Claims
- 1. A screening screen assembly for screening material in a vibratory screening machine comprising a substantially planar apertured plate, an undulating subassembly of a fine screening screen and a support screen, said undulating subassembly including alternating ridges and troughs, said fine screening screen being bonded in contiguous relationship to said support screen by areas of fused plastic with unobstructed portions of said contiguous screens therebetween, said fused plastic extending substantially symmetrically across said ridges and including at least portions extending substantially perpendicularly to the length dimension of said ridges, and said subassembly being bonded to said apertured plate to form said screen assembly.
- 2. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 1 including means on said apertured plate for securing said apertured plate to a vibratory screening machine.
- 3. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein said areas of fused plastic comprise a grid.
- 4. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein said areas of fused plastic comprise strips of plastic.
- 5. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein said bonded undulating subassembly includes a support screen side and a fine screening screen side, and wherein said fine screening screen side is bonded to said apertured plate.
- 6. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 5 wherein said subassembly includes a finer screening screen, and wherein said finer screening screen is positioned between said support screen and said fine screening screen.
- 7. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 1 including means on said apertured plate for securing said apertured plate to a vibratory screening machine.
- 8. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein said undulating subassembly includes ridges and troughs, and wherein said areas of fused plastic include portions which extend along the bottoms of said troughs.
- 9. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein said support screen comprises a first support screen and said subassembly includes a second support screen on the opposite side of said fine screening screen from said first support screen.
- 10. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 9 wherein said support screen and said second support screen define the opposite sides of said subassembly, and wherein said support screen side is bonded to said apertured plate.
- 11. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 10 including a finer screening screen located between said fine screening screen and said second support screen.
- 12. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 10 including means on said apertured plate for securing said apertured plate to a vibratory screening machine.
- 13. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 10 wherein said areas of fused plastic comprise a grid.
- 14. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein said bonded undulating subassembly includes a support screen side and a fine screening screen side, and wherein said support screen side is bonded to said apertured plate.
- 15. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 14 wherein said subassembly includes a finer screening screen, and wherein said fine screening screen is positioned between said finer screening screen and said support screen.
- 16. A screening screen assembly for screening material in a vibrating screening machine comprising a substantially planar apertured plate, and a bonded undulating subassembly of a coarse support screen and a fine screening screen bonded to each other by a fused perforated plastic grid, said undulating subassembly including ridges and troughs, said fused plastic grid including first portions extending substantially symmetrically across said ridges and substantially perpendicularly to the length dimension of said ridges, said fused plastic grid including second portions proximate said troughs extending transversely to said first portions, said subassembly including a fine screening screen side and a coarse support screen side, and said substantially planar apertured plate being bonded to the coarse support screen side of the bonded undulating subassembly.
- 17. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 16 wherein said bonded undulating subassembly includes a finer screening screen overlying said fine screening screen.
- 18. A screening screen assembly for screening material in a vibrating screening machine comprising a substantially planar apertured plate, and a bonded undulating subassembly of a coarse support screen and a fine screening screen bonded to each other by a fused perforated plastic grid, said undulating subassembly including ridges and troughs, said fused plastic grid including first portions extending substantially symmetrically across said ridges and substantially perpendicularly to the length dimension of said ridges, said fused plastic grid including second portions proximate said troughs extending transversely to said first portions, said subassembly including a fine screening screen side and a coarse support screen side, and said substantially planar apertured plate being bonded to the fine screening screen side of the bonded undulating subassembly.
- 19. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 18 wherein said bonded undulating subassembly includes a finer screening screen between said fine screening screen and said coarse support screen.
- 20. A screening screen assembly for screening material in a vibratory screening machine comprising a substantially planar apertured plate, an undulating subassembly of a support screen and a fine screening screen having ridges and troughs, said ridges having sides which merge into said troughs, fused plastic bonding means bonding said fine screening screen to said support screen at spaced locations while leaving unobstructed portions of said screens therebetween, undersides on said troughs bonded to said apertured plate, said fused plastic bonding means including first portions extending substantially perpendicularly to the length dimension of said ridges and throughout the major portion of said sides of said ridges, and said fused plastic bonding means including second portions which extend through said troughs.
- 21. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 20 including means on said apertured plate for securing said apertured plate to a vibratory screening machine.
- 22. A screening assembly as set forth in claim 1 including caps sealing the ends of said ridges.
- 23. A screening assembly as set forth in claim 17 including caps sealing the ends of said ridges.
- 24. A screening assembly as set forth in claim 20 including caps sealing the ends of said ridges.
- 25. A screening screen assembly for screening material in a vibratory screening machine comprising a substantially planar apertured plate, an undulating subassembly of a fine screening screen and a support screen, said undulating subassembly including alternating ridges and troughs, said fine screening screen being bonded in contiguous relationship to said support screen by areas of fused plastic with unobstructed portions of said contiguous screens therebetween, said subassembly being bonded to said apertured plate to form said screen assembly, and caps sealing the ends of said ridges.
- 26. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 25 including means on said apertured plate for securing said apertured plate to a vibratory screening machine.
- 27. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 25 wherein said areas of fused plastic comprise a grid.
- 28. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 25 wherein said areas of fused plastic comprise strips of plastic.
- 29. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 25 wherein said bonded undulating subassembly includes a support screen side and a fine screening screen side, and wherein said fine screening screen side is bonded to said apertured plate.
- 30. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 29 wherein said subassembly includes a finer screening screen, and wherein said finer screening screen is positioned between said support screen and said fine screening screen.
- 31. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 30 including means on said apertured plate for securing said apertured plate to a vibratory screening machine.
- 32. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 25 wherein said undulating subassembly includes ridges and troughs, and wherein said areas of fused plastic include portions which extend along the bottoms of said troughs.
- 33. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 25 wherein said support screen comprises a first support screen and said subassembly includes a second support screen on the opposite side of said fine screening screen from said first support screen.
- 34. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 33 wherein said first support screen and said second support screen define the opposite sides of said subassembly, and wherein said first support screen side is bonded to said apertured plate.
- 35. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 34 including a finer screening screen located between said fine screening screen and said second support screen.
- 36. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 34 including means on said apertured plate for securing said apertured plate to a vibratory screening machine.
- 37. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 34 wherein said areas of fused plastic comprise a grid.
- 38. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 25 wherein said bonded undulating subassembly includes a support screen side and a fine screening screen side, and wherein said support screen side is bonded to said apertured plate.
- 39. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 37 wherein said subassembly includes a finer screening screen, and wherein said fine screening screen is positioned between said finer screening screen and said support screen.
- 40. A screening screen assembly for screening material in a vibrating screening machine comprising a substantially planar apertured plate, a bonded undulating subassembly of a coarse support screen and a fine screening screen bonded to each other by a fused perforated plastic grid, said undulating subassembly including ridges and troughs, said subassembly including a fine screening screen side and a coarse support screen side, said screen assembly further including means bonding said substantially planar apertured plate to the coarse support screen side of the bonded undulating subassembly, and caps sealing the ends of said ridges.
- 41. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 40 wherein said bonded undulating subassembly includes a finer screening screen overlying said fine screening screen.
- 42. A screening screen assembly for screening material in a vibrating screening machine comprising a substantially planar apertured plate, a bonded undulating subassembly of a coarse support screen and a fine screening screen bonded to each other by a fused perforated plastic grid, said subassembly including a fine screening screen side and a coarse support screen side, said screen assembly further including means bonding said substantially planar apertured plate to the fine screening screen side of the bonded undulating subassembly, and caps sealing the ends of said ridges.
- 43. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 42 wherein said bonded undulating subassembly includes a finer screening screen between said fine screening screen and said coarse support screen.
- 44. A screening screen assembly for screening material in a vibratory screening machine comprising a substantially planar apertured plate, an undulating subassembly of a support screen and a fine screening screen having ridges and troughs, fused plastic bonding means bonding said fine screening screen to said support screen at spaced locations while leaving unobstructed portions of said screens therebetween, undersides on said troughs, and means bonding said undersides of said troughs to said apertured plate, and caps sealing the ends of said ridges.
- 45. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 44 including means on said apertured plate for securing said apertured plate to a vibratory screening machine.
- 46. A plurality of screening screen assemblies for screening material in a vibratory screening machine with each assembly comprising a substantially planar apertured plate, an undulating subassembly of a fine screening screen and a support screen, said undulating subassembly including alternating ridges and troughs, said fine screening screen being bonded in contiguous relationship to said support screen by areas of fused plastic with unobstructed portions of said contiguous screens therebetween, said subassembly being bonded to said apertured plate to form said screen assembly, and said plurality of screening screen assemblies being placed end-to-end with said ridges of each assembly being in alignment and with said troughs of each assembly being in alignment.
- 47. A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 46 wherein said fused plastic bonding means includes first portions extending substantially perpendicularly to the length dimension of said ridges and throughout the major portion of said sides of said ridges, and said fused plastic bonding means including second portions which extend through said troughs.
- 48. A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 47 including caps sealing the ends of said ridges.
- 49. A plurality of screening screen assemblies for screening material in a vibrating screening machine with each assembly comprising a substantially planar apertured plate, and a bonded undulating subassembly of a coarse support screen and a fine screening screen bonded to each other by a fused perforated plastic grid, said undulating subassembly including ridges and troughs, said subassembly including a fine screening screen side and a coarse support screen side, and said substantially planar apertured plate being bonded to the coarse support screen side of the bonded undulating subassembly, and said plurality of screening screen assemblies being placed end-to-end with said ridges of each assembly being in alignment and with said troughs of each assembly being in alignment.
- 50. A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 49 wherein said fused perforated plastic grid includes first portions extending substantially perpendicularly to the length dimension of said ridges and throughout the major portion of said sides of said ridges, and said fused plastic bonding means including second portions which extend through said troughs.
- 51. A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 50 including caps sealing the ends of said ridges.
- 52. A plurality of screening screen assemblies for screening material in a vibrating screening machine with each assembly comprising a substantially planar apertured plate, and a bonded undulating subassembly of a coarse support screen and a fine screening screen bonded to each other by a fused perforated plastic grid, said undulating subassembly including ridges and troughs, said subassembly including a fine screening screen side and a coarse support screen side, said substantially planar apertured plate being bonded to the fine screening screen side of the bonded undulating subassembly, and said plurality of screening screen assemblies being placed end-to-end with said ridges of each assembly being in alignment and with said troughs of each assembly being in alignment.
- 53. A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 52 wherein said fused perforated plastic grid includes first portions extending substantially perpendicularly to the length dimension of said ridges and throughout the major portion of said sides of said ridges, and said fused plastic bonding means including second portions which extend through said troughs.
- 54. A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 53 including caps sealing the ends of said ridges.
- 55. A plurality of screening screen assemblies for screening material in a vibratory screening machine with each assembly comprising a substantially planar apertured plate, an undulating subassembly of a support screen and a fine screening screen having ridges and troughs, fused plastic bonding means bonding said fine screening screen to said support screen at spaced locations while leaving unobstructed portions of said screens therebetween, undersides on said troughs bonded to said apertured plate, and said plurality of screening screen assemblies being placed end-to-end with said ridges of each assembly being in alignment and with said troughs of each assembly being in alignment.
- 56. A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 55 wherein said fused plastic bonding means includes first portions extending substantially perpendicularly to the length dimension of said ridges and throughout the major portion of said sides of said ridges, and said fused plastic bonding means including second portions which extend through said troughs.
- 57. A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 56 including caps sealing the ends of said ridges.
- 58. A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 57 wherein said second portions extend transversely to said first portions.
- 59. A screening screen assembly for screening material in a vibratory screening machine comprising an apertured frame, and an undulating subassembly of a fine screening screen and a support screen, said subassembly including ridges and troughs between said ridges, said fine screening screen being bonded in contiguous relationship to said support screen by areas of fused plastic with unobstructed portions of said contiguous screens therebetween, and said subassembly being bonded to said apertured frame to form said screen assembly.
- 60. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 59 including means on said apertured frame for securing said apertured frame to a vibratory screening machine.
- 61. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 59 wherein said areas of fused plastic comprise a grid.
- 62. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 59 wherein said areas of fused plastic comprise strips of plastic.
- 63. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 59 wherein said bonded undulating subassembly includes a support screen side and a fine screening screen side, and wherein said fine screening screen side is bonded to said apertured plate.
- 64. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 63 wherein said subassembly includes a finer screening screen, and wherein said finer screening screen is positioned between said support screen and said fine screening screen.
- 65. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 64 including means on said apertured frame for securing said apertured frame to a vibratory screening machine.
- 66. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 59 wherein said undulating subassembly includes ridges and troughs, and wherein said areas of fused plastic include portions which extend along the bottoms of said troughs.
- 67. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 59 wherein said support screen comprises a first support screen and said subassembly includes a second support screen on the opposite side of said fine screening screen from said first support screen.
- 68. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 67 wherein said first support screen and said second support screen define the opposite sides of said subassembly, and wherein said first support screen side is bonded to said apertured frame.
- 69. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 68 including a finer screening screen located between said fine screening screen and said second support screen.
- 70. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 68 including means on said apertured frame for securing said apertured frame to a vibratory screening machine.
- 71. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 68 wherein said areas of fused plastic comprise a grid.
- 72. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 59 wherein said bonded undulating subassembly includes a support screen side and a fine screening screen side, and wherein said support screen side is bonded to said apertured frame.
- 73. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 72 wherein said subassembly includes a finer screening screen, and wherein said fine screening screen is positioned between said finer screening screen and said support screen.
- 74. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 59 wherein said areas of fused plastic extend symmetrically across said ridges.
- 75. A screening screen assembly for screening material in a vibratory screening machine comprising an apertured frame, and an undulating subassembly of a fine screening screen and a support screen, said subassembly including ridges and trough means between said ridges for conducting material longitudinally of said trough means while said material is being screened, said fine screening screen being bonded in contiguous relationship to said support screen by areas of fused plastic with unobstructed portions of said contiguous screens therebetween, and said subassembly being bonded to said apertured frame to form said screen assembly.
- 76. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 75 including means on said apertured frame for securing said apertured frame to a vibratory screening machine.
- 77. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 75 wherein said areas of fused plastic comprise a grid.
- 78. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 75 wherein said areas of fused plastic comprise strips of plastic.
- 79. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 75 wherein said bonded undulating subassembly includes a support screen side and a fine screening screen side, and wherein said fine screening screen side is bonded to said apertured frame.
- 80. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 79 wherein said subassembly includes a finer screening screen, and wherein said finer screening screen is positioned between said support screen and said fine screening screen.
- 81. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 80 including means on said apertured frame for securing said apertured frame to a vibratory screening machine.
- 82. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 75 wherein said undulating subassembly includes ridges and troughs, and wherein said areas of fused plastic include portions which extend along the bottoms of said troughs.
- 83. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 75 wherein said support screen comprises a first support screen and said subassembly includes a second support screen on the opposite side of said fine screening screen from said first support screen.
- 84. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 83 wherein said first support screen and said second support screen define the opposite sides of said subassembly, and wherein said first support screen side is bonded to said apertured frame.
- 85. A screening screen assembly as se t forth in claim 84 including a finer screening screen located between said fine screening screen and said second support screen.
- 86. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 84 including means on said apertured frame for securing said apertured frame to a vibratory screening machine.
- 87. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 84 wherein said areas of fused plastic comprise a grid.
- 88. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 75 wherein said bonded undulating subassembly includes a support screen side and a fine screening screen side, and wherein said support screen side is bonded to said apertured frame.
- 89. A screening screen assembly as set forth in claim 88 wherein said subassembly includes a finer screening screen, and wherein said fine screening screen is positioned between said finer screening screen and said support screen.
- 90. A plurality of screening screen assemblies for screening material in a vibratory screening machine with each assembly comprising a frame, an undulating subassembly of a fine screening screen and a support screen, said undulating subassembly including alternating ridges and troughs, said fine screening screen being bonded in contiguous relationship to said support screen by areas of fused plastic with unobstructed portions of said contiguous screens therebetween, said subassembly being bonded to said frame to form said screen assembly, and said plurality of screening screen assemblies being placed end-to-end with said ridges of each assembly being in alignment and with said troughs of each assembly being in alignment.

A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 90 wherein said fused plastic bonding means includes first portions extending substantially perpendicularly to the length dimension of said ridges and throughout the major portion of said sides of said ridges, and said fused plastic bonding means including second portions which extend through said troughs.
- 92. A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 90 including caps sealing the ends of said ridges.
- 93. A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 90 including means on each of said apertured frames for securing said apertured frames to a vibratory screening machine.
- 94. A plurality of screening screen assemblies for screening material in a vibrating screening machine with each assembly comprising a frame, and a bonded undulating subassembly of a coarse support screen and a fine screening screen bonded to each other by a fused perforated plastic grid, said undulating subassembly including ridges and troughs, said subassembly including a fine screening screen side and a coarse support screen side, and said frame being bonded to the coarse support screen side of the bonded undulating subassembly, and said plurality of screening screen assemblies being placed end-to-end with said ridges of each assembly being in alignment and with said troughs of each assembly being in alignment.

A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 94 wherein said fused perforated plastic grid includes first portions extending substantially perpendicularly to the length dimension of said ridges and throughout the major portion of said sides of said ridges, and said fused plastic bonding means including second portions which extend through said troughs.
- 96. A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 94 including caps sealing the ends of said ridges.
- 97. A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 94 including means on each of said apertured frames for securing said apertured frames to a vibratory screening machine.
- 98. A plurality of screening screen assemblies for screening material in a vibrating screening machine with each assembly comprising a frame, and a bonded undulating subassembly of a coarse support screen and a fine screening screen bonded to each other by a fused perforated plastic grid, said undulating subassembly including ridges and troughs, said subassembly including a fine screening screen side and a coarse support screen side, said frame being bonded to the fine screening screen side of the bonded undulating subassembly, and said plurality of screening screen assemblies being placed end-to-end with said ridges of each assembly being in alignment and with said troughs of each assembly being in alignment.

A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 98 wherein said fused perforated plastic grid includes first portions extending substantially perpendicularly to the length dimension of said ridges and throughout the major portion of said sides of said ridges, and said fused plastic bonding means including second portions which extend through said troughs.
- 100. A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 98 including caps sealing the ends of said ridges.
- 101. A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 98 including means on each of said apertured frames for securing said apertured frames to a vibratory screening machine.

A plurality of screening screen assemblies for screening material in a vibratory screening machine with each assembly comprising a frame, an undulating subassembly of a support screen and a fine screening screen having ridges and troughs, fused plastic bonding means bonding said fine screening screen to said support screen at spaced locations while leaving unobstructed portions of said screens therebetween, undersides on said troughs bonded to said frame, and said plurality of screening screen assemblies being placed end-to-end with said ridges of each assembly being in alignment and with said troughs of each assembly being in alignment.

A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 102 wherein said fused plastic bonding means includes first portions extending substantially perpendicularly to the length dimension of said ridges and throughout the major portion of said sides of said ridges, and said fused plastic bonding means including second portions which extend through said troughs.
- 104. A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 102 wherein said second portions extend transversely to said first portions.
- 105. A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 102 including caps sealing the ends of said ridges.
- 106. A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 102 including means on each of said apertured frames for securing said apertured frames to a vibratory screening machine.
- 107. An undulating screen assembly for screening material in a vibratory screening machine comprising a fine screening screen and a support screen, said undulating assembly including alternating ridges and troughs, said fine screening screen being bonded in contiguous relationship to said support screen by areas of fused plastic with unobstructed portions of said contiguous screens therebetween, and said areas of fused plastic including portions extending substantially symmetrically across said ridges.
- 108. An undulating screen assembly as set forth in claim 107 wherein said areas of fused plastic comprise a grid.
- 109. An undulating screen assembly as set forth in claim 107 wherein said areas of fused plastic comprise strips of plastic.
- 110. An undulating screen assembly for screening material in a vibratory screening machine comprising a fine screening screen and a support screen, said undulating assembly including alternating ridges and troughs, and said fine screening screen being bonded in contiguous relationship to said support screen by areas of fused plastic with unobstructed portions of said contiguous screens therebetween.
- 111. An undulating screen assembly as set forth in claim 110 wherein said areas of fused plastic comprise a grid.
- 112. An undulating screen assembly as set forth in claim 110 wherein said areas of fused plastic comprise strips of plastic.
- 113. An undulating screen assembly as set forth in claim 110 including an intermediate screening screen which is less fine than said fine screening screen bonded between said fine screening screen and said support screen.
- 114. An undulating screen assembly as set forth in claim 110 wherein said ridges have ends, and seals sealing said ends.
- 115. An undulating screen assembly as set forth in claim 110 wherein said ridges have first ends, seals sealing said first ends of said ridges, and wherein said troughs have second ends which are unsealed.
- 116. An undulating screen assembly as set forth in claim 115 including an intermediate screening screen which is less fine than said fine screening screen bonded between said fine screening screen and said support screen.
- 117. An undulating screen assembly for screening material in a vibratory screening machine comprising a support screen and a fine screening screen, said undulating assembly having ridges and troughs, and fused plastic bonding means bonding said fine screening screen to said support screen at spaced locations while leaving unobstructed portions of said screens therebetween.
- 118. An undulating screen assembly as set forth in claim 117 wherein said fused plastic bonding means comprises a grid.
- 119. An undulating screen assembly as set forth in claim 117 wherein said fused plastic bonding means comprises strips of plastic.
- 120. An undulating screen assembly as set forth in claim 117 wherein said fused plastic bonding means comprise spots of plastic.
- 121. An undulating screen assembly as set forth in claim 117 including an intermediate screening screen which is less fine than said fine screening screen bonded between said fine screening screen and said support screen.
- 122. An undulating screen assembly as set forth in claim 117 wherein said ridges have ends, and seals sealing said ends.
- 123. An undulating screen assembly as set forth in claim 117 wherein said ridges have first ends, seals sealing said first ends of said ridges, and wherein said troughs have second ends which are unsealed.
- 124. An undulating screen assembly as set forth in claim 123 including an intermediate screening screen which is less fine than said fine screening screen bonded between said fine screening screen and said support screen.
- 125. An undulating screen assembly for screening material in a vibratory screening machine comprising a fine screening screen and a support screen, said undulating assembly including ridges and troughs between said ridges for conducting material longitudinally of said ridges while said material is being screened, and said fine screening screen being bonded in contiguous relationship to said support screen by areas of fused plastic with unobstructed portions of said contiguous screens therebetween.
- 126. An undulating screen assembly as set forth in claim 125 wherein said areas of fused plastic comprise a grid.
- 127. An undulating screen assembly as set forth in claim 125 wherein said areas of fused plastic comprise strips of plastic.
- 128. An undulating screen assembly as set forth in claim 125 including an intermediate screening screen which is less fine than said fine screening screen bonded between said fine screening screen and said support screen.
- 129. An undulating screen assembly as set forth in claim 125 wherein said ridges have ends, and seals sealing said ends.
- 130. An undulating screen assembly as set forth in claim 125 wherein said ridges have first ends, seals sealing said first ends of said ridges, and wherein said troughs have second ends which are unsealed.
- 131. An undulating screen assembly as set forth in claim 130 including an intermediate screening screen which is less fine than said fine screening screen bonded between said fine screening screen and said support screen.
- 132. A plurality of screening screen assemblies for screening material in a vibratory screening machine with each assembly comprising an undulating assembly of a fine screening screen and a support screen, said undulating assembly including a plurality of alternating ridges and a plurality of troughs, said fine screening screen being bonded in contiguous relationship to said support screen by areas of fused plastic with unobstructed portions of said contiguous screens therebetween, and said plurality of screening screen assemblies being placed end-to-end with said plurality of ridges of each assembly being in alignment and with said plurality of troughs of each assembly being in alignment.
- 133. A plurality of screening screen assemblies as set forth in claim 132 including caps sealing the ends of said ridges.
