Abstract
TIC TAC Dodgeballs is an active game, it is more than setting head bent playing a game on a phone/IPAD etc. TIC TAC Dodgeball is a game of physical movement with fun while playing the game. Case research and studies have shown that over the last 10 years, there have been more medical case reports on the US and its obesity problems, head, back, neck problems as well as eye problems. Reviewing these studies, I thought about movement. One intention was to make/create something to motivate my children and their friends. After making a sample (proto-type) and playing with several children, I later discovered the adults enjoyed it as much as the children . . . hint something for everyone, the entire family. As the inventor of a new and original ornamental design for an article of manufacture (a new game TIC TAC Dodgeball) a Patent Google search and US patent search was done and revealed no such game. (an initial Provisional document was submitted in May of 2023).

The game TIC-TAC-DODGEBALL, is a game similar in nature to the game TIC-TAC-TOE. TIC-TAC-TOE is an abstract game played on a piece of paper and DODGEBALL is simply a game of tossing a ball to hit its opponent. TIC-TAC-DODGEBALL is a game created and or improved for excitement and physical movement. The advantage/s of TIC-TAC-DODGEBALL is the ability to move, learn teamwork, motivating activity and more. A person no longer has to sit around and repeatedly draw a TIC-TAC-TOE or a Hashtag #On paper marking an x or an o over the paper. DODGEBALL is limited to just throwing the ball. The uniqueness of TIC-TAC-DODGEBALL is the creation and design of its co-ed active suit/s. TIC-TAC-DODGEBALL is a combined game complete with TIC-TAC-DODGEBALL suit/s with and without lights and attachable balls. TIC-TAC-DODGEBALL consists of multiple players and has been designed to improve (physical) active movement. TIC-TAC-DODGEBALL was created for all genders and age groups.

Due to the high obesity in today's youth and the complacency brought on by COVID-19 (stay at home/work from home) was designed for movement.

TIC-TAC-DODGEBALL functional differences are that of an actual garment, fascinating lights, rules, instructions and or challenges. TIC-TAC-DODGEBALL requires the individual/s to get up and move around/exercising while having exciting fun. TIC-TAC-DODGEBALL is a family oriented game that can be played in homes, schools, bounce houses, fun centers and much more. The uniqueness to TIC-TAC-DODGEBALL is the creation and design of the special co-ed activity suit (wear apparel) complete with or without lights affixed to it and include non-hazardous attachable/detachable throw balls. Not only is TIC-TAC-DODGEBALL unique in its design but its duality is not limited; fun while getting exercise, family bonding, promotes teamwork, cost effective for a family, school or gaming center excitement and others.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION

TIC-TAC-DODGEBALL is played with two or more players. When played with multiple individuals you may select one to two individual/s as a leader/captain. There are two teams. They are divided into two teams. One on each side, one on the right side and one on the left side. It is recommended that the teams are set at least 15′ feet apart from each other or the teams desired distance apart. The leader/captains will wear the Light up suit. He or she is placed in the center or strategically placed among his or her selected teammates. The captain/leader can rotate or adjust within his or her teammates only while the ball is still, not in motion. Each captain/leader should be protected by his or her teammates. The teammates are to protect his or her captain/leader. If the captain/leader is hit and the suit lights up but the ball does not stick/affix it is not counted against the team. Each captain/leader's objective is to try to avoid getting hit by the ball or allowing a ball to stick/affixing to his or her suit.

The teammate's objective is to catch the ball. If a ball is caught by either team member, they are allowed to return or throw the ball in the attempt to strike out or hit the opposite team member and or team's captain. If a team member is struck/hit by the ball they are sidelined/eliminated (less team members will make the captain/leader more vulnerable). Team members will wear the suits that are without lights. Limited team members' suits are supplied and additional suits are sold separately. Team members are the defender to/of their leader/captain.

The objective of the game is for each team to throw the ball attempting to strike out as many of the opposing team members and or the captain/leader by affixing their ball onto the opposite team leader/captain suit. Once a team member has been struck with a ball and did not catch the ball that team member is sidelined (out of the game). The more team members eliminated from either team allows vulnerability to a team's leader/captain. Once the captain/leader is more in the open the easier the team captain/leader will or can get hit and his or her suit lights up and the balls are easier to affix/stick to his or her suit. Each team is given five (5) to seven (7) balls to start the game. A total of 5 Suits are given to each team and a captain/leader is chosen. A minimum of 5 balls are given to each team. A player can acquire more balls by catching the opposite team balls (additional balls are sold separately). A team member can easily identify their balls, the balls are equally marked with either an X or an O. The leader/captain's light up suit will flash when hit. Once a team is out of balls, the game is over and the count of balls affixed to the leader/captain(s) suit is counted. When adding up the balls affixed to the suit, a straight line is not necessary as long as the ball is within the perimeter of/to the TIC-TAC square. The leader/captain with the fewest/lesser balls affixed to his or her suit wins the game.
