This invention seeks to patent a hands free precipitation-protection apparatus. The apparatus has foam filled rear tubing for straight handled umbrellas and contains three interconnected adjustable buckle straps for ensuring the garment fits securely in the body of the wearer. One strap goes around the waistline while the two other straps go under and around the right and left shoulders respectively. The straps are secured by buckles and can be adjusted accordingly with one's body shape. Cognizant of repetitive language used herein. Additionally, the front of the apparatus contains two pockets on the left and right side around the waist strap as shown in the drawings filed herewith. The pockets can be used for carrying items such as cellphones, wallets e.t.c. thereby ensuring the wearer's hands are free.
