Claims
- 1. A multidimensional camouflage comprising a base textile having a camouflage pattern, the multidimensional camouflage including the base textile having flat regions and wrinkled regions.
- 2. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 1, wherein said flat regions comprise columns extending along said base fabric, and said wrinkled regions being disposed between the columns of flat regions.
- 3. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 1, wherein said flat regions of said base textile correspond with specific regions of the camouflage pattern of said base textile.
- 4. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 1, wherein said wrinkled regions of said base textile correspond with specific regions of the camouflage pattern of said base textile.
- 5. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 1, wherein the camouflage pattern includes images of objects.
- 6. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 5, wherein the images of the object in the camouflage pattern comprise items selected from the group consisting of: tree trunks, branches, twigs, leaves, twigs, rocks, weeds, and grass.
- 7. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 5, wherein the flat regions correspond with the images of objects in the camouflage pattern.
- 8. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 5, wherein the wrinkled regions correspond with the images of objects in the camouflage pattern.
- 9. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 1,wherein base textile has an outer surface, and wherein the camouflage pattern is place on the outer surface of said base textile.
- 10. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 1, wherein the camouflage pattern is incorporated into the material forming the base textile.
- 11. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 1, wherein the base textile comprises a thermoplastic material.
- 12. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 11, wherein the thermoplastic material comprises polyester.
- 13. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 11, wherein the thermoplastic material comprises nylon.
- 14. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 11, wherein the base textile further includes a non-thermoplastic material.
- 15. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 1, wherein the base textile comprises a woven material.
- 16. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 15, wherein the woven material comprises yarns in a plain weave pattern.
- 17. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 15, wherein the woven material comprises yarns in a satin weave pattern.
- 18. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 1, wherein the base textile comprises a knit material.
- 19. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 1, wherein the base textile comprises a nonwoven material.
- 20. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 1, wherein the base textile comprises monofilament yarns.
- 21. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 1, wherein the base textile comprises multifilament yarns.
- 22. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 1, wherein the base textile comprises staple yarns.
- 23. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 1, wherein the base textile comprises textured yarns.
- 24. A method of forming a three dimensional camouflage textile, comprising the steps of:
forming a base textile having a thermoplastic material therein; applying a camouflage pattern to the base textile; forming flat regions and wrinkled regions in the base textile.
- 25. The method according to claim 24, wherein said step of forming the base textile comprises weaving the base textile.
- 26. The method according to claim 25, wherein the step of weaving the base textile includes weaving the base textile in a plain weave pattern.
- 27. The method according to claim 25, wherein the step of weaving the base textile includes weaving the base textile in a satin weave pattern.
- 28. The method according to claim 24, wherein said step of forming the base textile comprises knitting the base textile.
- 29. The method according to claim 24, wherein said step of forming the base textile comprises forming the base textile as a nonwoven material.
- 30. The method according to claim 24, wherein said step of forming the flat and wrinkled regions includes subjecting areas of the base textile to be the flat regions to a hot fluid stream.
- 31. The method according to claim 24, wherein said step of forming the flat and wrinkled regions includes orienting hot fluid streams in a row adjacent to the base textile, and creating a relative movement between the base textile and the row of hot fluid streams.
- 32. The method according to claim 24, further including the said disposing a finishing lubricant on the base textile prior to forming the flat and wrinkled regions.
- 33. A method of forming a three dimensional camouflage textile, comprising the steps of:
forming a base textile having a thermoplastic material and a camouflage pattern therein; and forming flat regions and wrinkled regions in the base textile.
- 34. The method according to claim 33, wherein said step of forming the base textile comprises weaving the base textile.
- 35. The method according to claim 34, wherein the step of weaving the base textile includes weaving the base textile in a plan weave pattern.
- 36. The method according to claim 34, wherein the step of weaving the base textile includes weaving the base textile in a satin weave pattern.
- 37. The method according to claim 33, wherein said step of forming the base textile comprises knitting the base textile.
- 38. The method according to claim 33, wherein said step of forming the base textile comprises forming the base textile as a nonwoven material.
- 39. The method according to claim 33, wherein said step of forming the flat and wrinkled regions includes subjecting areas of the base textile to be the flat regions to a hot fluid stream.
- 40. The method according to claim 33, wherein said step of forming the flat and wrinkled regions includes orienting hot fluid streams in a row adjacent to the base textile, and creating a relative movement between the base textile and the row of hot fluid streams.
- 41. The method according to claim 33, further including the said disposing a finishing lubricant on the base textile prior to forming the flat and wrinkled regions.
- 42. A multidimensional camouflage comprising a base textile having a camouflage pattern, the multidimensional camouflage including the base textile having a particular number of yarns per linear distance, wherein the base textile further comprises first regions and second regions, said first regions being a density of said yarns per linear distance being greater than said second regions.
- 43. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 42, wherein the yarns per linear distance are warp yarns.
- 44. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 42, wherein the yarns per linear distance are fill yarns.
- 45. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 42, wherein said first regions comprise columns extending along said base fabric, and said second regions being disposed between the columns of first regions.
- 46. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 42, wherein said first regions of said base textile correspond with specific regions of the camouflage pattern of said base textile.
- 47. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 42, wherein said second regions of said base textile correspond with specific regions of the camouflage pattern of said base textile.
- 48. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 42, wherein the camouflage pattern includes images of objects.
- 49. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 48, wherein the images of the object in the camouflage pattern comprise items selected from the group consisting of: tree trunks, branches, twigs, leaves, twigs, rocks, weeds, and grass.
- 50. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 48, wherein the first regions correspond with the images of objects in the camouflage pattern.
- 51. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 48, wherein the second regions correspond with the images of objects in the camouflage pattern.
- 52. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 42, wherein base textile has an outer surface, and wherein the camouflage pattern is place on the outer surface of said base textile.
- 53. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 42, wherein the camouflage pattern is incorporated into the material forming the base textile.
- 54. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 42, wherein the base textile comprises a thermoplastic material.
- 55. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 54, wherein the thermoplastic material comprises polyester.
- 56. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 54, wherein the thermoplastic material comprises nylon.
- 57. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 54, wherein the base textile further includes a non-thermoplastic material.
- 58. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 42, wherein the base textile comprises a woven material.
- 59. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 58, wherein the woven material comprises yarns in a plain weave pattern.
- 60. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 58, wherein the woven material comprises yarns in a satin weave pattern.
- 61. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 42, wherein the base textile comprises a knit material.
- 62. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 42, wherein the base textile comprises a nonwoven material.
- 63. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 42, wherein the base textile comprises monofilament yarns.
- 64. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 42, wherein the base textile comprises multifilament yarns.
- 65. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 42, wherein the base textile comprises staple yarns.
- 66. The multidimensional camouflage according to claim 42, wherein the base textile comprises textured yarns.
