BACKGROUND

The use of toilet paper as a means to maintain proper hygiene and to clean parts of the body, have been a staple in today's society since at least the 19th century. Toilet paper is often manufactured with multiple sheets of tissue or fine paper, constructed with one or more plys, are rolled over a cardboard mandrel having a hollow core. This hollow core provides for a through hole for which a rod or spindle can be inserted, allowing the roll to rotate, in order to allow a user to access one or more sheets of the tissue.

Currently, there are a number of solutions for toilet paper holder. Some of these solutions attempt to make changing the toilet paper roll easier. However, these solutions fail to meet the needs of the industry because there are millions of people with dexterity issues who are unable to change the toilet paper using the common toilet paper holder. Other solutions attempt to allow for easy changing of toilet paper, but these solutions are similarly unable to meet the needs of the industry because there is no solution to modify existing toilet paper holders. Still, other solutions seek to require that existing toilet paper holders be removed and replaced with other styles, but these solutions also fail to meet industry needs because removal and replacement of the existing toilet paper rod must be done.

While these and other rolls of toilet paper or tissue have found a considerable degree of success in commercial and residential use, there is a lack of a device that allows a user to add or remove one or more toilet paper rolls without removing or adjusting the toilet paper holder rod.
