Claims
- 1. A unique fastening-unfastening system
for fastening a footwear onto a foot, and for unfastening said footwear from said foot,
said footwear having first side, second side, first lace-receiving means, second lace-receiving means, and a tongue, said first side and said second side opposite to each other, said first lace-receiving means disposed on said first side, said second lace-receiving means disposed on said second side, said tongue having at least one opening and a plurality of surfaces, each of said at least one opening extending from one of said surfaces to another one of said surfaces, the unique fastening-unfastening system comprising said first lace-receiving means, said second lace-receiving means, lacing means, lace-end coupling means, hiding-guarding means, and lace-section-coupling means, each of said first lace-receiving means and said second lace-receiving means for said lacing means to be threaded therethrough or to be hooked thereon to attach said lacing means to said footwear,
said lacing means for attaching together said footwear, said lace-end coupling means, said hiding-guarding means, and said lace-section coupling means, said lacing means having lace ends, at least one first lace section, and at least one second lace section, said footwear laced with said lacing means
so that each of said at least one first lace section extending from one of said first lace-receiving means to another one of said first lace-receiving means or to one of said at least one second lace-section, and so that each of said at least one second lace-section extending from one of said second lace-receiving means to another one of said second lace-receiving means or to one of said at least one first lace-section, one or each of said lace ends threaded through at least one of said at least one opening, said lace-end-coupling means
for coupling said lace ends
to preset at least one predetermined fastening tension of said lacing means, to preset at least one predetermined unfastening tension of said lacing means, to attach said lacing means to said lace-end-coupling means, and to attach said lacing means to said tongue, said hiding-guarding means
comprising said tongue, at least one portion of said lace ends and said lace-end-coupling means threaded through at least one of said at least one opening to be hidden and guarded inside said tongue, and said lace-section-coupling means,
after said foot inserted into said footwear,
for coupling said at least one first lace section and said at least one second lace section, to eliminate the needs for adjusting and tying said lace ends, to adjust the tension of said lacing means to one of said at least one fastening tension, to fasten said tongue to said footwear, to fasten said footwear onto said foot, and to keep hiding and guarding said at least one portion of said lace ends and said lace-end-coupling means inside said tongue, and before said foot pulled out of said footwear, for uncoupling said at least one first lace section and said at least one second lace section,
to eliminate the needs for untying and adjusting said lace ends, to adjust the tension of said lacing means to one of said at least one unfastening tension, to unfasten said tongue from said footwear, to unfasten said footwear from said foot, and to keep hiding and guarding said at least one portion of said lace ends and said lace-end-coupling means inside said tongue.
- 2. The unique fastening-unfastening system of claim 1, wherein, each of said first and second lace-receiving means selected from the group consisting of
threaded-through means for said lacing means to be threaded therethrough, hooked-on means for said lacing means to be hooked thereon, and a combination of said threaded-through means and said hooked-on means.
- 3. The unique fastening-unfastening system of claim 1, wherein, said lace-section coupling means comprising threaded-through means and hooked-on means, said threaded-through means integrated to said hooked on-means,
wherein, said at least one first lace section threaded through said threaded-through means to attach said lacing means to said lace-section coupling means, said at least one first lace section twisted when said at least one second lace section twisted, and wherein, said at least one second lace section hooked or twisted and hooked on said hooked-on means, or unhooked from said hooked on-means, so that said threaded-through means and said hooked-on means combined coupling said at least one first and second lace sections, or uncoupling said at least one first and second lace sections, respectively.
- 4. The unique fastening-unfastening system of claim 3, wherein, said hooked-on means having at least one tip, said at least one tip predeterminedly bent so that
said at least one tip
securing said at least one second lace section on said hooked-on means when hooked or twisted and hooked thereon, and allowing said at least one second lace section to be unhooked therefrom.
- 5. The unique fastening-unfastening system of claim 3, further, said lace-section-coupling means comprising at least one extra first lace-receiving means disposed on said first side and at least one extra second lace-receiving means disposed on said second side, said at least one extra first and second lace-receiving means for said at least one first and second lace sections, respectively,
to be hooked or twisted and hooked thereon, respectively, or to be unhooked therefrom, respectively, so that said at least one extra first and second lace-receiving means coupling said at least one first and second lace sections, or uncoupling said at least one first and second lace sections, respectively.
- 6. The unique fastening-unfastening system of claim 5, wherein, said at least one extra first and second lace-receiving means having at least one first tip and at least one second tip, respectively, said at least one first and second tips predeterminedly bent so that
said at least one first and second tips
securing said at least one first and second lace sections, respectively, on said at least one extra first and second lace-receiving means, respectively, when hooked or twisted and hooked thereon, respectively, and allowing said at least one first and second lace sections, respectively, to be unhooked therefrom, respectively.
- 7. The unique fastening-unfastening system of claim 1, wherein, said lace-section-coupling means comprising hooked-on means for said at least one first and second lace sections
to be hooked or twisted and hooked thereon, or to be unhooked therefrom, so that said hooked-on means coupling said at least one first and second lace sections, or uncoupling said at least one first and second lace sections, respectively.
- 8. The unique fastening-unfastening system of claim 1, wherein, said lace-section-coupling means comprising at least one extra first lace-receiving means disposed on said first side and at least one extra second lace-receiving means disposed on said second side, said at least one extra first and second lace-receiving means for said at least one first and second lace sections, respectively,
to be hooked or twisted and hooked thereon, respectively, or to be unhooked therefrom, respectively, so that said at least one extra first and second lace-receiving means coupling said at least one first and second lace sections, or uncoupling said at least one first and second lace sections, respectively.
- 9. The unique fastening-unfastening system of claim 8, wherein, said at least one extra first and second lace-receiving means having at least one first tip and at least one second tip, respectively, said at least one first and second tips predeterminedly bent so that
said at least one first and second tips
securing said at least one first and second lace sections, respectively, on said at least one extra first and second lace-receiving means, respectively, when hooked or twisted and hooked thereon, respectively, and allowing said at least one first and second lace sections, respectively, to be unhooked therefrom, respectively.
- 10. The unique fastening-unfastening system of claim 1, wherein, said lace-end-coupling means able to uncouple said lace ends, said lace ends able to be adjusted, and said lace-end-coupling means able to re-couple said lace ends
to adjust said at least one predetermined fastening tension to at least one new predetermined fastening tension, and to adjust said at least one predetermined unfastening tension to at least one new predetermined unfastening tension.
- 11. The unique fastening-unfastening system of claim 1, wherein, said lace-end-coupling means comprising said lace ends tied together so that said lace ends coupled.
- 12. The unique fastening-unfastening system of claim 1, further, comprising at least one extra element, each of said at least one extra element separate from, attached to, or integrated to any element of the unique fastening-unfastening system, each of said at least one extra element selected from the group consisting of:
relief, design, printing, painting, stamping, inscription, and a combination of at least any two of these above.
- 13. The unique fastening-unfastening system of claim 1, wherein, at least one element of the unique fastening-unfastening system partially or fully made of elastic material.
- 14. The unique fastening-unfastening system of claim 1, wherein, at least one element of the unique fastening-unfastening system partially or fully made of non-elastic material.
- 15. The unique fastening-unfastening system of claim 1, wherein, said at least one first and second lace sections twisted.
- 16. A method
for fastening a footwear onto a foot, and for unfastening said footwear from said foot, providing said foot, providing said footwear,
said footwear having first side, second side, first lace-receiving means, second lace-receiving means, and a tongue, said first side and said second side opposite to each other, said first lace-receiving means disposed on said first side, said second lace-receiving means disposed on said second side, said tongue having at least one opening and a plurality of surfaces, each of said at least one opening extending from one of said surfaces to another one of said surfaces, providing a unique fastening-unfastening system,
the unique fastening-unfastening system comprising said first lace-receiving means, said second lace-receiving means, lacing means, lace-end-coupling means, hiding-guarding means, and lace-section-coupling means, each of said first lace-receiving means and said second lace-receiving means for said lacing means to be threaded therethrough or to be hooked thereon to attach said lacing means to said footwear, said lacing means
for attaching together said footwear, said lace-end-coupling means,
said hiding-guarding means, and said lace-section-coupling means, said lacing means having lace ends, at least one first lace section, and at least one second lace section, said footwear laced with said lacing means
so that each of said at least one first lace section extending from one of said first lace-receiving means to another one of said first lace-receiving means or to one of said at least one second lace section, and so that each of said at least one second lace section extending from one of said second lace-receiving means to another one of said second lace-receiving means or to one of said at least one first lace section, one or each of said lace ends threaded through at least one of said at least one opening, said lace-end-coupling means
for coupling said lace ends
to preset at least one predetermined fastening tension of said lacing means, to preset at least one predetermined unfastening tension of said lacing means, to attach said lacing means to said lace-end-coupling means, and to attach said lacing means to said tongue, said hiding-guarding means
comprising said tongue, at least one portion of said lace ends and said lace-end-coupling means threaded through at least one of said at least one opening to be hidden and guarded inside said tongue, and said lace-section-coupling means,
after said foot inserted into said footwear,
for coupling said at least one first lace section and said at least one second lace section, to eliminate the needs for adjusting and tying said lace ends, to adjust the tension of said lacing means to one of said at least one fastening tension, to fasten said tongue to said footwear, to fasten said footwear onto said foot, and to keep hiding and guarding said at least one portion of said lace ends and said lace-end-coupling means inside said tongue, and before said foot pulled out of said footwear,
for uncoupling said at least one first lace section and said at least one second lace section, to eliminate the needs for untying and adjusting said lace ends, to adjust the tension of said lacing means to one of said at least one unfastening tension, to unfasten said tongue from said footwear, to unfasten said footwear from said foot, and to keep hiding and guarding said at least one portion of said lace ends and said lace-end-coupling means inside said tongue, the method for fastening said footwear onto said foot comprising the steps of:
inserting said foot into said footwear; pulling said at least one first lace section and said at least one second lace section; and coupling said at least one first lace section and said at least one second lace section to eliminate the needs for adjusting and tying said lace ends, to adjust the tension of said lacing means to one of said at least one fastening tension, to fasten said tongue to said footwear, to fasten said footwear onto said foot, and to keep hiding and guarding said at least one portion of said lace ends and said lace-end-coupling means inside said tongue.
- 17. The method of claim 16, further, comprising the step of
twisting said at least one first lace section and said at least one second lace-section.
- 18. The method of claim 16, further, comprising the step of
uncoupling said at least one first lace section and said at least one second lace section
to eliminate the needs for untying and adjusting said lace ends, to adjust the tension of said lacing means to one of said at least one unfastening tension, to unfasten said tongue from said footwear, to unfasten said footwear from said foot, and to keep hiding and guarding said at least one portion of said lace ends and said lace-end-coupling means inside said tongue.
- 19. A method
for fastening a footwear onto a foot, and for unfastening said footwear from said foot, providing said foot, said foot having a toe end and a heel end, providing said footwear,
said footwear having first side, second side, first lace-receiving means, second lace-receiving means, and a tongue, said first side and said second side opposite to each other, said first lace-receiving means disposed on said first side, said second lace-receiving means disposed on said second side, said tongue having at least one opening and a plurality of surfaces, each of said at least one opening extending from one of said surfaces to another one of said surfaces, providing a unique fastening-unfastening system, the unique fastening-unfastening system comprising said first lace-receiving means, said second lace-receiving means, lacing means, lace-end-coupling means, and hiding-guarding means, each of said first lace-receiving means and said second lace-receiving means for said lacing means to be threaded therethrough or to be hooked thereon to attach said lacing means to said footwear, said lacing means
for attaching together said footwear, said lace-end-coupling means, and said hiding-guarding means, said lacing means made of at least one elastic material and having lace ends, said footwear laced with said lacing means one or each of said lace ends threaded through at least one of said at least one opening, said lace-end-coupling means
for coupling said lace ends
to preset at least one predetermined fastening tension of said lacing means, to preset at least one predetermined unfastening tension of said lacing means, to attach said lacing means to said lace-end-coupling means, and to attach said lacing means to said tongue, said hiding-guarding means
comprising said tongue, at least one portion of said lace ends and said lace-end-coupling means threaded through at least one of said at least one opening to be hidden and guarded inside said tongue, the method for fastening said footwear onto said foot comprising the steps of:
inserting said toe end into said footwear to stretch said lacing means; and inserting said heel end into said footwear to shrink said lacing means
to eliminate the needs for adjusting and tying said lace ends, to adjust the tension of said lacing means to one of said at least one fastening tension, to fasten said tongue to said footwear, to fasten said footwear onto said foot, and to keep hiding and guarding said at least one portion of said lace ends and said lace-end-coupling means inside said tongue.
- 20. The method of claim 19, further, comprising the steps of
pulling said heel end out of said footwear to stretch said lacing means; and pulling said toe end out of said footwear to shrink said lacing means
to eliminate the needs for untying and adjusting said lace ends, to adjust the tension of said lacing means to one of said at least one unfastening tension, to unfasten said tongue from said footwear, to unfasten said footwear from said foot, and to keep hiding and guarding said at least one portion of said lace ends and said lace-end-coupling means inside said tongue.
