Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

This invention is related to bearing posts produced from different metal materials that have been developed by applying/mounting any other kind of materials to the system, in order to build all kinds of construction systems and to form fixed/modular greenhouses or other various structures, on all kinds of terrain, building plots, and all other areas such as industrial and agricultural lands. It is possible for these posts to be used as bearing posts for assembling nets, covers, nylons, glass, polycarbon and other similar systems in order to protect fruit, vegetables, and vineries in agricultural fields against problems such as rain, hail, sun rays, and all kinds of live or lifeless harmful factors; or for assembling wire trellis systems in order to manage the growth and development of fruits in agricultural fields, vegetables and vineyards and to manage plants during their life span and as bearing posts in order to support protection nets for plants and fruits. It shall be possible to form modular greenhouse or different structure systems by means of this system. Moreover said posts can be used to build fences that restrict, or provide protection against all live and lifeless harmful external factors to lands such as construction lands, industrial areas and agricultural fields and such usage is not present in the art.

BACKGROUND

The bearing posts that are produced from materials such as concrete, logs, metal pipes or profiles are driven or anchored into the ground by concreting or laying methods in the known state of the art. Especially in rough terrain the anchoring of posts used as bearing posts in systems that are generally used, are anchored to the ground via concrete. In rural areas however anchoring of bearing posts in order to assemble construction systems or other various structures using the concreting method consumes a lot of time.

Nowadays bearing posts are produced from materials such as concrete, logs, metal pipes or profiles. As it takes long procedures and quite a lot of workmanship in order to anchor concrete, pipe and profile posts to lands or a region, their assembly phase is very difficult and it takes a lot of time.

Usually a hole needs to be dug into the ground, the bearing posts need to be erected into the holes or into the foundation concrete in order to anchor concrete, pipe or profile systems and following this concrete needs to be poured into the holes that have been dug, and it should be waited for the concrete to set. This type of bearing posts have a short span of usage and when they need to be extracted out of the ground a serious amount of workmanship is required. Moreover as said posts are not produced from recyclable materials, they also cause environmental pollution.

Besides this it is also not cost effective. The delivery of materials such as sand, gravel, cement and water that are required to establish concrete to the area where the posts are to be anchored and other applications, and workmanship carried out cause the expenses and the construction phase of the job to be increased.

In the known state of the art the bearing posts are formed of a single structure. It is more difficult to anchor bearing posts formed of a single structure to the ground. Additionally if there is a problem due to the height of the bearing posts, these problems cannot be solved after said posts have been anchored to the ground.

The present invention provides bearing posts which can be rapidly and easily mounted during assembly, which necessitate less manpower, which reduces costs by means of easy and rapid mantling and dismantling of the equipment that constitute the invention and eliminates the above mentioned disadvantages.

For example the galvanized system described in the utility model numbered TR 2008 02697 Y describe the usage of posts that have been produced from galvanized profile, however these posts are mounted onto the ground surface by means of footing.

Generally fencepost systems, increase the requirement of manpower as they necessitate the usage of several numbers of coupling means such as screws, nuts, clamps, or clips.

SUMMARY

The aim of the invention is to be able to assemble all kinds of construction systems in all areas such as rough terrain, construction lands and industrial areas, to build various structures, to enable usage by applying any other kind of material to a system and to establish two piece modular bearing posts that can be produced from different metal materials.

The following has been aimed in developing the bearing posts subject to the invention;

Eliminating high delivery expenses,

Providing rigid structures for large systems,

Not consuming natural materials, being recyclable as it is produced from metal materials,

Decreasing workmanship expenses and reducing assembly times,

Providing great advantages in terms of delivery,

Being able to carry out local and fast revisions in case of possible problems,

Being a modular system which can be dismantled and stored, and used following re-application,

For the bearing posts to be produced with two parts (male and female), not having too many coupling, means, being driven to the ground using special hydraulic or mechanical equipment.

Another aim of the invention is for it to be used to build nets, covers, screens, glass, fibre carbon and other similar systems in order to protect fruits and vegetables and vineries in agricultural areas, to be able to form green houses and other structures, to be used as bearing posts or to assemble wire trellis systems in order to manage the growth and development of alit and vegetables in agricultural fields and vineyards and to manage/shape all kinds of plants during their life span as desired.

Another aim of the invention is to ensure that the fence posts which are assembled to protect or restrict areas such as construction lands, industrial areas or agricultural fields are anchored to the ground, and to mount wire fabric for fences or other similar materials, barb and/or razor wires or other materials that can be used for similar aims onto fence posts.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The present invention is related to bearing posts produced from different metal materials that have been developed by applying/mounting any other kind of materials to the system, in order to build all kinds of construction systems and various other structures on all kinds of terrain, building plots, and all other areas such as industrial and agricultural lands. The system is modular. It can be dismantled, stored and applied to a different area.

These metal posts can be easily dismantled when they reach the end of their commercial life and can be recycled.

According to this method, workmanship costs are also very low. Local revisions can be carried out against possible problems. Moreover it also provides great advantage in terms of delivery.

The post parts (1) shown in FIG. 1, are driven into the ground by means of manual, hydraulic, mechanical of electrical apparatus at desired distances from each other, in order to meet needs, according to the structure of the land such that the coupling-mounting section of said posts having the desired measurements remain above the ground. The top part (2) of the post that has also been prepared having the desired measurements is coupled to the bottom part (1) of the post remaining above the ground via the mounting holes that have been opened beforehand, by means of screws (3) and coupling holes (4) that again have been opened beforehand located at the coupling section of the bottom part, and this procedure is carried out in a symmetrical or asymmetric arrangement on the land at certain ranges to complete the application of the posts to lands or other similar areas. The top part (2) is inserted into the bottom part (1) such that the top part (2) is at a height that is desired to remain above the ground, and the corresponding coupling hole (4) provided on the top part (2) is matched with the coupling hole (4) provided on the bottom part (1). Following this, the bottom part (1) is fixed to the top part (2) by means of a screw.

The coupling means (5) is inserted into the coupling holes (4) opened on the side surfaces or on the top section of the top part (2) of the post at the end of the above mentioned procedure and the bearing posts are coupled to each other to form a rigid structure. In FIG. 3, the bearing posts having a cylindrical structure are fixed to the top surface of the to part (2) of the post via coupling means (5). In FIG. 4 fixed state of the coupling means (5) coupled to the coupling holes (4) provided on the side surfaces has been illustrated.

The bottom part (1) and the top part (2) can have any kind of geometrical form. The bottom part (1) and the top part (2) each comprise at least 2 coupling holes (3).

According to a different application of the invention the bottom part (1) and the top part (2) can be substituted with each other and the pot can be driven to the ground. In other words, the top part (2) can be driven into the ground instead of the bottom part (1).
