take up the adjusting piece 30, so that the first rotary piece 11 rotate clockwise and the second rotary piece 21 rotate counterclockwise at the same time. In this way, the first guiderail piece 10 and the second guiderail piece 20 move toward the second rotary piece 21 and the first rotary piece 11 respectively, so as to shorten the length of the adjusting piece 30 and increase the sleeving length until the length of the telescopic electric curtain guiderail 100 equals the mounting-required length. When the length of the telescopic electric curtain guiderail 100 is smaller than the mounting-required length, the telescopic electric curtain guiderail 100 may work in the reverse manner, which will not be repeated herein.
Preferably, as shown in
As the first preferred solution, the first wire winding wheel 41 and the second wire winding wheel 42 may take up wire at the same time to shorten the length of the adjusting piece 30, and correspondingly, the first wire winding wheel 41 and the second wire winding wheel 42 may release wire at the same time to lengthen the length of the adjusting piece 30. In this way, the sleeving length can be increased or decreased correspondingly, thus realizing telescopic cooperation between the first guiderail piece 10 and the second guiderail piece 20. Therefore, the first wire winding wheel 41 and the second wire winding wheel 42 can perform wire take-up or release to perform telescopic control at the same time, so as to quickly adjust the length of the telescopic electric curtain guiderail 100.
Of course, as the second optional solution, the first wire winding wheel 41 and the second wire winding wheel 42 may also perform telescopic cooperation between the first guiderail piece 10 and the second guiderail piece 20 in another manner. For example, the first wire winding wheel 41 releases wire to increase the length of the adjusting piece 30 while the second wire winding wheel 42 takes up wire to shorten the length of the adjusting piece. If the release speed of the first wire winding wheel 41 is greater than the take-up speed of the second wire winding wheel 42, the length of the adjusting piece 30 will be increased. At this time, the sleeving length will be reduced, and the length of the telescopic electric curtain guiderail 100 will be extended and otherwise the length of the telescopic electric curtain guiderail 100 will be shortened.
Further, as a third optional solution, the first wire winding wheel 41 may perform wire take-up or release to reduce or increase the length of the adjusting piece 30 while the second wire winding wheel 42 keeps stationary. At this time, the first guiderail piece 10 corresponding to the first wire winding wheel 41 may be controlled to slide relative to the second guiderail piece 20 so as to increase or reduce the sleeving length. In this case, the telescopic operation of the telescopic electric curtain guiderail 100 may be realized with the second guiderail piece 20 stationary. Correspondingly, the second wire winding wheel 42 may perform wire take-up or release to reduce or increase the length of the adjusting piece 30 while the first wire winding wheel 41 keeps stationary. In this case, the telescopic operation of the telescopic electric curtain guiderail 100 may be realized with the first guiderail piece 10 stationary.
In implementation of the above first preferred solution, when the telescopic electric curtain guiderail 100 is to be extended, the first wire winding wheel 41 and the second wire winding wheel 42 may be operated manually to enable them to perform wire release at the same time; and then the first guiderail piece 10 and the second guiderail piece 20 are pulled apart manually to tension the adjusting piece 30 between the first rotary piece 11 and the second rotary piece 21, and then the relative positions of the first guiderail piece 10 and the second guiderail piece 20 are fixed. In this way, the telescopic electric curtain guiderail 100 can be extended.
Correspondingly, when the telescopic electric curtain guiderail 100 is to be shortened, the first guiderail piece 10 and the second guiderail piece 20 may be slid relatively manually to increase the sleeving length, and then the first wire winding wheel 41 and the second wire winding wheel 42 are manually operated to perform wire take-up simultaneously so as to tension the adjusting piece 30 between the first rotary piece 11 and the second rotary piece 21, and then the relative positions of the first guiderail piece 10 and the second guiderail piece 20 are fixed. In this way, the telescopic electric curtain guiderail 100 can be shortened.
Likewise, in the implementation of the second optional solution or the third optional solution, the implementation manner identical to the above first preferred solution may be adopted to complete the extension and shortening of the telescopic electric curtain guiderail 100.
For another example, the wire spool 40 may comprise one wire winding wheel. The opposing ends of the adjusting piece 30 may be wound onto the wire winding wheel in the same direction respectively. Thus, when the wire winding wheel rotates, the adjusting piece 30 may be taken up or released so as to control the length of the adjusting piece 30.
Preferably, as shown in
Further, the wire spool 40 may further be disposed at an end of the second guiderail piece 20 away from the second rotary piece 21 for the other end of the adjusting piece 30 to be wound on; the wire spool 40 performs wire release or take-up for the adjusting piece 30 to increase or reduce the length of the adjusting piece 30, so as to correspondingly reduce or increase the sleeving length.
Preferably, as shown in
Preferably, as shown in
Preferably, as shown in
Preferably, as shown in
Preferably, at least one in the plurality of rolling pieces disposed on the first curtain guiderail 15 is a first rolling piece 210 and the remaining rolling pieces are second rolling pieces 220; the blocking piece 240 comprises a first blocking piece 241 connected to the first rolling piece 210 and a second blocking piece 242 connected to the second rolling piece 220; the curtain 200 further comprises, for example, a blocking piece separating portion 230, disposed on the second curtain guiderail 24 or the first curtain guiderail 15 to separate the first rolling piece 210 from the second rolling piece 220.
For example, five first rolling pieces 210 and a blocking piece separating portion 230 are disposed on the first curtain guiderail 15, and the first blocking piece 241 is hung to the five first rolling pieces 210 and the blocking piece separating portion 230; five second rolling pieces 220 and another blocking piece separating portion 230 are disposed on the second curtain guiderail 24, and the second blocking piece 242 is hung on the five second rolling pieces 220 and the blocking piece separating portion 230. Thus, an opening-closing type curtain is formed.
The above two blocking piece separating portions 230 may be controlled to open or close the corresponding first blocking piece 241 and second blocking piece 242.
