Description
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application is based on and claims priority under 35 USC 119 from Japanese Patent Application No. 2023-127444 filed on Aug. 4, 2023, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to a toy house.

BACKGROUND ART

In the related art, a toy house that a user can assemble himself or herself is known. For example, JP6397076B1 discloses a toy house including a floor member, a plurality of pillar members, and a plurality of wall members, in which protrusions at lower ends of the pillar members are removably inserted into holes of the floor member, and the wall members are provided using grooves provided in the pillar members between adjacent pillar members.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION

After finishing playing with the toy house, the user may disassemble the toy house again and store it. Here, in the above-described toy house, the boss-shaped protrusion protruding from the pillar member fits into the round hole of the floor member. Usually, in order to prevent the toy house from being easily disassembled, the protrusion and the round hole are interference fitted with a predetermined interference. When disassembling the toy house, the fitting between the protrusion and the round hole may be released by swinging the pillar member left and right. In this case, however, the protrusion may be broken. In particular, when the user is a child, it is difficult to adjust the force, resulting in easy breakage of the protrusion.

An object of the present disclosure is to provide a toy house that is easy to assemble and easy to disassemble.

A toy house according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes: a base member having a plate shape, the base member including a fitting hole portion including a plurality of holes and an attachment surface; and a toy house body including at least one wall portion having a plate shape and attachable to the attachment surface, the at least one wall portion including: an installation portion having a contact surface configured to contact the attachment surface; and a fitting protruding portion including a plurality of protruding portions protruding from the contact surface and configured to fit with the fitting hole portion, in which the installation portion includes a lever portion protruding outward relative to an outer surface of the fitting protruding portion, and a width of a portion of the installation portion protruding relative to an inner surface of the fitting protruding portion is smaller than a width of the lever portion.

According to the above aspect, it is possible to provide a toy house that is easy to assemble and easy to disassemble.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings. A toy house 1 shown in FIG. 1 has a front (front surface) side that is open, and is formed to imitate a two-story house. The toy house 1 has a toy house body 10 imitating a house and a plate-shaped base member 100. Note that, in the following description, when the toy house 1 is viewed from the front, the left side is referred to as left, the right side is referred to as right, the upper side is referred to as upper, the lower side is referred to as lower, the front side is referred to as front, and the opposite side is referred to as rear.

The toy house body 10 includes plate-shaped wall portions 11 provided to face each other left and right, and a plate-shaped connecting wall portion 12 provided to connect rear sides of the two wall portions 11. The toy house body 10 includes a floor member 13 constituting a second-floor portion. The floor member 13 is configured to be movable in the front-rear direction by a plate-shaped guide portion 4 (see FIG. 4), which is long in the front-rear direction, and is detachably provided to the toy house body 10. The toy house body 10 is provided with a toy ladder 20 spanning the base member 100, which constitute the first-floor portion, and the floor member 13. In addition, a part of the roof is formed on the rear side of the second-floor portion.

An upper surface of the base member 100 serves as an attachment surface 101 of the toy house body 10. The attachment surface 101 has grooves provided in a lattice shape, forming a plank-like wood grain pattern. Note that an upper surface of the floor member 13 is similarly provided with grooves forming a plank-like wood grain pattern.

The base member 100 is provided with fitting hole portions 110 (see FIG. 2), which fit with fitting protruding portions 30 (see FIG. 3) provided at lower ends of the left and right wall portions 11 in a recess-protrusion fitting manner. Portions where the fitting protruding portions 30 and the fitting hole portions 110 fit with each other in a recess-protrusion fitting manner are arranged near left and right end portions of the rear side of the toy house 1. The fitting protruding portions 30 and the fitting hole portions 110 arranged on the left and right sides are formed with the same structure that is symmetrical. Therefore, the following description will focus on the fitting protruding portion 30 and the fitting hole portion 110 on the left side.

As shown in FIG. 2, the fitting hole portion 110 is composed of a plurality of five holes aligned in the front-rear direction. A center hole of the five holes is a first insertion hole portion 111 as an insertion hole portion. The first insertion hole portion 111 is a non-penetrating recessed hole having a substantially long rectangular shape that is long in the front-rear direction. On both end sides of the first insertion hole portion 111 in the longitudinal direction, two engaging hole portions 113 are provided adjacent to the first insertion hole portion 111. Each engaging hole portion 113 is formed as a recessed hole portion having a substantially long rectangular shape that is long in the front-rear direction. As also shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, each engaging hole portion 113 is provided with an engaging protrusion 113a that is long in the front-rear direction on an outer wall surface. A through hole 113b having a substantially long rectangular shape that is long in the front-rear direction is provided on a bottom surface of each engaging hole portion 113.

As shown in FIG. 2, second insertion hole portions 112 are provided on the front side of the front engaging hole portion 113 and on the rear side of the rear engaging hole portion 113, respectively, as an insertion hole portion adjacent to each of the engaging hole portions 113. Insertion ribs 114 are provided between the first insertion hole portion 111 and the front and rear two engaging hole portions 113, and between the front and rear two engaging hole portions 113 and the front and rear adjacent second insertion hole portions 112, respectively.

The dimensions of the first insertion hole portion 111 and the second insertion hole portion 112 in the left-right direction (width direction) and the upper-lower direction (depth) are substantially the same (see FIG. 5). The engaging hole portion 113 has substantially the same dimension in the left-right direction as those of the first insertion hole portion 111 and the second insertion hole portion 112. The dimension of the engaging hole portion 113 in the upper-lower direction is formed greater than those of the first insertion hole portion 111 and the second insertion hole portion 112 (see FIG. 5).

As shown in FIG. 3, a lower end of the wall portion 11 is provided with an installation portion 11a having a substantially long rectangular plate shape that is narrow and long in the front-rear direction so as to be orthogonal to the wall portion 11. An outer edge surface of the installation portion 11a is substantially continuous with a corresponding edge surface of the base member 100 (see FIGS. 6 and 7). A lower surface of the installation portion 11a is configured as a contact surface 11al. The contact surface 11a1 is a surface that comes into contact with the attachment surface 101 when the toy house body 10 is attached to the attachment surface 101 of the base member 100. The contact surface 11a1 is provided with a fitting protruding portion 30 including a plurality of protruding portions protruding from the contact surface 11a1.

The fitting protruding portion 30 is provided with a first insertion protruding portion 31, which is an insertion protruding portion having a substantially long rectangular plate shape that is long in the front-rear direction. Two second insertion protruding portions 32, which are insertion portions having a substantially long rectangular plate shape shorter than the first insertion protruding portion 31, are provided on both end sides of the first insertion protruding portion 31. Two elastic protruding portions 33, which are formed to be thinner than the insertion protruding portions (the first insertion protruding portion 31 and the second insertion protruding portion 32) and have elasticity, are provided between the first insertion protruding portion 31 and the second insertion protruding portion 32. The first insertion protruding portion 31 and the second insertion protruding portion 32 are formed to have the same thickness.

An engaging recess portion 33a having a substantially long rectangular recessed shape that is long in the front-rear direction is provided on an outer side of the elastic protruding portion 33. A gap S is provided between the insertion protruding portion and the elastic protruding portion 33, specifically, between the first insertion protruding portion 31 and the elastic protruding portion 33 and between the second insertion protruding portion 32 and the elastic protruding portion 33.

As shown in FIG. 4, an inner surface 35a of the insertion protruding portion (the first insertion protruding portion 31, the second insertion protruding portion 32) of the fitting protruding portion 30 is aligned to be substantially flush with an inner surface of the elastic protruding portion 33. As described above, since the elastic protruding portion 33 is formed to be thinner than the first insertion protruding portion 31 and the second insertion protruding portion 32, an outer surface 35b of the insertion protruding portion (the first insertion protruding portion 31 and the second insertion protruding portion 32) of the fitting protruding portion 30 is located outside an outer surface of the elastic protruding portion 33.

Here, an inner surface of the wall portion 11 is provided so that an angle θ1 formed with respect to an inner surface of the connecting wall portion 12 on the rear side is an obtuse angle. For example, θ1 is set to 92 degrees) (θ1=92°). Therefore, the toy house 1 can have a large interior space when viewed from the front side. On the other hand, the inner surface 35a of the fitting protruding portion 30 is provided so that an angle θ2 formed with respect to the inner surface of the connecting wall portion 12 is a right angle. Even when the wall portion 11 is expanded forward, the longitudinal direction of the fitting protruding portion 30 provided on the wall portion 11 is orthogonal to the connecting wall portion 12, making it possible to reduce torsion of the fitting protruding portion 30 when the user removes the toy house body 10 from the base member 100.

In addition, the installation portion 11a is formed in a substantially right-angled trapezoid shape in a plan view. That is, a side on an outer side of the installation portion 11a is at a right angle with respect to the connecting wall portion 12. A side on an inner side of the installation portion 11a is inclined to imitate the inclination of the wall portion 11, in conformity to the expanded wall portion 11. The installation portion 11a is provided with a lever portion 11a2 protruding outward relative to the outer surface 35b of the fitting protruding portion 30 in the front-rear direction.

Here, a width W2 of a portion of the installation portion protruding relative to the inner surface 35a of the insertion protruding portion of the fitting protruding portion 30 (a distance from the inner surface 35a to an inner end edge of the installation portion 11a) is smaller than a width W1 of the lever portion 11a2 (a distance from the outer surface 35b to an outer end edge of the installation portion 11a) (see also FIG. 6). Additionally, the width W2 of the portion protruding relative to the inner surface 35a of the insertion protruding portion of the fitting protruding portion 30 is set to gradually decrease from the rear toward the front. In particular, the width W2 disappears at a portion in front of the second insertion protruding portion 32 on the front side. In this way, an amount of protrusion of an edge 11b (see also FIG. 1) of a base end (inner side of the upper surface of the installation portion 11a) of the wall portion 11, which is provided to be enlarged, from the inner surface of the wall portion 11 becomes constant, and the amount of protrusion of the edge 11b can be made small, making it possible to arrange a toy furniture (not shown) such as a toy wardrobe so that an inner surface of the wall portion 11 and a rear surface of the toy furniture are close to or come into contact with each other when arranging the toy furniture inside the toy house 1.

As shown in FIG. 5, when the toy house body 10 is attached to the base member 100, the fitting protruding portion 30 fits with the fitting hole portion 110. More specifically, the first insertion protruding portion 31 is inserted into the first insertion hole portion 111 and fitted in a recess-protrusion fitting manner. The two second insertion protruding portions 32 are inserted into the second insertion hole portions 112 and fitted in a recess-protrusion fitting manner, respectively. As shown in FIG. 6, the recess-protrusion fitting between the insertion protruding portion (first insertion protruding portion 31, second insertion protruding portion 32) and the insertion hole portion (first insertion hole portion 111, second insertion hole portion 112) is press-fitting to the extent that they can be attached and detached.

As shown in FIG. 5, the two elastic protruding portions 33 are inserted into the engaging hole portions 113, respectively. At this time, as shown in FIG. 7, the engaging protrusion 113a of the engaging hole portion 113 enters the engaging recess portion 33a of the elastic protruding portion 33 and is engaged. Additionally, the insertion rib 114 arranged between the insertion protruding portion and the engaging hole portion 113 is inserted into the corresponding gap S in the fitting protruding portion 30. As a result, movement of the toy house body 10 relative to the base member 100 is reliably regulated. In this way, the insertion protruding portion and the insertion hole portion are press-fitted, the elastic protruding portion 33 is engaged with the engaging hole portion 113, and the insertion rib 114 is inserted into the gap S, thereby securely fixing the toy house body 10 to the base member 100.

When the toy house 1 is put away after playing, the toy house body 10 can be removed from the base member 100. Here, in the case of a child who is a main user, it is difficult to release the recess-protrusion fitting between the fitting protruding portion 30 and the fitting hole portion 110 by separating the toy house body 10 from the base member 100 approximately vertically. Therefore, when the user is a child, there is a case in which the left or right side of the toy house body 10 is lifted to release the fitting state between the fitting protruding portion 30 and the fitting hole portion 110 one by one.

In the toy house 1, when one of the left and right sides of the toy house body 10 is lifted to release the fitting state between the fitting protruding portion 30 and the fitting hole portion 110, as shown in FIG. 8, the recess-protrusion fitting between the fitting protruding portion 30 and the fitting hole portion 110 on the other side forms a support point between the lower surface of the lever portion 11a2 and the upper surface (attachment surface 1θ1) of the base member 100 facing the lower surface of the lever portion 11a2. Then, since the support point receives force, the insertion protruding portion can be escaped from the insertion hole portion (the first insertion hole portion 111, the second insertion hole portion 112) while excessive force is not applied to the insertion protruding portion (the first insertion protruding portion 31, the second insertion protruding portion 32). Note that since the elastic protruding portion 33 has elasticity, it bends slightly when the insertion protruding portion and the insertion hole portion are attached and detached, and the engaging protrusion 113a and the engaging recess portion 33a are engaged and disengaged.

According to the embodiment of the present disclosure as described above, a toy house of the following aspects can be provided.

A toy house according to a first aspect includes: a base member having a plate shape, the base member including a fitting hole portion including a plurality of holes and an attachment surface; and a toy house body including at least one wall portion having a plate shape and attachable to the attachment surface, the at least one wall portion including: an installation portion having a contact surface configured to contact the attachment surface; and a fitting protruding portion including a plurality of protruding portions protruding from the contact surface and configured to fit with the fitting hole portion, in which the installation portion includes a lever portion protruding outward relative to an outer surface of the fitting protruding portion, and a width of a portion of the installation portion protruding relative to an inner surface of the fitting protruding portion is smaller than a width of the lever portion.

According to this configuration, the toy house body can be easily attached to the base member by the recess-protrusion fitting between the fitting protruding portion and the fitting hole portion, and the toy house body can easily be removed from the base member even by a child by lifting first the left or right side of the toy house body first. Therefore, by separating the toy house body and the base member separated after playtime, the toy house body and the base member can be compactly put away. Furthermore, the toy house body and the base member are securely fixed by the recess-protrusion fitting between the fitting protruding portion and the fitting hole portion. Therefore, even if the toy house body is lifted in a state in which a toy furniture is placed on the base member inside the toy house body, the base member is maintained without falling, so the toy house can be easily moved, and the like. In addition, since the width of the portion protruding relative to the inner surface of the fitting protruding portion can be made small, the toy furniture can be arranged with good appearance. In addition, since the toy house can be packaged in a state in which the toy house body and the base member are separated, a packaging material can be made small, making it possible to provide a toy house as a product that takes into account environmental issues such as reducing transportation cost and reducing an amount of a packaging material.

In the toy house according to a second aspect, the fitting protruding portion includes an insertion protruding portion and at least one elastic protruding portion which are provided at a predetermined interval, the at least one elastic protruding portion being formed to be thinner than the insertion protruding portion and having an engaging recess portion, and the fitting hole portion includes: an insertion hole portion into which the insertion protruding portion is inserted; an engaging hole portion into which the at least one elastic protruding portion is inserted, the engaging hole portion having an engaging protrusion configured to be engaged with the engaging recess portion; and an insertion rib provided between the insertion hole portion and the engaging hole portion and configured to be inserted between the insertion protruding portion and the at least one elastic protruding portion.

According to this configuration, the insertion protruding portion and the insertion hole portion are press-fitted to facilitate fixing of the toy house body to the base member, the engaging protrusion is engaged with the engaging recess portion to securely prevent disengagement, and removal is also facilitated by the elastic protruding portion having elasticity.

In the toy house according to a third aspect, the engaging hole portion is provided outside with respect to the at least one wall portion.

According to this configuration, when removing the toy house body from the base member by lifting the left or right side of the toy house body, the engagement between the engaging recess portion and the engaging protrusion can be easily released.

In the toy house according to a fourth aspect, the insertion protruding portion is provided along the at least one wall portion, the insertion protruding portion including a first insertion protruding portion and two second insertion protruding portions provided at both ends of the first insertion protruding portion, each of the two second insertion protruding portion being shorter than the first insertion protruding portion, and the at least one elastic protruding portion includes two elastic protruding portions respectively provided in two gaps formed between the first insertion protruding portion and the two second insertion protruding portions.

According to this configuration, the press-fit portion that fixes while positioning in the horizontal direction and the portion that regulates detachment in the vertical direction by the elastic protruding portion can be arranged in a well-balanced manner.

In the toy house according to a fifth aspect, the at least one wall portion includes two wall portions facing each other, and rear sides of the two wall portions are connected by a connecting wall portion having a plate shape such that the two wall portions opens toward the front.

According to this configuration, it is possible to provide a toy house that makes the interior appear spacious, is pleasant to see, and is easy to assemble and disassemble.

Although the embodiments of the present disclosure have been described, the present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiments and can be variously changed without departing from the scope.
