FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a tote handle;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof.

The rear elevational view is a mirror image of the FIG. 4 front elevational view. The right side view is a mirror image of the FIG. 5 left side view.

The ornamental design which is claimed is shown in solid lines in the drawings. The broken lines in the figures depict environmental subject matter only and fours no part of the claimed design.
