Abstract
In two- and three-wheeled vehicles where a telescopic suspension system that journals a front wheel can be held at a predetermined contract percentage when a race is started. The predetermined contraction percentage of the telescopic suspension system is held at a start without requiring a part such as a cable. After the start, the predetermined contraction percentage can be automatically released, and re-regulation during operation after the release of an extension regulation can be prohibited. A holding device is provided with an automatic release mechanism that automatically releases an extension regulation when the telescopic suspension system is contracted more than the predetermined contraction percentage. A re-regulation prohibiting device prohibits re-regulation during operation after the release of an extension regulation by the operation of the automatic release mechanism.
