Claims
- 1. A receiving layer transfer sheet comprising:
- a substrate sheet; and
- a transferable resin laminate provided on one surface of said substrate sheet, said transferable resin laminate comprising (i) a dye-receiving layer positioned to face said substrate sheet and (ii) a foaming-agent-containing layer comprising at least two foaming agents that have different foaming temperatures.
- 2. A receiving layer transfer sheet according to claim 1, wherein the difference in the foaming temperature between said at least two foaming agents is in the range of from 10.degree. to 80.degree. C.
- 3. A receiving layer transfer sheet according to claim 1, wherein the foaming temperature of the foaming agent having a lower foaming temperature is in the range of from 40.degree. to 150.degree. C. and the foaming temperature of the foaming agent having a higher foaming temperature is in the range of from 100.degree. to 250.degree. C.
- 4. A receiving layer transfer sheet according to claim 1, further comprising an intermediate layer between said dye-receiving layer and said foaming-agent-containing layer.
- 5. A receiving layer transfer sheet according to claim 1, wherein said foaming-agent-containing layer is also an adhesive layer.
- 6. A receiving layer transfer sheet according to claim 1, wherein said transferable resin laminate further comprises a white pigment.
- 7. A receiving layer transfer sheet according to claim 1, wherein said transferable resin laminate is formed directly on said substrate sheet.
- 8. A thermal transfer image-receiving sheet comprising:
- a substrate sheet; and
- a resin laminate provided on one surface of said substrate sheet, said resin laminate comprising (i) a dye-receiving layer and a (i) foaming-agent-containing layer positioned to face said substrate sheet, said foaming-agent-containing layer comprising at least two foaming agents that have different foaming temperatures.
- 9. A thermal transfer image-receiving sheet according to claim 8, wherein the difference in the foaming temperature between said at least two foaming agents is in the range of from 10.degree. to 80.degree. C.
- 10. A thermal transfer image-receiving sheet according to claim 8, wherein the foaming temperature of the foaming agent having a lower foaming temperature is in the range of from 40.degree. to 150.degree. C. and the foaming temperature of the foaming agent having a higher foaming temperature is in the range of from 100.degree. to 250.degree. C.
- 11. A thermal transfer image-receiving sheet according to claim 8, further comprising an intermediate layer between said dye-receiving layer and said foaming-agent-containing layer.
- 12. A thermal transfer image-receiving sheet according to claim 8, wherein said foaming-agent-containing layer is also an adhesive layer.
- 13. A thermal transfer image-receiving sheet according to claim 8, wherein said resin laminate further comprises a white pigment.
- 14. A thermal transfer image-receiving sheet according to claim 8, wherein said resin laminate is formed directly on said substrate sheet.
