Claims
- 1. A thermal transfer recording material comprising a foundation and a heat-meltable ink layer comprising a, vehicle and a pigment provided on the foundation,
- the vehicle comprising not less than 85% by weight of an epoxy resin,
- the pigment having an oil absorption of not less than 94,
- the epoxy resin comprising at least one of bisphenol A diglycidyl ether and a bromide thereof.
- 2. The thermal transfer recording material of claim 1, which further comprises a layer comprising a wax provided between the foundation and the heat-meltable ink layer, the layer comprising the wax having a penetration of not more than 1.
