TRANSPARENT PLASTIC PET BOTTLE WITH BELLOW SHAPED BODY, MAINTAINING THE GAS OF THE CARBONATED DRINKS AND FIXING APPARATUS

Abstract

The technical field of the invention is the production industry of the transparent plastic pet bottle, with “flat walled” body, produced in the current market for the carbonated drinks.

Description

THE TECHNICAL FIELD WITH WHICH THE INVENTION IS RELATED

This invention is the transparent, plastic pet bottle, with flat walled body, produced for carbonated drinks, production industry branch. The invention is related with the pet bottle (2) with a bellow shaped body, modelled for preserving the CO2 gas of the carbonated drinks and its fixing apparatus (1).

THE KNOWN SITUATION OF THE TECHNIQUE

The known situation of the technique until today is the conventional, transparent, plastic pet bottles, “with flat walled body”, produced for all carbonated drinks, generally known in the country and across the world with sizes between 400-450 ml and 2500 ml.

THE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS WHICH THE INVENTION TARGETS TO SOLVE

The known pet bottles are the ones produced for the carbonated drinks, with the sizes in the today's market with volumes such as 400-450 ml, 500 ml, 1000 ml, 1500 ml 2000 ml, and 2500 ml. As the carbonated drinks inside this, known, transparent, plastic pet bottles, “with flat walled body”, are consumed, a space emerged, occurring in the bottle and increasing more every time it is consumed. The amount, capacity of CO2 gas, filling this space, getting out of the drink, decreases more every time it is consumed.

The invention targets that it is prevented that the carbonated drink loss its quality, characteristic and also the taste, which are its purpose for producing, and is not wasted by substantially decreasing the gas of the carbonated drink.

Thanks to the invention, the plastic, transparent pet bottle, the bellow shaped body of which can go down-rise lengthwise, indicated in (2) (3-4), therefore which are to be produced as having a form, shape with changing volume:

After required amount of drink is consumed from the pet bottle, when the cap is open, the plastic, transparent pet bottle, with bellow feature, is slightly pressed from the top until the drink comes to the top level, i.e. the top part of the cap of the bottle (E). With this procedure, CO2 gas and air is removed and the cap of the bottle is closed immediately. After the cap is closed, the pet bottle is placed to the concave platform (D) of the special apparatus. The level of the ring (A), fit to the neck of the bottle, which can move upwards-downwards on (C), grooved pole, is adjusted such that it comes approximately 2-3 cm below the cap of the bottle and fit to the neck of the pet bottle and fixed with the fixing latch (B) (3-4). By this way the pressure created by the emergence of the CO2 gas inside the drink, with the shaking of bellowed pet bottle for any reason or vibrated when carried, get an impact, raises the bellowed pet bottle upwards. Therefore a space occurs in the pet bottle. We fix and lock by using the special apparatus for preventing that the CO2 gas fills this opened space and bellowed pet bottle moves upwards. We repeat the same procedure every time it is consumed in the pet bottle. In this case, since there is no space to be filled by the CO2 gas getting out of the drink, the CO2 gas becomes preserved inside the drink.

It is prevented that CO2 gas, getting out of the drink until the next usage of the drink, fills the emptied volume of the pet bottle. In this case, the gas of the carbonated drink is preserved inside the drink and its carbonated quality, characteristic and taste are not spoiled. The drink is preserved with carbonated characteristic and also taste like the cap is opened for the first time. The carbonated characteristic, quality and taste, we expect from the carbonated drink, continues until the drink finishes.

PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION

The primary purpose of the invention: it is designed in order to prevent that as the drinks inside the known, conventional, transparent, plastic pet bottles, “with flat walled body”, which are produced in the country and entire world today with the sizes of 400-450 ml, 500 ml, 1000 ml, 1500 ml 2000 ml, and 2500 ml, are consumed, the CO2 gas inside, the gas of the drink fills the volume emptied in the pet bottle, the CO2 gas in the drink decreases and with the more decrease with each consumption, the gaseous drink losses its characteristic, nature and therefore its taste changes.

In this case, it is targeted to prevent that with the loss of the quality of the carbonated drinks, partially consumed, in the transparent, plastic pet bottles, with flat walled body, in the today's market, it is targeted to prevent that the carbonated drinks are disposed and wasted, therefore the material losses of the consumers and big losses are incurred with respect to economy in this “branch” across the world. On the other hand, it is obvious that there are many consumers who can't discard the carbonated drinks, the quality of which is spoiled, and drink them. This invention is the remedy for their problem. Many of us dispose of carbonated drinks, the gas of which is decreased and become flat and the taste of which is spoiled. Disposing of the carbonated drinks, the gas of which is decreased, finished and the taste of which is spoiled on the world damages the consumers financially as well as the global economy suffers substantially in this “branch”. At the same time, there will be a remarkable decrease in the amount of pet bottles, abandoned in the nature.

DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

It is the 400-450 ml, 500 ml, 1000 ml, 1500 ml 2000 ml, and 2500 ml transparent, plastic pet bottles, produced for carbonated drinks, body of which is produced as bellows, instead of transparent, plastic pet bottles, produced for carbonated drinks, with flat walled body, today used in the country and entire world. It is designed for preventing that the CO2 gas of the drink fills the emptied volume of the pet bottle as the drinks in the pet bottles are consumed through special fixing apparatus. Today, with the decrease of the amount, capacity of the CO2 gas of the drink, filling to the space occurred in the bottle as the carbonated drink inside the transparent, plastic pet bottle with flat walled body, in the known technology, is consumed, the carbonated drink losses its quality, characteristics and therefore taste. The invention, thanks to the transparent, plastic pet bottle, with a bellow shaped body, shown in (2), after the required amount of drink is taken from the bottle, when the cap is open, we slightly press the pet bottle from the top until the drink comes to the top level of the cap of the bottle, (E), and we take CO2 gas and air outside and immediately close the cap. We fix via the special apparatus that gas pressure taking place with the continuing CO2 gas emergence pushes the pet bottle upward movement (3-4). By this way, it is prevented by the fixing apparatus (1) that the (CO2) gas, getting out of the drink, fills the volume of the pet bottle until the next usage of the drink. The same procedure is repeated after every usage. In this case, the gaseous nature, quality and taste, expected by the consumer from the carbonated drinks, are become preserved.

The Way of Applying the Invention to the Industry

The pet bottle, with a bellow shaped body, successfully solving the technical problem mentioned above, is a product which is to be produced like the pet bottles with flat walled body.

The invention, considering that the carbonated drink pet bottles are launched to the market as 2500 ml, which is the biggest pet bottle size, capacity and volume, necessarily, considering the compatibility with today's all coolers and refrigerators, is designed according to these dimensions. The invention, pet bottle with bellow body technique, when required, can be applied to bigger, smaller and intermediary dimensions. The dimensions most suitable for the function and special fixing apparatus of the transparent, plastic pet bottles, the body of which contain bellow characteristic, are 400-450, 500 ml, 1000 ml, 1500 ml, 2000 ml, 2500 ml products, which are current in the market. The special fixing apparatus is an apparatus which can be made up of hard plastic or preferably metals, as parts compatible with the operation principle, in the drawing, as indicated in the FIG. 1).

Claims

1- Preservation of “transparent plastic pet bottles with bellow shaped” body, with every size, every dimension and every volume, to be produced for marketing in order that the carbonated drinks are filled, maintained and carried to the consumer,

2- Preservation of the transparent plastic pet bottles, the body of which is produced in bellows shape, the volume of which can be changed, which has the characteristic of “lowering-raising lengthwise” in the vertical axis,

3- Preservation of pet bottles, to be produced for all carbonated drinks, the body of which has bellows shape, which are made up of transparent or “non-transparent plastic”,

4- Preservation of production with transparent plastic or all substances, alloys, components, other than plastic, the body of which has bellows shape, to be produced for all carbonated drinks,

5- Preservation of “special fixing apparatus, the body of which is to be produced in bellows shape, which is to be produced with plastic or its derivatives or metal and metal alloys, mentioned in the claim 2, in order to prevent that the pressure of the CO2 gas, extracted from the drink in the transparent plastic pet bottle, increases the bellowed pet bottle in the vertical axis lengthwise and keep it constant,

6- Adapting, combining and applying an apparatus, which is “similar” to the special fixing apparatus used for fixing the upward-downward movements of the pet bottle, the body of which has bellows shape, in the vertical axis, to the (bellow pet bottle) which is the primary, main technique of this invention.
