Claims
- 1. A method of detecting an albumin N-terminal derivative comprising contacting a sample comprising said derivative with a ligand to the albumin N-terminal derivative.
- 2. The method of claim 1, wherein the ligand is specific to an albumin N-terminal derivative which lacks four N-terminal amino acids of SEQ. ID. NO. 1.
- 3. The method of claim 1, wherein the ligand is specific to an albumin N-terminal derivative which lacks three N-terminal amino acids of SEQ. ID. NO. 1.
- 4. The method of claim 1, wherein the ligand is specific to an albumin N-terminal derivative which lacks two N-terminal amino acids of SEQ. ID. NO. 1.
- 5. The method of claim 1, wherein the ligand is specific to an albumin N-terminal derivative which lacks an N-terminal amino acid of SEQ. ID NO. 1.
- 6. The method of claim 1, wherein the ligand is specific to an albumin N-terminal derivative which is acetylated at its N-terminal Asp residue (SEQ. ID. NO. 2).
