1. Field of the Invention
The instant disclosure relates to a track beam structure; in particular, to a track beam structure detachably retained on a structural body and facilitating the transfer of a load bearing body via the track beam structure.
2. Description of Related Art
As technology continues to develop, more and more companies as well as non-profit organization use electronic devices such as computers, hand held devices, and projectors along with presentation programs during meetings. During these meetings, media adaptors or Table boxes are frequently used to switch between electrical signals as a way to share information among these electronic devices. These adaptors have various types of inputs such as HDMI or DVI.
However, these adaptors are often heavy in weight, which is not convenient for transportation as the adaptors are commonly fixed on a table, or a wall surface. As a result, users who are seated too far yet wish to control the adaptor have to move near the adaptors in order to use the adaptors. In situations where frequent user changes might be involved, meeting progress might be significantly affected.
To address the above issues, the inventor strives via associated experience and research to present the instant disclosure, which can effectively improve the limitation described above.
In order to achieve the aforementioned objects, according to an embodiment of the instant disclosure, a track beam structure installed on a structural body, comprises: a track body having a plurality of first hooking members arranged on a surface thereof, the track body detachably coupled to the structural body; at least one fixing plate having a plurality of second hooking members and a first pivotable portion arranged thereon, the second hooking members correspondingly coupled into the first hooking members, the first pivotable portion protruding from a side of the track body; and at least one rotatable handle including a rotatable portion and a handle connected to the rotatable portion, the rotatable portion has a second pivotable portion, the rotatable handle having a tightening surface and a releasing surface arranged peripherally with respect to the rotatable handle, the rotatable handle is pivotally connected to the first pivotable portion via the second pivotable portion, the rotatable handle is disposed on a surface of the fixing plate adjacent to the track body; wherein the second pivotable portion has a rotating center, a distance between the rotating center of the second pivotable portion and the tightening surface is larger than a shortest distance between the rotating center of the second pivotable portion and the track body, and the shortest distance between the rotating center of the second pivotable portion and the track body is larger than a distance between the rotating center of the second pivotable portion and the releasing surface.
The track beam structure of the instant disclosure provides a rotatable handle such that users can fix or adjust the relative position of a fixing plate on a track body and change the relative position of a load bearing body with respect to a structural body, which saves time and effort in transportation.
In order to further understand the instant disclosure, the following embodiments and illustrations are provided. However, the detailed description and drawings are merely illustrative of the disclosure, rather than limiting the scope being defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.

The track body 1 can be a rectangular plank having two longitudinal sides 11 and two relatively shorter transversal sides 12. One surface of the track body 1 has a plurality of first hooking members 13. The track body 1 can be detached from and attached to the structural body S. The first hooking members 13 are arranged parallel to the two longitudinal sides 11 and extend from one relatively shorter transversal side 12 to another transversal side 12 in order to facilitate the fixing plate 2 to slide across the track body 1. The track body 1 can be installed on the structural body S via fastening, snapping, form fitting, etc. The instant disclosure does not limit the shape and the installation method to the example provides hereto. The fixing plate 2 can be a rectangular plank body having a plurality of second hooking members 21 and a first pivotable portion 22. The second hooking members 21 correspondingly snap into the first hooking members 13 of the track body 1, such that the fixing plate 2 can slidably disposed in the track body 1. The first pivotable portion 22 protrudes from a side of the fixing plate 2 such that the first pivotable portion 22 projects perpendicularly with respect to extensional direction of the track body 1 along a side of the track body 1. Accordingly, the first pivotable portion 22 can be coupled to the rotatable handle 3 which controls an adjustable position of the fixing plate 2. In the instant disclosure, two second hooking members 21 are arranged on the fixing plate 2, one of the second hooking members 21 is arranged on one end of the fixing plate 2, whereas the first pivotable portion 22 is arranged on the other end of the fixing plate 2. The other second hooking member 21 is arranged between two ends of the fixing plate 2.
Moreover, the first hooking members 13 extend from a surface of the track body 1. Each first hooking member 13 has at least three bents to form a single directional groove therein. The second hooking members 21 resembles structurally with respect to the first hooking members 13 such that the second hooking members 21 and the first hooking members 13 are mutually coupled into one another. In addition, each first hooking member 13 and each second hooking member 21 are respectively formed with an undercut portion 131, 211 arranged at an end of each hooking member 13, 21 to prevent disengagement between the second hooking member 21 and the first hooking member 13.
The rotatable handle 3 includes a rotatable portion 31 and a handle 32 connected to the rotatable portion 31. The rotatable portion 31 can be pivotally connected to the first pivotable portion 22 of the fixing plate 2 such that the rotatable handle 3 is arranged on the same surface of the fixing plate 2. Successively, user can applied a force on the handle 32 to rotate the rotatable portion 31 of the rotatable handle 3. The rotatable portion 31 and the handle 32 can be a flexible material integrally formed, such that when the rotatable portion 31 is in physical interference with the track body 1, the rotatable portion 31 is biased against the track body 1 in order to fix the fixing plate 2 on a position relative to the track body 1.

Furthermore, the tightening surface 3121 is an arced surface, whereas the releasing surface 3122 is a flat surface. The second pivotable portion 311 has a rotating center for rotating thereabout, a distance D1 between the rotating center of the second pivotable portion 311 and the tightening surface 3121 is larger than a shortest distance D2 between the rotating center of the second pivotable portion 311 and the track body 1, and the shortest distance D2 between the rotating center of the second pivotable portion 311 and the track body 1 is larger than a distance D3 between the rotating center of the second pivotable portion 311 and the releasing surface 3122. In the instant embodiment, the first pivotable portion 22 is also a pivotable axle, whereas the second pivotable portion 311 is a through hole corresponding to the pivotable axle, or the first pivotable portion 22.
When user applies a driving force on the handle 32 to rotate the tightening surface 3121 of the rotatable portion 31 towards a surface corresponding to the track body 1, the tightening surface 3121 of the rotatable handle 3, which is relatively distal from the second pivotable portion 311, is biased against or abutted the track body 1, such that the physical interference between the rotatable handle 3 and the track body 1 securely couples the fixing plate 2 to the track body 1. When user rotates the releasing surface 3122 of the rotatable portion 31 toward the surface corresponding to the track body 1, the releasing surface 3122 of the rotatable handle 3, which is relatively proximal to the second pivotable portion 311, is detached or separated from the track body 1, such that the fixing plate 2 can adjustably slide along the track body 1.
Notably, the handle 32 has a bent 321 arranged at an end thereof distal from the rotatable portion 31, which increases the convenience for applying a force on the handle 32. Moreover, the bent 321 has a plurality of protrusions 3211 peripherally arranged thereon in order to increase friction between user's hand and the handle, which further increases convenience.

Furthermore, in the instant embodiment, each second hooking member 21 is preferably coupled to either the first hooking member 13 or the third hooking member 14 in a hooking fashion. For example, if the second hooking member 21 is hooked onto the first hooking member 13, the rotatable handle 3 can be rotated to release the fixing plate 2 from a fixed state, the fixing plate 2 can be pulled out from one of the relatively shorter transversal side 12 of the track body 1, then the second hooking member 21 of the fixing plate 2 can be hooked into the third hooking member 14 oppositely facing the first hooking member 13. Successively, the second hooking member 21 can freely couple to the first or the third hooking member 13, 14 to provide choices to install in different directions.

Moreover, two fixing plate 2 and two rotatable handles 3 are provided in the instant embodiment. The rotatable handles 3 are correspondingly coupled onto the first pivotable portion 22. Each fixing plate 2 has a plurality of second openings 23 arranged thereon. The fixing plate 2 can securely fix a load bearing body L thereon via the second openings 23 and the track body 1 can securely fix the structural body S thereon via the first openings 15. When user turn the rotatable handle 3 to be release from the track body 1, a force can be applied to the structural body S in order to slide the fixing plate 2 along the track body 1 and adjust the relatively position of load bearing body with respect to the structural body S.

The track beam structure of the instant disclosure provides a rotatable handle such that users can fix or adjust the relative position of a fixing plate on a track body and change the relative position of a load bearing body with respect to a structural body, which saves time and effort in transportation.
Moreover, the track body has a plurality of first hooking members, and a plurality of third hooking members corresponding to the first hooking members arranged thereon, whereas the fixing plate has at least one second hooking member which can be selectively coupled or hooked onto one of the two hooking members (first or third) on the track body, such that the fixing plate can be installed onto the track body in different directions.
Furthermore, the track body also has a plurality of fixing grooves arranged on two ends thereof. A plurality of coupling plates can be disposed in the fixing grooves in order to interconnect a plurality of track bodies and extend the overall length of the track beam structure.
