Claims
- 1. An ultrasonic motor comprising:
- a vibration member having an electro-mechanical energy converting element and an elastic member which is excited by said electro-mechanical energy converting element to generate a travelling oscillator wave;
- a relative moving member to be driven by said travelling oscillatory wave; and
- a wire member disposed between said electro-mechanical energy converting element and said elastic member together with another material and extended outwardly.
- 2. An ultrasonic motor according to claim 1, further comprising a support member, and wherein an outwardly extended portion of said wire member is supported by said support member.
- 3. An ultrasonic motor according to claim 2, wherein said support member has a first support part and a second support part, and wherein said wire member is supported by said first and second support parts.
- 4. An ultrasonic motor according to claim 2, wherein said wire member is adapted not to transmit said travelling oscillatory wave to said support member.
- 5. An ultrasonic motor according to claim 1, wherein said wire member comprises resin fiber.
- 6. An ultrasonic motor according to claim 1, wherein said wire member is fine metal wire.
- 7. An ultrasonic motor according to claim 1, wherein said wire member has a circular cross-section.
