Abstract
A method of tobacco entering in a funnel tubular straw after removal of top in a unraveled cigar paper that is pulled up in a upward spiral motion by a adhesively connected string with tab that also adjust the tightness or looseness of the smoke inhalation opening; cigar paper is equipped with a bottom end top.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is in the cigar field making rolling a cigar quicker and more efficient with a funnel tubular straw, cover tops, cigar paper, pull string and tab.

Unfortunately, due to the mishandling of placing cigars in wrappers the cigar paper becomes stale which in return makes it a unpleasant experience for the consumer. Typically with neglectful shipping and handling of cigar packages, cigars themselves are placed on the shelves already broken in half or the cigar paper is unraveled.

Tobacco for inhaling consumption is tasteless, harsh and stale due to long life of cigar not being sold on the store display. Many consumers who like to roll cigars themselves for perforation purposes are unfamiliar with rolling the cigar itself.

A lot of trial and error arises when action of inserting tobacco into cigar paper that possibly could be stale could be a possibility of problems for the consumer when rolling of the cigar is in action.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF INVENTION

The present invention is a funnel tubular straw with a top on that is inserted in a unraveled cigar paper that has a bottom end top with a string that has tab at end for pull motion. You pull the string by the tab that is adhesively connected at the top end outside of the cigar paper moving cigar paper in a upward spiral motion at full length removing the top on funnel tubular straw inserting tobacco inside straw; bottom end top will hold tobacco from exiting out cigar.

After putting tobacco inside funnel tubular straw pull up straw with hand with all tobacco releasing into full length cigar that has bottom end top still on. Pull string with tab that is located outside of the cigar on smoke inhalation side can either loosen or tighten cigar opening for consumer preference; string pulled off when done. Light the end of cigar opposite of where string after removal of bottom end top to puff cigar.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the cigar paper with string and tab and bottom top on the end with funnel straw with top.

FIG. 2 is funnel straw with top on and cigar paper is pulled up by string.

FIG. 3 is tobacco entering funnel straw with top off releasing in to pulled up cigar paper.

FIG. 4 is a funnel straw filled with tobacco in cigar paper with bottom top on end.

FIG. 5 is hand pulling up funnel straw with thumb packing tobacco releasing into cigar paper while bottom top still on end.

FIG. 6 is pulled up cigar paper with tobacco inside with tops on both ends of cigar

FIG. 7 is full length tobacco filled cigar with string pulled off after adjusting smoke inhalation opening while both end tops still on opposite side of cigar.

FIG. 8 is tobacco filled cigar with both cover tops taken off.

FIG. 9 illustrates the method of flow for the string with tab pulling up the cigar paper.

FIG. 10 illustrates the method of use of a pulled up tobacco filled cigar paper by the string with tab adjusting the smoke inhalation opening.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Referring now to the invention in more detail, shown in FIG. 1 is an illustration of a unraveled cigar paper 16 with bottom end top 22 adhesively connected string 18 and tab 20, funnel opening 12 connected with tubular straw 14 with top 10.

In the step for a method use in FIG. 2 the string 18 pulled up by tab 20 will unravel the cigar paper 16 in a upward spiral motion covering tubular straw 14 but stops at full length at end of the funnel opening 12. Both of the end tops 10, 22 are still on opposite ends of the present invention.

In the step in FIG. 3 the top 10 of the funnel opening 12 is removed in order for tobacco to enter the funnel opening 12 to go down the pertinent tubular straw 14 which will release into the cigar paper 16. The bottom end top 22 is still covering the end of the cigar paper 16 to prevent tobacco from exiting out; while both string 18 with associated tab 20 are still connected adhesively.

Referring now to FIG. 4 is the end result of a tobacco filled tubular straw 14 with funnel opening 12 inside full length cigar paper 16 with linked bottom end top 22 on to prevent tobacco exiting out cigar paper 16 with string 18, tab 20 adhesively banded together.

Following after FIG. 4, in the illustration drawing FIG. 5 is a hand pulling up the funnel opening 12 with the thumb packing tobacco releasing through joined tubular straw 14 filling up complete cigar paper 16 with bottom end top 22 and adhesively connected string 18 and tab 20. The funnel opening 12, connected tubular straw 14 will be removed by hand after all tobacco is discharged in return will fill up the full length cigar paper 16 and adhesively outside on edge of smoke side is the string 18 and tab 20.

Referring now to FIG. 6 is a full length tobacco filled cigar paper 16 pulled up by hand in a upward spiral motion by string 18 and tab 20 with both tops 10 and 22 on each opposite end after the removal of funnel opening 12 with connected tubular straw 14 by the hand of the consumer.

In further detail referring from FIG. 6 following after is FIG. 7 with the tobacco filled cigar paper 16 with both tops 10, 22 on each opposite ends to prevent any tobacco from dispersing out. The adhesively connected string 18 and tab 20 will be pulled off after adjusting tightness or looseness for the smoke inhalation opening for consumer preference which will be explained in further detail for the method of use in FIG. 9 and FIG. 10.

The final result of the present invention in FIG. 8 is the tobacco filled cigar paper 16 with both tops 10,22 are now removed by hand on each end is now ready for use by the consumer. The smoke inhalation side of the cigar end whereas string 18, tab 20 were once was adhesively connected on the outside of complete tobacco filled cigar paper 16.

In the step in FIG. 9 shows the method and flow use by the string 18 and tab 22 pulling the cigar paper 16 in a upward spiral motion. The string 18, tab 20 are adhesively connected outside of the unraveled cigar paper 16 which has to be pulled up by hand until cigar paper 16 reached full length, also shown in FIG. 2.

In the step in FIG. 10 is the tobacco filled cigar paper 16, after removal of funnel opening 12 connected tubular straw 14 by hand. As shown in FIG. 7 string 18 and tab 20 was pulled off after adjusting the smoke inhalation side of the tobacco filled cigar paper 16; in FIG. 10 is the string 18 and tab 20 are both used similar to a rope in a lasso form by pulling to either tighten or loosen the end of the cigar paper 16 for smoke inhalation use for perforation purposes by the consumer.

Claims
  • 1. A spirally formed cigar paper roll, formed such that the cigar paper may be extended longitudinally by pulling the cigar paper at one or both ends of the roll longitudinally outwardly to form a tubular cigar paper, the spirally formed cigar paper roll comprising: an end cap adhesively connected to one end of the spirally formed cigar paper roll; anda string adhesively connected to a smoke drawing end of the spirally formed cigar paper roll, and disposed opposite to the end having the bottom end cap.
