The present invention relates to the field of gym facilities.
Exercising is one of the most effective ways to improve the quality of life at any age and in any physical condition. The exercising can be performed in the gym, for example, by a large number of facilities that each constitutes exercising on a different area in the exercising body.
One method of exercise is known as Pilates. The purpose of this method is to train the body so that it can perform the daily tasks with a minimum of effort, without unnecessary wear and tear, and without physical injuries.
Pilates exercises are performed in a number of short repetitions, out of a desire to allow concentration during each repetition and to avoid exhausting the muscle. Pilates largely avoids high impact, high power output, and heavy muscular and skeletal loading. Each Pilates exercise requires stabilization of certain parts, and balanced movement from the other parts. The requirement to maintain maximum stability of certain parts should challenge the stabilizing muscles in that area. The requirement for harmonious movement throughout the range should activate more muscles and not just the muscles accustomed to operating.

One of the obstacles in home exercising is the size of the exercising facility. A prior art exercising device such as Solo Strength (https://solostrength.com/) comprises a frame attachable to a wall, on which a training rod is installed. As can be seen, it uses a plurality of bars for attaching the frame to a wall. The bars also keep the frame away from the wall, and therefore this space is not usable. Another option is a base to which the frame is connected. In both cases the facility wastes space.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a solution to the above-mentioned and other problems of the prior art.

The present invention will be understood from the following detailed description of preferred embodiments (“best mode”), which are meant to be descriptive and not limiting. The facility, which is marked herein by reference numeral 100, comprises two parallel supporting pillars 11, to be connected to the jambs 10 of a door.
Each of the supporting pillars 11 is made of two parallel panels 11a and 11b. Reference numeral 11a denotes the outer panel of the supporting pillar 11, and numeral 11b denotes the inner panel thereof. Spacers 17 hold the panels distantly from each other and parallel to each other.
Reference numeral 18a denotes a hole in the outer panel 11a, and numeral 18b denotes a hole in the inner panel 11b. The object of these holes is to pass therethrough a screw/bolt 19 for fixing the supporting pillar 11 into the jamb 10, and if the screw/bolt is long enough, even in the wall behind the jamb (not shown).
On the supporting pillar 11 are installed several training rods 12. Each of the training rods 12 has a different structure, in accordance to its purpose. This subject matter is detailed hereinafter.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the training rods may be, but not necessarily are, telescopic, i.e., having adjustable length.

Training rod 12a is an anchoring device used for hanging thereon a variety of training devices, such as TRX (Total Resistance Exercising). It has no coating.
Training rod 12b has a TPU coating, and is applicable for stress and relaxation exercising. TPU is the acronym of thermoplastic polyurethane.
Training rod 12c has a softening coating, so it is suitable for Pilates exercises because a user can lean on it.
Training rod 12d is a spinner which rotates around its axis even if its ends are secured to the supporting pillars 11. It is used for stretching exercises. The structure of training rod 12d is detailed in
In fact, these rods are just examples of training pillars, and a large variety of other training rods can be used.
In fact, the facility 100 allows a user to choose exercises from a wide range of exercises, and therefore it is a substitute for various gym facilities and accessories. As such it is a “universal” facility.
This figure also illustrates a securing facility 20, which its structure is detailed hereinafter.
As mentioned, rod training 12d is a spinner, i.e., its middle part 29 is rotatable.
Numeral 27 denotes a polygonal prismatic form of an end of a training rod, and numeral 28 denotes an edge of a training rod, coated with rubber, for depressing connection noise.
Preferably, the polygonal prism is octagonal. Experiments made by the applicant have shown that an octagonal prism cab be easier inserted into the securing facility 20.
In order to install a training rod 12 into the universal gym facility 100, the user firstly inserts edge 28 into the corresponding hole of facility 100, and then places the other edge 27 into the securing facility 20, and then secures the securing facility.
The figures also illustrate how to lock a training rod 12 to a securing facility 20 of supporting pillars 11.
In these figures the training rod 12 has a form of an octagonal prism. In fact any prism with a polygonal cross-section will do, but octagonal prism is preferred as it integrates easier into the securing facility 20. Only the end of the training rod has to be in a prismatic form.
It should be noted that training rod 12 is truncated in order to facilitate the understanding.
The securing facility 20 includes a latch 22, which rotates along the hinge 24, and is pushed by a spring 23 toward the training rod 12. The latch 22 includes a flat surface 25, respectively with a flat face of the training rod 12. A security bolt 21 fixes the latch in such a position that the flat surface 25 of latch 22 is pressed against the flat side of the training rod 12, thus preventing the training rod from rotating.
Upon removing the security bolt 21, the latch 22 can rotate and thereby releasing the training rod 12.
