The tray is designed so that it rests on the support members of the walker when the tray is in use. The tray folds up using a strap with hook and loops fastener. The strap wraps around the cross bar of the walker and the hook and loops fastener is engaged to hold the tray in an upright position for storage. The tray does not need to be attached and reattached to the walker in order to use the tray. Rather, the tray folds up when the walker is in use. Additionally, the design of the tray allows the walker's legs to be folded inward for storage, when the tray is folded upright.
