Claims
- 1. An anti-allergic compound of the formula ##STR13## and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein
- X and X.sup.1 are S or O and may be the same or different;
- each of R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 is independently hydrogen, C.sub.1-10 alkyl, C.sub.2-10 alkenyl, C.sub.2-10 alkynyl, C.sub.3-10 cyclo alkyl, phenyl, tolyl, naphthyl, sulfonamido, halogen, C.sub.1-10 alkoxy, C.sub.2-10 alkenyloxy, C.sub.2-10 alkynyloxy, cyano, hydroxy, nitro, amino, C.sub.1-10 alkoxyamino, methane sulfonyl, carboxy, carb C.sub.1-10 alkoxy, trihalomethyl, or taken together, methylenedioxy; and
- each of R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 is hydrogen, C.sub.1-10 alkyl, C.sub.2-10 alkenyl, C.sub.2-10 alkynyl, phenyl, tolyl, naphthyl, phen C.sub.1-10 alkyl, C.sub.3-10 cycloalkyl, C.sub.3-10 cycloalkyl CH.sub.2 -- or carb C.sub.1-10 alkoxy.
- 2. 5-Methyl-thieno[2,3-3]-[1,2,4]-triazolo[4,3-a]-pyrazine-1,4-[2H,5H]-dione.
- 3. A therapeutic composition for use as an anti-allergic agent comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a compound according to claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
