Abstract
My invention relates to a method of and apparatus for storing Compact Disc and other items such as, DVD”s, cassetts, Floppy Discs, Zip Discs in there case, at a simple, durable, and inexpensive construction adapted to general use. The objective of my invention is to suspend compact discs and items mention above on a rack, that will accomdate for storage, readily placed and removed in position, space, quick accessibility. In carrying out my invention I form a hanger that suspend a compact disc in it's case on a rack.
Description

My invention relates to a method of and apparatus for storing Compact Disc and other items such as, DVD”s, cassetts, Floppy Discs, Zip Discs in there case, at a simple, durable, and inexpensive construction adapted to general use. The objective of my invention is to suspend compact discs and items mention above on a rack, that will accomdate for storage, readily placed and removed in position, space, quick accessibility. In carrying out my invention I form a hanger that suspend a compact disc in it's case on a rack.




This objective I accomplish by the mechanism illustrated in the accompanying drawings, forming part of this specification, in which the parts referred are indicated by the letter of reference. In the drawings,



FIG. 1. Shows internal side view of the compact disc hanger. The 10.5 inch length and 0.50 inch wide elastic band which has a two 2 inch strip of rubber that is attached to it using a 7/32 inch stud on both ends of the rubber strip the rubber strips are placed at 1 and ¾ inch from each end of the elastic band. Then the elastic band is stapled together forming a loop using two standard staples, it is then threaded through the tube and center. The cup hook is inserted through a 0.313 inch softcap collar then through the center top of the tube through the elastic band and slightly bulges through to the bottom of the tube but not through. A is cup hook, B is softcap collar, C is tube, D is elastic band, E is standard staples, F is studs, G is rubberstrip.

FIG. 8. shows the side inner view of the rack lift side system which can be wall mounted. Wall mounted Using four wall mounts 3 inches in length. The wall mounts are placed on a wall so that they fit the inner side of the rack 1st and 5th rod one wall mount top left one wall mount top right, one wall mount bottom left, one wall mount bottom right. The rack is then left upon the wall mounts. The removable bases are used for floor version.
