Turning coaster

Abstract

The invention is a turning coaster consisted by two disks folding together, which offers the brainstorming game for entertainment. The patterned stickers on each surface of the disks may form various patterns by turning and present many kinds of look, which may improve the visual effect and reach the purpose of promotion. This design does not only make the best use of the coaster, but also produce higher added values. In addition, this invention can also used for other purposes, such as coaster, brainstorming game, stationery, etc.

[0004] The traditional coasters are simply made of paper or plastic without any other functions or structure. However, an ordinary coaster can actually be funnier and with more functions through delicate design and attracts the users to purchase and use it. This invention is just designed under the principle of adding more entertainment and values on it.

[0005] The well-known square can only be played by changing each square. It easily frustrates the players and reduces their interest because of the complicated process and the lack of changes. The complicated structure also makes it uneasily to turn it back to the original look. In this modern and fast-paced society, there should really be a creative and useful square that helps the users to relax themselves and do the brainstorming for entertainment purpose.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0006] The invention is created to offer entertainment and meet the purpose of promotion through its patterns and structure. It is consisted by two disks, and each side of the surface is pasted with patterned stickers. The stickers are cut and pasted in a special way that allows the coaster to form various patterns by turning it. The purpose of this invention is to make it different from the tradition square and reach the promotion purpose by improving the visual effect.

DETAILED DESCPRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0016] Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2. This invention is a round plate consisted by one upper disk (1) and one subjacent disk (2) folding together. These two disks are separately divided into 6 blocks by two central cutting lines (11)(21) and the fold lines (12)(13)(22)(23) vertical to the cutting lines (11)(21). These two disks overlap in the direction that the central cutting lines vertical to each other to form the whole embodiment.

[0017] The four sectors formed by the four fold lines (12) (13) (22) (23) and the sidelines of these two disks are the attach surface as shown in FIG. 3.

[0018] Refer to FIG. 4, the specification drawing of the stickers pasted on the invention. This pattern of the stickers is basically the appearance of the invention. Except for the attach surface, each surface of these round plates are pasted with the patterned stickers (3) that link each block together. The patterned stickers (3) may form several incomplete parts of a pattern or a complete one by folding in accordance with the cutting line (11) (21). Besides, the round plates can be opened and turned as shown in FIG. 5.

[0020] As shown in FIG. 7, from the central cutting line (21) of the subjacent disk (2), turn the subjacent disk (2) underneath the upper one (1) by taking the fold lines (12)(13) as the axises, then the stickers may form another patterns. Turn the disk by following the fold line, and the original pattern is represented.

[0021] Refer to FIG. 8, it is seen that this invention can be used as a coaster. The simple look of it offers the interesting brainstorming game and reaches the purpose of promotion. This invention makes the best use of a coaster and complements the beauty of the glass on it.

Claims

1. A turning coaster is consisted by two disks folding together. Each disk is divided into 6 blocks by the central cutting lines and the fold lines vertical to the central cutting lines. These two disks overlap in the direction that the central cutting lines vertical to each other to form the whole embodiment. The four sectors formed by the four fold lines and the sidelines of the disks are place where the two disks attach to each other. Except for the attached surface, other surfaces are pasted by patterned stickers to link these two disks. Turning the coaster according to the fold lines, the coaster may present a different look and patterns.
