The goal of this invention is to provide a three-in-one water-supply pipe with accessories for drinkable, service and recycled water. It is cold water supply pipe with accessories suitable for water system to supply domestic water by integrating three pipes into one pipe. It is easy for network of multi-pipe to bond to piping shaft or attachment of resident building. The three-in-one cold water pipe can supply three kinds of water at the same time and has a good result of heat insulation. It is easy for installation and maintenance to make the pipe network beautiful and clear. The safety and sanitation of the domestic water are guaranteed.
The goal of this invention is achieved by following embodiments.
It provides a kind of water system can store water with pressure regulating and supply drinkable, service and recycled water. In the system, the water from source is processed into domestic water and transmitted to the ending terminal while the forestage of the system where water is processed into drinkable, service and recycled water supplied by multi-pipes. The system includes water processing equipment, pipes valves, meters and water-supply network. The characteristic of the three-in-one pipe for drinkable, service and recycled water is that the pipe is made of second contamination free material for cold water supply, which can also be used to supply three other liquids of normal temperature that do not erode the pipe.
There are two kinds of pipe as straight and coiled pipe whose section is three circles adjacent to each other to form a triangle. The diameter and thickness of pipe wall and length of the pipe depend on water-supply volume and pressure and installation according to national standard.
A further embodiment includes that the straight pipe and shunt pipe are connected by the triangle-shaped straight joint, 90-175 bending joint and tee joint to compose the pipe network that is fixed onto attachment of buildings by accessory triangle-shaped pipe clips.
The triangle-shaped straight joint, 90-175 bending joint and tee joint are close fit socket-and-spigot joints whose internal diameter is larger than the external diameter of the triangle-shaped straight pipe. The shape of external side of the joints is circle arc. “Y”-shaped socket-and-spigot board to separate water is in the middle of the joints. The board is streamlined with thickness from thin to thick. The inner side of the joints has bench with the same thickness of straight pipe wall, which make it easy to insert straight pipe at same depth to connect to the joints.
The straight water-supply pipe matching the triangle-shaped straight joint, 90-175 bending joint and tee joint further includes that at the end of the triangle-shaped pipe that needs to be connected, the overlapping internal side of the three pipes is sawed into Y-shaped socket with special tools to match the spigot streamlined board in the triangle-shaped joint. The socket and spigot is connected by bonding or sealing, which prevents small pore, water leaking and mixing in the pipe network.
The 90-175 bending joint can be in one of three types such as bending to left or right, bending vertically outward and inward for all standards.
The triangle-shaped pipe clip is composed of plastic or stainless steed strap and plastic plate and has the shaped matching external side of triangle-shaped straight pipe. The plate with double sockets and movable clamp bonds to stainless steel strap and is fixed to the attachment of building with the bolts in the middle of it. The stainless steel strap with bendable upper part has open sockets in the middle to place two plastic boards that are adjacent to the external side of straight pipe. The front end of strap is inserted in the movable clamp of the plate and is fastened by trimming screw rod.
The three-in-one water-supply pipe network may further include triangle-shaped straight joints, 90-175 bending joint and tee joint for standard straight pipe and straight joint, bending joint, wire joint, variant-diameter joint, plug, meter, valve and tap made of second contamination free material in the market. They are connected by means of bonding, sealing and wire to compose the water-supply multi-pipes network for separated delivery of drinkable, service and recycled water.
The water-supply multi-pipes may also have plastic foam as heat insulation layer around the external side. In order to prevent frost in north areas, there is 36V power heating membrane underneath the heat insulation layer to heat up.
This invention of three-in-one water-supply pipe can also be used to supply three other liquids of normal temperature that do not erode the pipe. For the three-in-one water-supply pipe for drinkable, service water described above, the straight pipe and shunt pipe are connected by the triangle-shaped straight joint, 90-175 bending joint and tee joint to compose the pipe network that is fixed onto piping shaft or attachment of buildings by accessory triangle-shaped pipe clips.
The 90-175 bending joint described above has four directions with respect to a standing with drinking water pipe facing out, such as sideway bending to left and right, bending outward and inward, all with different sizes.
The triangle-shaped straight joint, bending joint and tee joint described above are close fit socket-and-spigot joints whose internal diameter is larger than the external diameter of the triangle-shaped straight pipe. The shaped of external side of the joints is three circle arcs connecting to each other. “Y”-shaped socket-and-spigot board to separate water is in the middle of the joints.
“Y”-shaped socket-and-spigot board described above has its thickness streamlined from thin to thick. The inner side of the joints has bench with the same thickness of straight pipe wall, which make it easy to insert straight pipe at same depth to connect to the joints.
For the straight water-supply pipe matching the triangle-shaped straight joint, 90-175 bending joint and tee joint described above, at one end of the triangle-shaped pipe that needs to be connected, the overlapping internal side of the three pipes is sawed into Y-shaped socket with special tools to match the spigot streamlined board in the triangle-shaped joint.
The socket and spigot is connected by bonding or sealing, which prevents small pore and bubbler water leaking and mixing in the pipe network.
The triangle-shaped pipe clip described above is composed of plastic or stainless steed strap and plastic plate and has the shape matching external side of triangle-shaped straight pipe. The plate with double sockets and movable clamp bonds to stainless steel strap and is fixed to the attachment of a building with bolts in the middle of it. The stainless steel strap with bendable upper part has open sockets in the middle to place two plastic boards that are adjacent to the external side of straight pipe. The front end of the strap is inserted in the movable clamp of the plate and is secured by turning a screw rod. The size of pipe clip matches the triangle-shaped pipe.
The three-in-one water-supply pipe network for drinkable service water described above has characteristics that the triangle-shaped straight joint, 90-175 bending joint and tee joint are suitable for standard straight pipe and straight joint, bending joint, wire joint, variant-diameter joint, plug, meter, valve and tap made of second contamination free material in the market. They are connected by means of bonding, sealing or wiring to constitute the multi-pipe water-supply network.
To insulate and heat up the water-supply network of multi-pipe for different domestic water delivery described above, it has plastic foam as heat insulation layer around the external side. The water-supply pipe with accessories for drinkable service and recycled water and the integrated three-in-one water-supply pipeline and network can be used with the “water-supply system and multi-functional supply tank” disclosed in the international patent application PCT/CN02/0034 and U.S. Pat. No. 7,163,619. Using the pipe system of this invention, the water plant does not directly supply drinkable water at the initiating terminal after routine processing but delivers domestic water to the ending terminal while the forestage of our system, where drinkable, service water with desired standard is supplied to users after further processing.
If the resource water or the water at the initiating terminal was polluted, the processing at the ending terminal while the forestage of our system could be a temporary solution against pollution. It not only meets the new published national standard GB5749-2006 for drinkable water but also achieves the goal to provide safe and sanitary water and save the energy and economically exploit water resource to benefit mankind.
