This application is related to (1) U.S. Design patent application Ser. No. 29/400,902, filed Sep. 2, 2011, which claims priority to European Community Design Application No. 001830217, filed Mar. 3, 2011 in the European (EU) Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), now Registered Community Design No. 001830217-0005; and, (2) U.S. Design patent application Ser.
