The backpack was invented so that we may be able to hold things on our back. TBR is invented so that when the boat drops anchor fifty yards offshore, all one has to do is throw his stuff overboard into the water and pull it to shore. It is waterproof and has two cords, one to inflate and the other to deflate. When inflated, the backpack will open up and be used as a raft to make the load easier to pull. When the backpack is deflating, it will return to its original style.
The backpack is the same like any other backpack offered within the surfing industry. I am only improving it thus making most other backpacks in the industry second class. The only difference is that it is used like a raft to pull things to shore. To make this product, the material and design are the same. The backpack will be divided with an air flotation device on the bottom side where the straps are for your back.
You're a surfer taking a trip to a secluded island or group of islands but the only way to get there is by boat. The reef surrounding the island/(s) is so shallow the boat cannot go all the way in. It stops about fifty yards from shore and drops anchor. What you gonna do?
With my invention, this is what you're gonna do. You are going to inflate the back raft and throw it all overboard. Don't worry; it's waterproof so the items inside won't get wet. When you jump in the water, you can line up all your bags and link them together in one chain.
The advantages of this invention are as follows:
The backpack is the same as any other but it has a flotation device with an air pocket for the raft.
The backpack has two cords—one to inflate, one to deflate.
I, Daryl Kahokunani-O-Betelehema Keamoai state that there is no federally sponsored research and development for the patent that I am currently applying for nor has anyone contacted me with sponsorship of any kind.
