The present invention provides a touch screen electronic device with at least one fastener member placed, attached, adapted, adhered, configured, wrapped, connected, adjusted to its structure. The improved technology, more particularly, includes a fastener member that enables at least one touch screen electronic device mostly commonly known as a smart phone, android phone, iPhone, tablet, iPad, and the like to acquire extreme mounting power, greater maneuverability and practicality in the daily use,
This new fastener feature enables these type of touch screen electronic devices to work better in different settings, places, and for an unlimited number of functions without the need of other elements, materials, products and/or tools, but by not limiting the fastener to include at least one other element and/or material in and/or on its structure, whereas the touch screen electronic device comes or not with an attached case and/or any other type of correspondent accessories.
The improved touch screen electronic device technology includes at least one form, shape, color, design, letter, number, and/or type of fastener technology. A fastener technology that includes at least one type of the following fasteners, but is not limited to any other types of fasteners, such as: adhesive sticky back fastener, double sided fastener, single sided fastener, and/or a fastener attached to at least one other element and/or material.
The kit for the at least one touch screen electronic device comprises at least one type of fastener technology, and each of the at least one fastener technology comprises at least one form, shape, color, design, and/or type of fastener(s). Some examples of the kit includes at least one of the following fasteners, but is not limited to any other types and/or forms of fasteners and/or a combination therefore: 1. An adhesive sticky back hook and/or loop fastener of any form, shape, color, design and/or type comprising, a surface with plurality of hooks and/or loops, and a powerful and secure adhesive back area covered by a removable element until is manually peeled for use; 2. A double sided fastener, on which one surface presents a plurality of hooks and the other side of the surface presents a plurality of loops and wherein some areas might do not present either hook and/or loops; 3. A single sided fastener, on which only one surface presents a plurality of hooks and for loops; and 4. A fastener attached to at least one other element and/or material to support the design of the fastener in any way possible.
A method of 1. Placing, adjusting, attaching, adapting, adhering, wrapping, configuring, and/or engaging at least one type of fastener technology to at least one touch screen electronic device; then to 2. placing, adjusting, attaching, adapting, adhering, wrapping, configuring, and/or engaging another fastener to the user's selected placing, mounting and/or holding area; and then, 3. by pressing together both: The device and the area using the hook and loop attachments creating an interference fit that actually catches tightly to each other, a connection that will not disengage until a force of separation—such as human hand—pulls one side of the fastener (hook) away from the other side of the fastener (loop) and/or vice versa and/or in a combination therefore.
This method requires only the touch screen electronic device, at least one fastener set, and an area to place, mount and/or hold the device. Additional equipment, tools and/or accessories is not needed, but it is not limited to any other elements and/or materials to support the design of the fastener kit. Even though the technique of using Velcro for other products is well known in previous arts; this specific technique that applies to touch screen electronic devices is not anticipated, rendered obvious, suggested, or even implied by prior art, either alone or in combination therefore.
The technique of adding at least one fastener to the touch screen electronic device (aka: Smart Phone, Android Phone, tablet, iPad, and the like), the kit and its particular method have novelty since have not been commercialized, implied and use in the current market. Nevertheless, this technique of adding hook and loop fasteners to connect two ends is well known in many industries and have been applied to many other products such as handbags, shoes and more.
The present kit works with at least one touch screen electronic device and/or with at least one of its accessories; however, in some devices the use of one or more kit(s) would be recommended, and it should be clear that variations are possible in the design of the fastener kit without affecting the advantages of the present invention. Similar, should be clear that the form, type, shape, design, and/or color of the designed kit is not limited to the particular embodiments shown in the figures.
Furthermore, only a limited number of devices and surfaces has been illustrated. Non-illustrated devices includes but are not limited to more types of Tablets, Androids, iPads, iPad Air, Samsung Galaxy, LG Smart Phones, e-reader, kindle, kindle fire, iPhone, its accessories and the like. And a limited number of surfaces has been illustrated, non-illustrated include but are not limited to: walls, furniture, workout equipment, Glass, Metal, Plastics, Vehicle Furniture/Parts, Aircrafts, appliances, and cases.
In recent years, the market for the touch screen electronic devices mostly commonly known as smart phone, android phone, tablet, iPad, and the like devices have become enormously popular in both commercial and residential sectors. However, these devices do not allow the user a means for removable attach and detach the device in more than one surface, area and/or in more than one place without the need to use at least one other product, material and/or element that enables the device to be placed, hung and/or mounted in distinct areas and for different functionalities.
These lack of versatility, maneuverability and practicality presents a number of disadvantages because most of the touch screen electronic devices are portable and “instant connectivity” in a variety of surfaces is now a must. To solve this inconvenience a new product market created products such as: Tablet Holders, Tablet racks, smart phone clips, tablet kitchen stands, cases with attached clips, hand coverings with magnets and also with some hook and loops attachments, other clips and cords with metal/plastic structures, other magnets, vehicle plastic headrest tablet holders, and more. But these alternatives do not fit all devices and they are not multi-surface; none of these alternatives will place, mount and/or hold the device in unlimited places, and more importantly the above alternatives lack practicality in the daily use.
These touch screen electronic devices are a necessity for most people worldwide; common users and businesses prefer to have their device(s) handy in their most useful area(s), whether is hands-free, mounted and/or hands-held in places like but not limited to: office, furniture, walls, restaurant and bar equipment, kitchen, aircraft compartments and furniture, vehicle visor, vehicle compartments, vehicle headrest, appliances, workout equipment, bathroom places, mirrors, cabinets, doors, garage places, patio places, living room, dining room, racks, BBQ grill area, baby room, motorcycles, bicycles, strollers, and many more different places depending on the user's needs and preferences.
The problem is that the current smart phones, iPads, and/or tablet devices lacks mounting power on its own; that is why the present invention adds a new mounting versatility that allows the user to freely select their best mounting and/or holding location(s) according to their job, duties and personal preferences and without the need of other product(s) accessories and/or tools.
As mentioned before the present invention uses fasteners and the use of fasteners, mostly commonly known as Velcro has been extensively use in prior arts and involved as part of many other technologies. There are many types of fasteners including but not limited to adhesive sticky back fasteners, double and single sided fasteners straps mainly sold in hardware stores and mainly use by handymen projects, for construction tooling, to bundle cords and organize storage; by teachers for crafts and to hold items such as school boards erasers and office items; by manufacturers for products like shoes, bags, garment, textiles and more.
The present invention provides a touch screen electronic device with at least one placed, attached, adapted, configured, adhered, engaged, wrapped, connected and/or adjusted fastener member to its structure; and a kit and method that provides a higher level of versatility, maneuverability and practicality to the device hardware functionalities. An improved technology that enables the device to instantly attach and/or detach with “sticking power” to many surfaces and wherein the attached fastener(s) resists some water usage, too.
A kit of at least one set and/or more forms, shapes, colors, designs and/or types of fasteners, including but not limited to adhesive sticky back fasteners, double sided fasteners, single sided fasteners, and fastener containing at least one other element and/or material; wherein at least on of these fastener(s) is securely attached to the device structure and also to the user's selected area and/or surface. The kit that comprises at least one strong adhesive sticky back fastener(s), wherein the adhesive back fastener have a peel and stick hook and/or loop side or a combination therefore, and where the sticking part creates a strong adhesive bond to the device without the need of any other tools and/or elements, but not limited to other tools and/or elements.
The kit provides one or more colors and/or special designs; including non-color fasteners also known as transparent fasteners to provide consumers with options to meet their device needs. In addition, the fastener kit comes in an assortment of shapes, designs, forms, sizes and types of fastener(s) to serve useful for any desired utility.
The new touch screen electronic device with at least one placed, attached, adapted, configured, adhered, engaged, wrapped, connected and/or adjusted fastener(s) on and/or in its structure allows the device to be repeatable connected to other fastener surfaces areas and instantly removed from the selected area; using hook on one side, loop on the other side, a combination of both hook and loop and/or vice versa.
In some embodiments, at least one part of the kit might be adapted to fit certain types of touch screen electronic device(s), whereas the device might be standardized to be fitted on a kit or vice versa. The kit of fasteners for placing, mounting and/or holding touch screen electronic devices on one or more surface/area is thus versatile.
In some embodiments, the fitting are and/or surface comprises one or more protrusions, cavities, holes on which at least one fastener member can be attached or configured to such device and/or the user's selected area.
In some embodiments, the fastener kit comprises at least one of the following types of fasteners: adhesive sticky back hook and loop set, double sided hook and loop fastener strap, a single sided hook and/or loop strap, and a fastener attached to at least one other element and/or material, although other types and shapes of fasteners might be used.
In some embodiments, a particular combination of one or more parts of the kit might be positioned and configured to alternatively engage with the opposite side of the fastener member attached to device and/or surface area or vice versa.
