This application claims the priority benefit of China Application Serial No. 201721826181.9 filed on Dec. 22, 2017. The entirety of the above-mentioned patent application is hereby incorporated by reference herein and made a part of this application.
This invention relates to a woven fabric and, more particularly, to a unidirectional sight-transmission fabric and a curtain made of the fabric.
By arranging a curtain at an inner side of a window, not only the sunlight can be blocked in the summer to avoid direct sunlight which achieves heat insulation, but also an external sight is isolated to protect indoor privacy. However, when using the curtain to protect the indoor privacy, the curtain need to be closed, and the closed curtain usually blocks the light coming in from the window, resulting in a room to be dark and a lamp need to be turned on for illumination.
According to research, light can regulate a biorhythm of human body. For example, light has a certain regulating effect on temperature, metabolism, hormone production and fluctuations in attention and behavior of human body, especially has a greater regulation on the process of people's sleep and awakening. Since a color temperature of the sunlight has been constantly changing from morning till night, and after years of light adaptation, human vision has adapted to this light change. At the same time, in different seasons, temperatures, weather and illumination, the color temperature of the light has different effects on people. These effects cannot be achieved by artificial illumination. If the light from the sun is completely blocked to protect privacy, it will have an impact on people's work and rest, which is not conducive to improvement of quality of life.
One object of this invention is to provide a unidirectional sight-transmission fabric to protect the privacy at a backlight side without completely blocking the light from being transmitted to the backlight side from a light-facing side. The other object of this invention is to provide a unidirectional sight-transmission curtain to protect the indoor privacy without completely blocking outdoor light from entering indoors.
To achieve the above-mentioned object, this invention provides a unidirectional sight-transmission fabric including a base cloth interwoven via a warp thread and a weft thread. The warp thread is a flat aluminum thread, and the weft thread is a polyester yarn or a polyester filament. The aforementioned base cloth is woven by the warp yarn and the weft yarn in a plain weave. Adjacent two of the warp threads and adjacent two of the weft threads enclose a light-transmission sight-transmission hole.
As the base cloth is woven by taking the flat aluminum thread as the warp yarn and the polyester yarn or the polyester filament as the weft thread, the flat aluminum thread serving as the warp thread does not bend and remains in a straight line state after being woven into the base cloth. In addition, as the plain weave is adopted, the base cloth are the same at two surfaces, and about half area of each surface of the base cloth is pieced by a flat surface of the flat aluminum thread. When one surface of the fabric is arranged toward the sun, that is, a light-facing surface is constructed, the light-facing surface reflects the sunlight, and the reflected light is superimposed with the sunlight, making a person at the light-facing side difficult to see a scene at the backlight side. What's more, part of the sunshine enters a space at the backlight side through the light-transmission sight-transmission hole, such that there is no lack of the sunlight due to covering of the fabric. The person in the space at the backlight side can clearly see the scene in the space at the light-facing side through the light-transmission sight-transmission hole as it is not affected by an image of the reflected light. For nighttime, since a light source used in the space at the backlight side is not too bright, only part of a contour image can be seen from the aforementioned light-facing side to the backlight side, causing no privacy leakage.
A specific solution is that the flat aluminum thread is a flat aluminized polyester continuous filament.
A more specific solution is that the flat aluminum thread is a 90D flat aluminized polyester continuous filament, and the weft thread is a 40S/1 polyester yarn.
A preferred solution is that a warp-direction density of the base cloth is 26, and a weft-direction density of the base cloth is 25 to 30.
To achieve the other above-mentioned object, this invention provides a unidirectional sight-transmission curtain including a base cloth interwoven via a warp thread and a weft thread. The warp thread is a flat aluminum thread, and the weft thread is a polyester yarn or a polyester filament, and the base cloth is woven by the warp thread and the weft thread in a plain weave. Adjacent two of the warp threads and adjacent two of the weft threads enclose a light-transmission sight-transmission hole.
As the base cloth is woven by taking the flat aluminum thread as the warp thread and the polyester yarn or the polyester filament as the weft thread, the flat aluminum thread serving as the warp thread does not bend and remains in a straight line state after being woven into the base cloth. In addition, as the plain weave is adopted, the base cloth are the same at two surfaces, and about half area of each surface of the base cloth is pieced by a flat surface of the flat aluminum thread. The outdoors is much brighter than the indoors due to the sunlight, a light-facing surface of this curtain reflects the sunlight, and the reflected light is superimposed with the sunlight, making a person outdoors difficult to see an indoor scene. What's more, part of the sunshine enters indoors through the light-transmission sight-transmission hole, such that there is no lack of the sunlight due to covering of the curtain. The person indoors can clearly see an outdoor scene through the light-transmission sight-transmission hole as it is not affected by an image of the reflected light. For nighttime, since an indoor light source is not too bright, only part of a contour image can be seen from the outdoors to the indoors, causing no privacy leakage.

A preferred solution is that a warp-direction density of the base cloth is 26, and a weft-direction density of the base cloth is 25 to 30.

During nighttime, since illumination in the aforementioned space at the backlight side is usually 350-750 LUX, that is, the light in the aforementioned space at the backlight side is not as strong as the direct sunlight in the daytime, causing only a contour of an object and a person in the aforementioned space at the backlight side can be seen from the aforementioned toward-light side, and not causing the privacy of a night scene in the aforementioned space at the backlight side to be leaked.
In addition, since the light-transmission sight-transmission hole is provided at the base cloth, it is convenient for air circulation between the aforementioned space at the backlight side and the aforementioned space at the light-facing side through this hole, thereby effectively ensuring air quality in the aforementioned space at the backlight side.
At the same time, since part of the cloth surface made of the flat surface of the flat aluminum thread reflects part of ultraviolet rays and infrared rays in the sunlight back into the aforementioned space of the light-facing face, partial heat insulation function is achieved, and direct sunshine in the summer is effectively avoided, such that temperature in the aforementioned space at the backlight side will be relatively low. What's more, this unidirectional sight-transmission fabric can eliminate static electricity based on the flat aluminum thread.
Unidirectional Sight-transmission Fabric of a Second Embodiment
As a description of the unidirectional sight-transmission fabric of the second embodiment of this invention, only differences from the above-mentioned unidirectional sight-transmission fabric of the first embodiment will be described below.
In the plain weave, the weft thread is the polyester filament; and in the base cloth, the weft-direction density is 30.

Unidirectional Sight-transmission Curtain of a Second Embodiment
As a description of the unidirectional sight-transmission curtain of the second embodiment of this invention, only differences from the above-mentioned unidirectional sight-transmission curtain of the first embodiment will be described below.
In the plain weave, the weft thread is the polyester filament; and in the base cloth, the weft-direction density is 25.
The main idea of this invention is to use the flat aluminum thread as the warp thread and the polyester yarn or the polyester filament as the weft thread, and the plain weave is adopted to weave the base cloth of the unidirectional sight-transmission fabric or the base cloth of the unidirectional sight-transmission curtain, such that two surfaces of the base cloth are the same, so as to use the flat surface of the flat aluminum thread to piece half of each cloth surface, and adjacent two of the warp threads and adjacent two of the weft threads enclose the light-transmission sight-transmission hole, which avoids leakage of the indoor privacy scene, makes part of the light to be transmitted into the room, and makes the outdoor scene can be clearly seen from the indoors. According to this idea, the warp-direction density and the weft-direction density of the base cloth can be set to other values according to actual needs, which is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments.
