Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The invention relates to a toilet tank lever and, more particularly, to a toilet tank lever structure for adjusting the operating position of the lever without using tools.

2. Brief Description of the Related Art

As shown in FIG. 1, it is a conventional toilet tank lever structure, wherein the lever 10 of the toilet tank 1 is consisted of a short lever 11 and a long lever 12, a handle 14 is connected to one end of the short lever 11 and a first meshing part 111 is set on its another end (please refer to FIG. 2), a screw hole 112 is set on the first meshing part 111, a second meshing part 121 is also set on one end of the long lever 12, a through hole 122 is set on the second meshing part 121, the first meshing part 111 correspondingly meshes with the second meshing part 121, the screw hole 112 correspondingly communicated with the through hole 122 is provided for a bolt 13 passing through to fasten. When the position of the lever 10 is needed to be adjusted, the bolt 13 is loosened by tools, and the bolt 13 is tightened after the long lever 12 is adjusted to the ideal position, it is the structure of U.S. Pat. No. 7,434,275 B1. Other cited references U.S. Pat. No. 7,861,330 B2, US2008/0115263A1, US2005/0273919A1 disclosed the structure enable to adjust the position of the lever, but these cited references have a common drawback that tools are needed for tightening or loosening the bolt when adjusting the lever, thus it is very inconvenient in operation.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the drawbacks of the conventional structure, the inventor provides a toilet tank lever structure, namely, the object of the invention is to provide a toilet tank lever structure for adjusting the position of the lever without using tools, to thereby conveniently adjust the position of the lever.

To achieve the object, the toilet tank lever structure of the present invention, whose one side fixed on a tank sidewall, is consisted of a first lever body, a second lever body and a fastening element, wherein:

the first lever body, a handle is connected to its one end, a first meshing part is set on its another end, and a screw hole is set on one lateral side of the first meshing part;

the second lever body, a second meshing part is set on its one end, a hooking part is set on its another end, a through hole is set on a lateral side of the second meshing part, the second meshing part correspondingly meshes with the first meshing part, the through hole is correspondingly communicated with the screw hole;

the fastening element, where a pair of wings are set on its head, and a threaded section is extendedly connected to the lower side of the head for the fastening element passing through the through hole to fasten to the screw hole, to thereby fix the first meshing part and the second meshing part.

The above first meshing part, multiple meshing teeth are set on its one lateral side surroundingly.

The above second meshing part, multiple meshing teeth are set on its one lateral side surroundingly.

The above hooking part, multiple hooking holes are set on it.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The detail structure, the applied principle, the function and the effectiveness of the present invention can be more fully understood with reference to the following description and accompanying drawings, in which:

FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of a conventional toilet tank lever;

FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional schematic diagram of a conventional toilet tank lever;

FIG. 3 is a three-dimensional exploded diagram according to the present invention;

FIG. 4 is a three-dimensional schematic diagram according to the present invention;

FIG. 5 is a schematic operation diagram according to the present invention; and

FIG. 6 is a schematic operation diagram of adjusting the position of the lever according to the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The above and further objects and novel features of the invention will more fully appear from the following detailed description when the same is read in connection with the accompanying drawing. It is to be expressly understood, however, that the drawing is for purpose of illustration only and is not intended as a definition of the limits of the invention.

Please refer to FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 6, the toilet tank lever A of the present invention, whose one side fixed on a tank sidewall B, is consisted of a first lever body 2, a second lever body 3 and a fastening element 4, wherein:

the first lever body 2, a handle 21 is connected to its one end, a first meshing part 22 is set on its another end, and a screw hole is set on one lateral side of the first meshing part; multiple meshing teeth 221 and a screw hole 222 are set on a lateral side of the first meshing part 22 surroundingly; the second lever body 3, a meshing part 31 is set on its one end, a hooking part 32 is set on its another end, a through hole is set on a lateral side of the second meshing part, multiple hooking holes 321 are set on the hooking part 32, multiple meshing teeth 311 and a through hole 312 are set on a lateral side of the second meshing part 31 surroundingly, the second meshing part 31 correspondingly meshes with the first meshing part 22, the through hole 312 is correspondingly communicated with the screw hole 222;

the fastening element 4, where a pair of wings 411 are set on its head 41, and a threaded section 42 is extendedly connected to the lower side of the head 41 for the fastening element 4 passing through the through hole 312 to fasten to the screw hole 222, to thereby fix the first meshing part 22 and the second meshing part 31.

As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, when wanting to adjust the position of the lever A, the user holds the pair of wings 411 of the fastening element 4 by fingers and loosens inversely to let the first meshing part 22 and the second meshing part 31 not mesh together. And then, the user may move the second lever body 3 to the desired position, holds the pair of wings 411 of the fastening element 4 by fingers for tightening the fastening element 4, to let the first meshing part 22 and the second meshing part 31 mesh together. The user does not need any tools during the whole operation process, thus the drawback of the conventional toilet tank levers is effectively solved.
