Claims
- 1. A mixture comprised of polyoxymethylene (component A), 5-50% by weight, relative to the total mixture of A) and B), of a rubber-elastic graft copolymer (component B), a polymeric third component (component C) in an amount of 10 to 95% by weight, relative to the sum of B) and C), wherein the graft copolymer is present in the polyoxymethylene in a state of fine distribution and is comprised of particles which have been formed from a rubber-elastic, single-phase core and a hard graft shell, said shell comprising a plurality of layers and wherein the component C together with the component B forms a two-phase system B/C, or with increasing amounts of the component B which is then increasingly located in the core of the two-phase system, and the two-phase system is present in a state of fine distribution in the polyoxymethylene.
- 2. A mixture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the core in the component B consists essentially of polydiene.
- 3. A mixture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shell of the particles in component B consists of two layers, an inner layer and an outer layer.
- 4. A mixture as claimed in claim 3, wherein the inner layer is composed of crosslinked polystyrene and the outer layer is composed of crosslinked polymethacrylate.
- 5. A mixture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the component B has a glass transition temperature below -60.degree. C.
- 6. A mixture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the component B is present in the polyoxymethylene in the form of a finely disperse phase having an average particle size between 0.1 and 5 .mu.m.
- 7. A mixture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the component B is predominantly present in the boundary regions in the two-phase system B/C.
- 8. A mixture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the melting point of the component C is not more than 250.degree. C.
- 9. A shaped article produced from the mixture as claimed in claim 1.
- 10. A mixture as claimed in claim 4, wherein the rubber-elastic, single-phase core consists essentially of polybutadiene, and component C consists essentially of a segmented copolyether-ester.
- 11. A mixture comprised of a polyoxymethylene matrix (component A), 5-50% by weight, relative to the total mixture of A) and B), of a rubber-elastic graft copolymer (component B), a polymeric third component (component C) in an amount of 10 to 95% by weight, relative to the sum of B) and C), said polymeric third component (component C) being a polyurethane, a segmented copolyether-ester or an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, wherein the graft copolymer is present in the polyoxymethylene matrix in a state of fine distribution and is comprised of particles which have been formed from a rubber-elastic, single-phase polydiene core and a hard graft shell, said shell comprising a plurality of layers and wherein the component B together with the component C forms a two-phase system B/C, or with increasing amounts of component B which is then increasingly located in the core of the two-phase system, and the two-phase system is present in a state of fine distribution in the polyoxymethylene matrix.
- 12. A mixture as claimed in claim 11, wherein the shell of the particles in component B comprises two layers: an inner layer comprising crosslinked polystyrene, and an outer layer comprising crosslinked polymethacrylate.
- 13. A mixture as claimed in claim 12, wherein the component B has a glass transition temperature below -60.degree. C.
- 14. A mixture as claimed in claim 12, wherein the component B is present in the polyoxymethylene in the form of a finely dispersed phase having an average particle size between 0.1 and 5 .mu.m.
- 15. A mixture as claimed in claim 12, wherein the component B is predominately present in the boundary regions of the two phase system B/C.
- 16. A mixture as claimed in claim 12, wherein the melting point of the component C is not more than 250.degree. C.
