Ultrasonic zero vortex vacuum is a new concept in domestic cleaning that uses high velocity ultrasonic air.
It is offered as a cylinder with flexible tubes (none telescopic) with specially designed connections.
It is also offered as an upright and robotic.
All types use a collection bag with intake and exhaust filters, this makes the ultrasonic zero vortex vacuum the most hypo allergenic.
A 1200 watt a/c motor 110 or 240 v creates vacuum and low velocity air directed to the suction/pic-up head.
There is a control flap for the low velocity air, this maintains zero vortex at the pick-up head and automatically adjust depending on the type of surface and depth of pile
For safety of use pressure sensors cut power supply to the motor through the use of micro processors
The a/c motor also drives a micro screw compressor by direct shaft drive and the air is fed to a 400 ml receiver and then to the ultrasonic jets at the pick-up head.
The air pressure is 10 bar and this is channeled through a high pressure port in the suction tube.
The suction tube has three orifices, one orifice for suction, one orifice for blowing low velocity to the pick-up head and one small orifice for high pressure.
At the pic-up head there are an arrangement of ultrasonic air jets pointing air to the central vacuum intake.
Low velocity air is also directed to the central vacuum.
This affect maintains zero vortex and ensures optimum performance and efficiency at all times.
The ultrasonic air creates unique sound waves that disturb particles of dirt from both carpet and smooth floors, cushions and all types of upholstery with the use of different attachments.
The pick-up head design uses a unique arrangement of shark fin like projections that can be adjusted for different pile depth.
A different pick-up head is used on smooth floors with a different arrangement of ultrasonic jets.
The shark fin projection also house the ultrasonic air nozzles.
The attachment for soft furnishing does not use the shark fin projections instead the pick-up head nozzle has a ring around the outer circumference which houses the ultrasonic nozzles.
The robotic unit uses a similar arrangement of ultrasonic nozzles around the outer circumference for hard surfaces.
The upright model does not have a revolving barrel like conventional cleaners but uses the shark fin ultrasonic nozzles and roller balls for ease of movement.
This is a list of my claims regarding my invention of the ultrasonic zero vortex vacuum cleaner.
