1. Field of the Invention The invention relates generally to a purification process for Acidothermus cellulolyticus endoglucanases, and is a continuation-in-part to U.S. patent application Ser. No. 07/412,434 filed Sep. 26, 1989, now U.S. Pat. No. 5,110,735 issued May 5, 1992.
The United States Government has rights in this invention pursuant to Contract No. DE-AC02-83CHI0093 between the United States Department of Energy and the Midwest Research Institute.
