- interposing a frame, having an inside space for guiding and holding said joining granules, between said preformed tile blanks while keeping said gap therebetween in said fixed state;
- filling said inside space of said frame with said joining granules while guiding said joining granules via said frame; and
- removing said frame to fill said gap while making said preformed tile blanks approach each other along the slopes of said lower mold in said V-section of said forming space.
- 11. The method of claim 9 wherein the step of filling said inside space of said frame with said joining granules includes adding an adhesive with said joining granules.
- 12. The method of claim 2 wherein the step of disposing said preformed tile blanks includes disposing a trimming means having a plate shape located at the other end of at least one of said preformed tile blanks, said trimming means having the same thickness as said at least one of said preformed tile blanks and removing said trimming means after performing the step of pressing said preformed tile blanks.
- 13. The method of claim 2 further comprising the step of disposing granules of a tile material wholly on one surface, in a thickness direction, of said preformed tile blanks joined via said joining tile material, after the step of disposing said first and second preformed tile blanks and before the step of pressing said preformed tile banks, to form a lining layer on the overall surface of said preformed tile blanks when joined by said joining tile material.
