Claims
- 1. A method of transmitting lithium ions between two different materials, comprising the steps of:
- positioning an electrolyte material comprising a solid, thin film mixture of oxides of lithium, cerium, and silicon between said two different materials; and
- applying an electric potential between said two different materials and across said electrolyte material.
