Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail below and examples of these embodiments are shown in the accompanying drawings, wherein same or similar reference numbers denote same or similar elements, or elements having same or similar functions throughout the present disclosure. Embodiments described below with reference to accompanying drawings are exemplary, which are not merely intended to explain the present disclosure and cannot be interpreted as limitation of the present disclosure.
As shown in
Specifically, the thread 900 passes through the thread passing eye 110, rounds the thread passing wheel 400 in a clockwise direction (viewed from
Specifically, the elastic element may be a spring, an elastic string or the like. In this embodiment, the elastic element is preferably a spring 700. A support 800 is fixedly arranged on the body 100. One end of the spring 700 is fixedly arranged on the support 800, and another end of the spring 700 is fixedly arranged on the tension rod 300. When the spring 700 is in a natural state, a tensile force of the tension rod 300 to the spring 700 and a tensile force of the support 800 to the spring 700 are balanced. At this time, the tension rod 300 is in an initial position 10. During operation, the rotational speed of the tension wheel is adjusted according to the rotational speed with which the thread is wound. The tension rod and the spring may balance a force applied on the thread, so that the tension rod is rotated within a setting range to optimize the tensile force of the thread. When the tension rod is rotated out of the setting range, the thread may be for example broken off or knotted so that a warning device generates a warning signal to remind the worker to stop the thread adjusting device.
Of course, adjustment of the tension rod 300 is not limited to use the spring 700. A gear assembly may also be arranged in the body 100 so that the tension rod 300 is connected to the gear assembly, and the position of the tension rod 100 is adjusted by driving the gear assembly.
In addition, the thread tension adjusting device may further comprise a limit knob 600 for defining a rotational range of the tension rod 300. The limit knob 600 may be arranged on the body 100. The worker may manipulate the limit knob 600 to define the rotational range of the tension rod 300, in which a swinging angle of the tension rod 300 is no more than 45°. In this embodiment, the swinging angle of the tension rod 300 is preferably no more than 30°.
Specifically, a first branch 810 and a second branch 820 are arranged on the support 800, and an angle is formed between the first branch 810 and the second branch 820. A first hole is arranged on the first branch 810, and a second hole is arranged on the second branch 820. One end of the spring 700 is fixedly connected to the first hole or the second hole.
In other words, the first hole and the second hole provide two different fixing positions. When the spring 700 is fixed, one of these holes may be chosen to fix the spring according to tensioning requirements of the thread 900, so that the tension rod 300 has different rotation adjusting ranges and thus satisfy tensioning requirements of various types of threads 900, and at the same time, the thread 900 output from the thread outlet wheel 310 may have different transmitting directions to satisfy tensioning requirements of various types of threads 900.
Further, in order to prevent a problem of thread jumping during the thread 900 transmitted from the thread passing wheel 400 to the tension wheel 200, the thread tension adjusting device may further comprise a jump preventer 130 which may be fixedly arranged on the body 100. More specifically, the wire jump preventer 130 may be arranged between the thread passing wheel 400 and the tension wheel 200.
In addition, the thread tension adjusting device may further comprise an adjusting wheel 120. The adjusting wheel 120 may be rotatably arranged on the body 100. More specifically, the adjusting wheel 120 may be arranged between the thread passing wheel 400 and the thread passing eye 110, so as to prevent an axial deviation of the thread 900 inputting from the thread passing eye 110 to the thread passing wheel 400, thereby ensuring stability of transmitting the thread 900. Specifically, a surface of the adjusting wheel 120 contacting with the thread 900 may be provided with a layer of film made of flexible material (such as fiber, cotton and felt), so that impurities, burrs and the like on the thread 900 may be smoothed during transmission of the thread, so as to ensure quality and state of the thread 900 during transmission, and at the same time, to reduce the number of thread wear phenomena. Moreover, the adjusting wheel 120 may be wool felt wheel.
In addition, the thread tension adjusting device may further comprise a position detector which is fixedly arranged on the tension rod 300. The position detector may be electrically connected to the controller. The thread tension adjusting device may further comprise a warning device. When the position detector detects that the tension rod 300 is deviated from the setting range during working process, the warning device may provide an alarm to prevent problems such as a case that the thread 900 is knotted or broken off since the tension rod 300 is operating in an incorrect position.
Further, in order to enable the worker to intuitively observe a power-on state of the thread tension adjusting device, a work indicating lamp 140 may also be arranged on the body 100 and connected to the controller. When the controller is powered on, the work indicating lamp 140 may illuminate. The work indicating lamp may include a power indicating lamp and an operating indicating lamp.
Specifically, the power indicating lamp 140 and the operating indicating lamp 150 may be identified by color. For example, the power indicating lamp 140 may be green, and the operating indicating lamp 150 may be red. Of course, the two indicating lamps may also be identified by flicker frequency; this embodiment is not limited thereto.
The thread tension adjusting device provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure may ensure stability of tensioning and transmitting of the thread by cooperation between the elastic element, the tension rod and the tension wheel. The thread tension adjusting device may realize adjusting of the rotational speed of tension wheel by the adjusting knob according to force of the wound thread, so as to improve precision for thread tension. In addition, the thread tension adjusting device may realize monitoring of thread breakage by providing a tension detector, and may also ensure operating stability and safety of the thread tension adjusting device by cooperation of a controller and a warning device to stop the machine in time. When the thread tension adjusting device is not wound by the thread, the tension rod is located at the initial position 10.

However, these embodiments mentioned above are merely preferred embodiments of the present disclosure. In should be noted that various equivalents will be reasonably combined according to features mentioned in the foregoing embodiments and their preferred implementations without departing from or changing the design idea and technical effects of the present disclosure.
