The invention relates to cup technical field, more specifically, to a thermal cup.
Cups are essential for daily drinking water. At present, most of the heat preservation cups include a cup body and a cover that covers the opening of the cup body; a sealing ring is arranged in the cover, the cover is connected with the opening in threaded connection, so that the sealing ring is pressed between the opening and the cover to preserve heat in the cup body. However with threaded connection, the users have to rotate the cover for a plurality of turns to open or close the cover, it brings great inconvenience. And, when the pressure inside the cup is greater than or less than the external pressure, the threaded connection of the opening and the cover will be strengthen, it takes very vigorous power to turn the cover and open it, it is inconvenient. In some of the heat preservation cups, the cover is fastened and clamped with the cover. Although the cover is easy to open, the sealing performance is worse, it results in poor heat preservation effect.
The objection of the present invention is to provide a thermal cup, which aims at solving the technical problem that the cover and the opening of the cup body are connected in threaded connection in the prior art, the user must rotate the cover multiple times for opening or closing it, which brings great inconvenience.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention provides a thermal cup, which includes a cup body with an opening and a cover with a side wall and a top wall and covered the opening, the top wall has an upper face and a bottom face.
The thermal cup also includes a driver installed on the upper face of the top wall of the cover, a promoter installed on the bottom face of the top wall of the cover and a sealing ring made of elastic material and arranged between the cover and the promoter. The promoter passes through the top wall to connect with the driver.
When the cover covers at the opening, the promoter is inside the opening, and a gap is formed among its inner wall of the opening, the top wall of the cover and the promoter, the sealing ring is accommodated in the gap; when it needs to close the cover, the driver is rotated to bring the promoter to move upwards, the gap is reduced and the sealing ring is bent to seal the gap so that the cover and the opening are sealed connection; when it needs to open the cover, the driver is rotated reversely to bring the promoter to move downwards, the sealing ring elastically resets to break the sealed connection of the opening and the cover.
The sealing ring includes a first annular connecting portion which is connected with the bottom face of the top wall of the cover, the first annular connecting portion extends downward to form a first annular sealing portion, and its outer diameter of the promoter is gradually reduced from its bottom to its top to form a tapered pushing portion, the tapered pushing portion contacts with its inner side of the first annular sealing portion; the first annular sealing portion is bent under push of the tapered pushing portion to seal the gap.
Its outer wall of the first annular sealing portion is provided with a first sealing groove, and its inner wall of the opening is provided with an arc-shaped convex part; the first sealing groove is sealed connection with the arc-shaped convex part under push of the tapered pushing portion.
Its top of the sealing ring is provided with a first annular connecting groove, its top wall of the cover is provided with a first annular connecting projection inserted the first annular connecting groove.
The sealing ring includes a second annular connecting portion which contacts to the bottom face of the top wall of the cover; the second annular connecting portion extends downward to form a second annular sealing portion; the promoter has a connecting portion; the second annular sealing portion is adapted to the connecting portion; the second annular sealing portion is bent under push of the promoter to seal the gap.
Its lower end of the second annular sealing portion is provided with a second annular connecting protrusion; the promoter has a stepped groove outside the connecting portion; the second annular connecting protrusion is inserted the stepped groove with its interference fit.
Its top of the first annular connecting portion extends outwards to form an annular sealing table, its top face of the annular sealing table contacts with the bottom face of the top wall of the cover; when the cover covers the opening, its bottom face of the ring sealing table contacts with the opening.
At least one elastic member is arranged between the bottom top wall of the cover and the promoter.
The driver has a driving plate, one end of the driving plate is provided with two mounting seats enclosed by a connecting plate and two side plates arranged on both sides of the connecting plate; the two side plates are provided with a pair of eccentrical holes; a shaft is inserted the pair of eccentrical holes and arranged in parallel with the driving plate; one side of two side plates is far to the shaft to form a distal shaft side, the other side of the two side plates is near to the shaft to form a near shaft side; the promoter is provided with two pushing rods, and its upper portion of the pushing rod is provided with a hole; the shaft is rotatably connected to the hole; when it is need to lock the cover, the driving plate is rotated down to drive the distal shaft side to contact with the top face of the cover, so that the pushing rods is moved upward to push the sealing ring to seal the gap; when it needs to open the cover, the driving plate is rotated upward to drive the near shaft side to contact with the top face of the cover, so that the pushing rod is moved downward, the sealing ring resets, thereby unlocking the sealed connection of the cup body and the cover.
The distal shaft face and the near shaft face are perpendicular to each other; the distal shaft side is parallel to the driving plate, and the near shaft side is perpendicular to the driving plate.
The top wall of the cover is depressed to form a receiving groove, and the receiving groove is provided with a first step groove and a second step groove slot arranged up and down; the second step groove is provided with two through holes; the upper portions of the pushing rods are respectively movable through the two through holes and rotatably connected to the shaft.
The driving plate is semicircular, and the driving plate is provided with a circular or elliptical through hole.
The promoter is provided with at least one pushing rod at its upper end, the pushing rod is movable through the cover to connect with the driver.
Its middle of the promoter is provided with a one-way exhaust valve.
The thermal cup also includes an outer cover, the outer cover is covered to the cup body, and the cover is located within the outer cover.
The thermal cup in the present invention has the following advantages: the cover is covered on the opening of the cup body, the driver brings the promoter up to reduce the gap among the opening and the promoter. The sealing ring is bent under the push of the promoter to completely fill with the gap, so that the opening and the cover are sealed connection, and the inside of the cup body is sealed. Similarly, the driver brings the promoter down to increase the gap between the opening and the promoter, the sealing ring resets to unlock the sealed connection of the opening and the cover. Therefore, the cover can be locked by rotating the driving plate downwards and be opened by rotating the driving plate upwards. It is very convenient to open and close the cover. The thermal cup is solved the disadvantages of the prior art.

When the internal air pressure of the cup body 100 is less than the external air pressure, the driving plate 510 is turned upward to open the cover 200, and the external gas will enter through the through hole 220 and push the elastic valve portion 610 through the air holes 370 to form a gap between the elastic valve portion 610 and the promoter 300, from which the external gas enters the inside of the cup body 100, thereby balancing the internal and external pressure of the cup body 100, preventing the cover 200 from being unable to open.
