Abstract
This disclosure is directed to corrugated tubes comprising metal and/or nonmetal holes using, for example, an eyelet grommet for the hole on the tubes and/or the holder. A lip balm container, which may for example be generally diamond shaped with a hole at the bottom provides easy access to the lip balm or Chapstick™ and easy access to the bottom of the tube.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE
Field of the Invention

This disclosure is directed to corrugated plastic tube holders that can hold a variety of items including lip gloss, Chapstick™, lip balm, or other similarly shaped items.


Description of the Related Art

Conventionally, lip gloss tubes, lip balm containers, Chapstick™ did not provide the consumer with the ability to have easy access to the product and obtain the use and value of such products and for them to be convenient to carry around and utilize. Accordingly, there is a need for more convenient means for carrying and accessing such containers.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

This disclosure is directed to corrugated tubes comprising metal and/or nonmetal holes using, for example, an eyelet grommet for the hole on the tubes and/or the holder. A lip balm container, which may for example be generally diamond shaped with a hole at the bottom provides easy access to the lip balm or Chapstick™ and easy access to the bottom of the tube.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The following detailed description is provided to assist the reader in gaining a comprehensive understanding of the methods, products, and/or systems, described herein. However, various changes, modifications, and equivalents of the methods, products, and/or systems described herein will be apparent to an ordinary skilled artisan.


The present disclosure is directed in one embodiment to a plastic corrugated tube that can hold items such as lip gloss tubes, lighters, or similarly shaped products. The tube can nevertheless comprise all materials including rubber, plastic, recycled materials, etc. The tube can also be of all types of shape, form and color. The product also has a metal/nonmetal hole for example, at the bottom base, allowing it to be attached to a key chain, backpack, lunch boxes, purses, zippers, etc. Any items that can fit through the hole can be attached to it. The tubes can also be attached to items in full or half dimensional of the holders, for example, phone cases, book bag straps, cell phone arm bands, wrist bands, etc.


In another embodiment, lip gloss like tubes with a metal/nonmetal hole at the bottom of the seal allowing it to be attached to almost anything such as keys, backpacks, lunch boxes, purses, zippers, etc.


In another embodiment, a lip balm container, for example a generally diamond-like shaped container, with a hole at the bottom of the container allowing it to be attached to almost anything, for example, keys, backpacks, lunch boxes, purses, zippers, etc. The bottom of the container may be diamond shaped with a hole. The container may come with features like a night light which can have a button, and the bottom of the container will light up providing light.


In another embodiment, Chapstick™ stick with an easy access to the bottom of the tube allowing attachment to almost anything for example, keys, backpacks, lunch boxes, purses, zippers, etc. The Chapstick™ may have a bottom adjustable knob and it can be made in all materials including plastic, rubber, recyclable materials, etc. The tube may be attached to the bottom of the Chapstick™.


The holder has various embodiments, for example, a glow in the dark embodiment, retractable key holders, etc. In addition, the holder bottom may also have different models/shapes and sizes allowing one to easily attach and unattach it to items. For example, a swirl end mechanism that can stretch out long when pulled causing the holder to detach from an item. AV-shaped bottom seal with a hole in it, etc.



FIG. 1A shows one embodiment of a corrugated tube holder of the present disclosure. In FIG. 1A, corrugated tube holder 1 holds lip balm 2. Corrugated tube holder 1 has hole or eyelet 3 and is shown attached to keychain 4. FIG. 1B shows an example of a corrugated tube holder 1 holding lip gloss 2′. FIG. 1C shows one embodiment of an empty corrugated tube holder 1 with hole or eyelet 3. It can also be seen in FIG. 1, that eyelet 3 comprises a metal ring.



FIG. 2A shows another embodiment of a lip balm container attached to a tube holder of the present disclosure. In FIG. 2A, lip balm container 2″ is attached to tube holder/adjustable knob 5 which contains hole or eyelet 3′ and is attached to keychain 4′.



FIG. 3 shows another view of the tube of FIG. 2A without the lip balm container attached. In FIG. 3, attachment member 6 is attached to the tube holder 5 which is attached to key chain 4′.



FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of a tube holder of the present disclosure. In. FIG. 4, tube holder 7 can contain a cosmetic composition and includes hole or eyelet 3″. Tube holder 7 may also contain threads 8 configured to hold a cap (not shown).



FIG. 5 shows an embodiment of a holder 1 with balm 2 attached to a backpack 8.

While this disclosure includes specific examples, it will be apparent after an understanding of the disclosure of this application has been attained that various changes in form and details may be made in these examples without departing from the spirit and scope of the claims and their equivalents.

Claims
  • 1. A tube holder comprising: a tube body comprising an outer shell surrounding a cavity and comprising an eyelet.
  • 2. The tube holder of claim 1, wherein the tube body comprises corrugated plastic or a recyclable material.
  • 3. The tube holder of claim 1, wherein the eyelet comprises a metal ring.
  • 4. The tube holder of claim 1, wherein the cavity is configured to hold a tube of lip balm, lip gloss, gloss, and/or a lighter.
  • 5. The tube holder of claim 1, wherein the cavity is configured to hold a cosmetic composition and the tube further comprises a cap.
