Abstract
A urinal includes a urinal bowl comprising a top bowl wall; a urinal spray head comprising a water spraying opening; and a mounting hole configured to install the urinal spray head. The mounting hole is disposed on a top bowl wall of the urinal bowl. The water spraying opening faces a urinal bowl surface of the urinal bowl.

FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of sanitary products, and particularly to a urinal. The present disclosure relates to the technical field of sanitary products, and particularly to a urinal device.


BACKGROUND

The ceramic body of the urinal has a urinal bowl, and in order to flush the surface of the urinal bowl, especially the bowl bottom surface of the urinal bowl (a surface of one side opposite to the front side bowl opening), a spray head is generally provided on a bowl wall or a bowl bottom plate of the urinal bowl. The spray head is connected to a water supply pipe of the urinal, and a sensor is assembled on the ceramic body of the urinal or a wall, and when a user is detected to be standing in front of the urinal, the sensor sends a signal to a controller, the controller automatically opens an electric valve controlling the opening and closing of the nozzle, and the nozzle starts spraying water to flush the surface of the urinal bowl, and in particular, to flush the bowl bottom surface of the urinal bowl.


The Chinese Utility Model Patent Publication No. CN203238757U discloses that a urinal spray head is mounted on the bottom surface of the top bowl wall of the urinal bowl, which is protruding downward, therefore the user can see the downward protruding urinal nozzle, which affects the appearance of the product.


The Chinese Invention Patent Publication No. CN113323096A discloses that the urinal nozzle is mounted directly on the washing surface of the urinal bowl, and the user can see the forward protruding urinal spray head, which affects the appearance of the product.


The existing urinal comprises a urinal body (ceramic body), a nozzle, an inductor, a power supply, and an electromagnetic water valve. The nozzle is mounted in a urinal bowl of the urinal body for rinsing the cleaning surface of the urinal bowl. The inductor is mounted on a top front side of the urinal body and is used to sense whether a user is using the urinal. Electromagnetic water valve controls the on and off of the waterway of the nozzle according to the signal from the inductor. The power supply provides power to the electromagnetic water valve and the inductor.


In the prior art, a mounting cavity is provided on a rear side of the urinal body, and the power supply, the electromagnetic water valve, and the like are mounted in the mounting cavity. For example, in a urinal disclosed in the Chinese Utility Model Patent Publication No. CN218176026U, an electromagnetic water valve assembly and a power supply assembly are mounted in the mounting cavity on a rear side of the ceramic body. For example, in a urinal disclosed in the Chinese Utility Model Patent Publication No. CN218643472U, a power supply assembly, an electromagnetic water valve assembly, a controller and the like are also mounted in the mounting cavity on a rear side of the ceramic body.


The above mounting method is specifically defective as follows:


The urinal body is generally fixedly mounted on a wall surface, and the opening of the mounting cavity is fitted onto the wall surface, the two are typically bonded with glass cement at the connection. If the electrical elements fail, the urinal body needs to be removed for repair, resulting in inconvenient maintenance.


SUMMARY

The present disclosure aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a urinal, wherein a urinal spray head is hidden in a top bowl wall of a urinal bowl, so that the user cannot see the urinal spray head, and a water spraying opening of the urinal spray head faces toward the urinal bowl surface (the washing surface), which ensures that the urinal bowl surface can be flushed, and also makes the urinal product have a concise appearance.


The technical solution of the present disclosure provides a urinal, comprising a urinal body having a urinal bowl and a urinal spray head having a water spraying opening;

    • a mounting hole for mounting the urinal spray head is provided in a top bowl wall of the urinal bowl;
    • the urinal spray head is assembled in the mounting hole, the water spraying opening faces a urinal bowl surface of the urinal bowl.


In one of the optional technical solutions, a bottom of the top bowl wall has a bowl wall flange for blocking the urinal spray head, the bowl wall flange is located in the front of the urinal spray head.


In one of the optional technical solutions, the water spraying opening is in the shape of an elongate strip, the water spraying opening extends along a width direction of the urinal bowl.


In one of the optional technical solutions, the urinal bowl surface comprises a bowl bottom surface and a side bowl wall surface, the bowl bottom surface is arranged opposite to a front side bowl opening of the urinal bowl;

    • the water spraying opening at least faces the bowl bottom surface.


In one of the optional technical solutions, the mounting hole is located in front of the bowl bottom surface;

    • the water spraying opening is located in front of the bowl bottom surface and is inclined downward and backward.


In one of the optional technical solutions, a portion of an edge of the bowl bottom surface toward a side of the mounting hole extends into the mounting hole.


In one of the optional technical solutions, an opening at one end of the mounting hole toward the urinal bowl is a flared opening, and the water spraying opening is located in the flared opening.


In one of the optional technical solutions, a surface of one side of the water spraying opening abuts the bowl bottom surface.


In one of the optional technical solutions, the mounting hole is located above the bowl bottom surface and extends rearwardly and upwardly;


the water spraying opening is located in front of the bowl bottom surface and is inclined downward and backward.


In one of the optional technical solutions, a rear side edge of the water spraying opening abuts the bowl bottom surface.


In one of the optional technical solutions, the urinal spray head comprises a spray head body having a water channel, a nozzle connected to the spray head body and a connecting pipe connected to the spray head body;

    • the nozzle has a water cavity communicated with the water channel, and the water spraying opening is provided on one side of the nozzle and communicated with the water cavity;
    • the spray head body and the nozzle are located in the mounting hole, the connecting pipe passes through the mounting hole.


In one of the optional technical solutions, the urinal body is provided with a mounting cavity or mounting groove for arranging a water supply pipe;

    • one end of the connecting pipe is located in the mounting cavity or the mounting groove.


In one of the optional technical solutions, the mounting cavity or the mounting groove is located at a top of the urinal body.


In one of the optional technical solutions, the connecting pipe has an external thread and the connecting pipe is provided with a lock nut.


In one of the optional technical solutions, one side of the spray head body facing the urinal bowl surface has a main body ramp;

    • the nozzle is in the shape of a flat plate, and one side of the nozzle abuts the main body ramp.


By adopting the technical solutions above, the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects:


The present disclosure provides a urinal, comprising a urinal body and a urinal spray head, a mounting hole is provided in the top bowl wall of the urinal bowl, and the urinal spray head is mounted in the mounting hole to hide the urinal spray head so that the user cannot see the urinal spray head, which makes the urinal product have a concise appearance. The urinal spray head is located at a top of the urinal bowl, and the water spraying opening of the urinal spray head faces a urinal bowl surface (the cleaning surface), and water sprayed from the water nozzle is sprayed directly to an upper part of the urinal bowl surface, and then flows downwardly along the urinal bowl surface for cleaning, so as to realize flushing of the urinal bowl surface.


In summary, the present disclosure provides a urinal, which ensures the ability to flush the urinal bowl surface, while avoiding the user from seeing the urinal spray head, making the urinal product have a concise appearance and improving the appearance quality of the product, by hiding the urinal spray head in the top bowl wall of the urinal bowl.


The present disclosure aims to overcome the defects in the prior and provides a urinal device, wherein an accessory mounting cavity is provided at a top of the urinal body, an openable top cover is configured at a top of the accessory mounting cavity, a power supply, an electric-controlled water valve and other equipment are mounted in accessory mounting cavity, when there is a malfunction that requires maintenance, there is no need to disassemble the urinal body, users only need to open the top cover for repair, which is convenient for later maintenance.


A technical solution of the present disclosure provides a urinal device comprising a urinal body, a flushing nozzle, an inductor, an electric-controlled water valve, and a power supply;

    • a urinal bowl is provided at a front side of the urinal body, an accessory mounting cavity is provided at a top of the urinal body, and a top cover is mounted on a top cavity opening of the accessory mounting cavity;
    • the flushing nozzle is connected to a bowl wall or bowl bottom plate of the urinal bowl;
    • the power supply and the electric-controlled water valve are respectively mounted in the accessory mounting cavity, an inlet end of the electric-controlled water valve is connected to an inlet pipe, an outlet end of the electric-controlled water valve is connected to an inlet end of the flushing nozzle through a connecting pipe;
    • the inductor is connected to a front side cavity wall of the accessory mounting cavity, and the inductor is in signal connection to the electric-controlled water valve;
    • the electric controlled water valve and the inductor are respectively connected to the power supply through wires.


In one of the optional technical solutions, a vacuum breaker is connected in series between the electric-controlled water valve and the flushing nozzle, the vacuum breaker is connected to the connecting pipe.


In one of the optional technical solutions, an angle valve is connected to an inlet end of the inlet pipe, the angle valve is in the accessory mounting cavity.


In one of the optional technical solutions, a communication hole communicated with the accessory mounting cavity is provided in a top bowl wall of the urinal bowl;

    • the flushing nozzle passes through the communicating hole, the inlet end of the flushing nozzle extends into the accessory mounting cavity.


In one of the optional technical solutions, a water spraying end of the flushing nozzle is in a lower end opening of the communication hole, and a water spraying opening of the water spraying end faces towards a cleaning surface of the urinal bowl.


In one of the optional technical solutions, a bracket is removably mounted in the accessory mounting cavity and the electric-controlled water valve is connected to the bracket.


In one of the optional technical solutions, the top cover is connected to a cavity wall of the accessory mounting cavity through a buckle.


In one of the optional technical solutions, the top cover comprises two top cover side plates arranged opposite to each other, a hook is assembled in an inner side of each top cover side plate;

    • a pressure pin element is removably mounted on each of side cavity walls on both sides of the accessory mounting cavity;
    • the pressure pin element is removably connected to the hook.


In one of the optional technical solutions, a bottom surface of the top cover side plate has a faying surface, and an inner side of the faying surface has a convex projecting downwardly;

    • the faying surface laps over a top surface of the side cavity wall and the convex is blocked by an inner side of the side cavity wall.


In one of the optional technical solutions, the hook comprises a hook crossbar and two hook vertical bars, the two hook vertical bars are connected to two ends of the hook crossbar;

    • two side plate assembly holes are provided at intervals on an inner surface of the top cover side plate, and upper ends of the two hook vertical bars are inserted respectively in the two side plate assembly holes;
    • one end of the pressure pin element presses against the hook crossbar.


In one of the optional technical solutions, the side cavity wall is provided with a cavity wall assembly hole;

    • the pressure pin element comprises a sleeve having an internal thread, a pin body having an external thread and a knob connected to the pin body;
    • the sleeve is mounted in the cavity wall assembly hole, the knob is on an outer side of the side cavity wall, the pin body passes through the sleeve, and the pin body is connected to the sleeve through threads.


By adopting the technical solutions above, the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects:


The present disclosure provides the urinal device, comprising the urinal body, the flushing nozzle, the inductor, the electric-controlled water valve, the power supply and the like. The accessory mounting cavity is provided at the top of the urinal body, and the openable top cover is configured at the top of the accessory mounting cavity. The power supply, electric-controlled water valve and other equipment are mounted in the accessory mounting cavity. When the power supply, electric-controlled water valve and other equipment fail and need maintenance, there is no need to disassemble the urinal body, users only need to open the top cover for repair, which is convenient for later maintenance.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The specific embodiments of the present disclosure are further described with reference to the drawings hereinafter. Same parts are denoted by same reference numerals. It should be noted that the terms “front”, “back”, “left”, “right”, “up” and “down” used in the following description refer to the directions in the drawings, and the terms “inner” and “outer” refer to the directions towards or far away from geometric centers of specific parts respectively.


Example 1

As shown in FIGS. 1-4 and 9, a urinal provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a urinal body 1 having a urinal bowl 11 and a urinal spray head 2 having a water spraying opening 20.


A mounting hole 13 for mounting the urinal spray head 2 is provided in a top bowl wall 12 of the urinal bowl 11.


The urinal spray head 2 is assembled in the mounting hole 13, the water spraying opening faces a urinal bowl surface 111 of the urinal bowl 11.


In the present disclosure, the side of the urinal facing the user is referred to as the front side, and the side of the urinal facing the wall is referred to as the rear or back side.


The present disclosure provides the urinal, comprising the urinal body 1 and the urinal spray head 2. The urinal body 1 may be a ceramic body or a metal body, and a sensor 3 may be mounted optionally on an upper part of the urinal body 1.


The urinal body 1 has the urinal bowl 11 at the front of the urinal body 1 and an inner surface of the urinal bowl 11 is the urinal bowl surface 111, which is a washing surface or a cleaning surface that needs to be flushed.


The urinal spray head 2 may be an existing spray head, which is hidden in the top bowl wall 12 of the urinal bowl 11, and the user cannot see the urinal spray head 2 from outside. Specifically, the top bowl wall 12 is provided with the mounting hole 13 for mounting the urinal spray head 2. The mounting hole 13 may be a vertical hole extending perpendicularly, or an inclined hole extending inclinedly. The bottom end surface or bottom end side of the urinal spray head 2 has the water spraying opening 20, and the water spraying opening 20 faces the urinal bowl surface 111 of the urinal bowl 11. The other end of the urinal spray head 2 is used to connect with a water supply pipe 4.


The water supply pipe 4 is mounted with a control valve (solenoid valve), the control valve is in signal connection to the sensor 3. When the sensor 3 senses that a user is standing in front of the urinal bowl 11, it sends signal to the control valve, the control valve opens, and the urinal spray head 2 sprays water through the water spraying opening 20. When the user is sensed to have left, after a preset time, for example, 5 s, 7 s, 10 s, etc., the control valve closes the water circuit and the urinal spray head 2 stops spraying water.


The present disclosure mainly relates to the improvement of the mounting method of the urinal spray head 2. For the control of the urinal spray head 2 and the water circuit connection, reference can be made to the contents of the prior art, which has been omitted herein.


Since the water spraying opening 20 is located at a top of the urinal bowl 11, the water sprayed from the water spraying opening 20 directly flushes the upper part of the urinal bowl surface 111, and then flows downwardly along the urinal bowl surface 111 in order to flush the residual urine on the urinal bowl surface 111 to a bowl bottom of the urinal bowl 11, and discharge it through a drain pipe.


The water spraying opening 20 may be in the shape of a straight line, mainly flushing the surface of the substantially vertically arranged bowl bottom plate of the urinal bowl 11. In the present disclosure, the side opposite to the front side opening of the urinal bowl 11 is referred to as a bowl bottom. The water spraying opening 20 may also be U-shaped, so that it can flush the surface of the bowl bottom plate as well as the bowl wall surfaces of the left and right sides of the urinal bowl 11.


As can be seen, in the urinal provided by the present disclosure, the mounting hole 13 is provided in the top bowl wall 12 of the urinal bowl 11 and the urinal spray head 2 is mounted in the mounting hole 13, such that the urinal spray head 2 is hidden and the user cannot see the urinal spray head 2, making the urinal product have a concise appearance. The urinal spray head 2 is located at the top of the urinal bowl 11, and the water spraying opening 20 of the urinal spray head 2 faces the urinal bowl surface 111 (the cleaning surface), and water sprayed from the water nozzle 20 is sprayed directly onto the upper part of the urinal bowl surface 111, and then flows downwardly along the urinal bowl surface 111 for cleaning, so as to realize flushing of the urinal bowl surface 111.


In summary, the urinal provided by the present disclosure ensures the ability to flush the urinal bowl surface 111, while avoiding the user from seeing the urinal spray head 2, making the urinal product have a concise appearance and improving the appearance quality of the product, by hiding the urinal spray head 2 in the top bowl wall 12 of the urinal bowl 11.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 9, a bottom of the top bowl wall 12 has a bowl wall flange 121 for blocking the urinal spray head 2, the bowl wall flange 121 is located in front of the urinal spray head 2.


In this embodiment, the urinal spray head 2 can be better blocked by configuring the bowl wall flange 121 at a bottom of the top bowl wall 12. The bowl wall flange 121 protrudes downwardly at a bottom surface of the top bowl wall 12 and forms a part of a hole wall of the mounting hole 13.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 5-7, the water spraying opening 20 is in the shape of an elongate strip, the water spraying opening 20 extends along a width direction of the urinal bowl 11, which increases the spraying area, and may flush along the width direction of the urinal bowl surface 111 (in particular the bowl bottom surface 1111 described below), allowing for better flushing of the urinal bowl surface 111.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 1-3, and 9, the urinal bowl surface 111 comprises a bowl bottom surface 1111 and a side bowl wall surface 1112, the bowl bottom surface 1111 is arranged opposite to a front side bowl opening of the urinal bowl 11. The water spraying opening 20 at least faces the bowl bottom surface 1111.


The urinal bowl surface 111 may be substantially U-shaped, the urinal bowl surface comprises a bowl bottom surface 1111 and a side bowl wall surface 1112. The bowl bottom surface 1111 is a surface of a bowl bottom plate of the urinal bowl 11, which is arranged opposite to the front side bowl opening of the urinal bowl 11, and the bowl bottom surface 1111 is the main washing surface. The side bowl wall surfaces 1112 are surfaces of both sides of the bowl wall.


The water spraying opening 20 at least faces the bowl bottom surface 1111, comprising the following two modes:


The first mode: the entire the water spraying opening 20 faces the bowl bottom surface 1111, for example, by using a straight shape or elongated strip shape of the water spraying opening 20.


The second mode: a main portion of the water spraying opening 20 faces the bowl bottom surface 1111 and a small portion of the water spraying opening 20 faces the side bowl wall surface 1112, for example, by using a U-shaped water spraying opening 20.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 2-4, the mounting hole 13 is located in front of the bowl bottom surface 1111. The water spraying opening 20 is located in front of the bowl bottom surface 1111 and is inclined downward and backward.


In this embodiment, the mounting hole 13 may be a vertical hole which is located in front of the bowl bottom surface 1111, and therefore, the water spraying opening 20 is also located in front of the bowl bottom surface 1111. The water spraying opening 20 adopts the arrangement of extending diagonally downwardly and rearwardly, which facilitates spraying the water diagonally downwardly and rearwardly to the rear side of the bowl bottom surface 1111, so as to ensure that the bowl bottom surface 1111 can be flushed.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a portion of an edge of the bowl bottom surface 1111 toward a side of the mounting hole 13 extends into the mounting hole 13.


In this embodiment, the mounting hole 13 is located at a root of the top bowl wall 12, that is, the mounting hole 13 is located in the area where the top bowl wall 12 meets the bowl bottom surface 1111, and a portion of a top edge of the bowl bottom surface 1111 extends into the mounting holes 13 as a portion of the hole wall of the mounting hole 13, and as long as the water spraying opening 20 is inclined proximate to or toward this side of hole wall, it can be ensured that water sprayed out from the water nozzle 20 is able to flush the bowl bottom surface 1111.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, an opening at one end of the mounting hole 13 toward the urinal bowl 11 is a flared opening 131, and the water nozzle 20 is located in the flared opening 131.


In this embodiment, a lower end of the mounting hole 13 is a flared opening 131, a rear side of the flared opening 131 is inclined toward a top of the bowl bottom surface 1111, and the water spraying opening 20 is in the flared opening 131, and as long as the water spraying opening 20 is inclined proximate to or toward a rear side of the flared opening 131, it can be ensured that the water sprayed out from the water nozzle 20 is able to flush the bowl bottom surface 1111.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, a surface of one side of the water spraying opening 20 abuts the bowl bottom surface 1111, specifically, a rear side surface of the water spraying opening 20 abuts a top edge of the bowl bottom surface 1111, which has high fit degree, and is more beneficial for the water sprayed out from the water spraying opening 20 to flush the bowl bottom surface 1111.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIG. 9, the mounting hole 13 is located above the bowl bottom surface 1111 and extends rearwardly and upwardly. The water spraying opening 20 is located in front of the bowl bottom surface 1111 and is inclined downward and backward.


In this embodiment, the mounting hole 13 is directly in a top of the bowl bottom surface 1111, and the mounting hole 13 is an inclined hole which inclinedly extends rearwardly and upwardly. The water spraying opening 20 is provided at a bottom corner of a front end of the urinal spray head 2, and the urinal spray head 2 is inclined with the mounting hole 13. The water spraying opening 20 is slightly in front of the bowl bottom surface 1111, and the water spraying opening 20 is substantially perpendicular to an axis of the mounting hole 13, so that the water spraying opening 20 is inclined downwardly and rearwardly so as to face towards the bowl bottom surface 1111, which facilitates spraying water diagonally downwardly and rearwardly onto the rear side of the bowl bottom surface 1111, so as to ensure that the bowl bottom surface 1111 can be flushed.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIG. 9, a rear side edge of the water spraying opening 20 is near to the bowl bottom surface 1111, which has high fit degree, and is more beneficial for the water sprayed out from the water nozzles 20 to rush towards the bowl bottom surface 1111.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 5-8, the urinal spray head 2 comprises a spray head body 21 having a water channel 211, a nozzle 22 connected to the spray head body 21, and a connecting pipe 23 connected to the spray head body 21.


The nozzle 22 has a water cavity 221 communicated with the water channel 211, and the water spraying opening 20 is provided on one side of the nozzle 22 and communicated with the water cavity 221.


The spray head body 21 and the nozzle 22 are located in the mounting hole 13, the connecting pipe 23 passes through the mounting hole 13.


In this embodiment, the urinal spray head 2 comprises the spray head body 21, the nozzle 22, and the connecting pipe 23. The spray head body 21 has the water channel 211. The nozzle 22 is removably mounted on one side of the spray head body 21. The water spraying opening 20 is provided at a bottom of the nozzle 22. The shape of the water cavity 221 in the nozzle 22 desirably corresponds with the shape of the water spraying opening 20. One side of the nozzle 22 facing the spray head body 21 has a connecting plug 222, the connecting plug 222 is connected to a water outlet 2111 of the water channel 211. One end of the connecting pipe 23 is connected to the spray head body 21, specifically, one end of the connecting pipe 23 is connected to a water inlet of the water channel 211. The other end of the connecting pipe 23 is used for connecting with the water supply pipe 4.


When assembled, the spray head body 21 and the nozzle 22 are both assembled in the mounting hole 13, the connecting pipe 23 passes through the mounting hole 13 to be connected to the water supply pipe 4.


When a lower end of the mounting hole 13 is configured with a flared opening 131, both the spray head body 21 and the nozzle 22 are assembled in the flared opening 131.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 9, the urinal body 1 is provided with a mounting cavity 14 or a mounting groove 15 for arranging the water supply pipe 4. One end of the connecting pipe 23 is located in the mounting cavity 14 or the mounting groove 15.


In this embodiment, the urinal body 1 comprises the mounting cavity 14 or mounting groove 15 for arranging the water supply pipe 4, and one end of the connecting pipe 23 extends into the mounting cavity 14 or mounting groove 15 for connecting with the water supply pipe 4, also facilitating mount and fix of the urinal spray head 2 in the mounting cavity 14 or mounting groove 15.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 9, the mounting cavity 14 or the mounting groove 15 is at the top of the urinal body 1, directly located above the urinal bowl 11, which is beneficial to shorten the connecting distance between the connecting pipe 23 and the water supply pipe 4, and facilitates the connection.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 5, 6, and 8, the connecting pipe 23 has an external thread 231 and the connecting pipe 23 is configured with a lock nut 24.


In this embodiment, a section of the connecting pipe 23 is provided with the external thread 231 and connected to the lock nut 24, and a gasket may be provided under the bottom of the lock nut 24. After passing the connecting pipe 23 through the mounting hole 13, the lock nut 24 is tightened to secure the connecting pipe 23, and the fixed installation of the urinal spray head 2 can be completed.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 8, one side of the spray head body 21 facing the urinal bowl surface 111 has a main body ramp 212. The nozzle 22 is in the shape of a flat plate, and one side of the nozzle 22 abuts the main body ramp 212.


In this embodiment, a rear side surface of the spray head body 21 is inclinedly arranged, and the spray head body 21 has the main body ramp 212, which inclines backwardly and downwardly in a direction along the front-to-back direction. The nozzle 22 adopts a flat plate structure or a panel structure, and a front side surface of the nozzle 22 abuts the main body ramp 212 so that the water spraying opening 20 which is at the lower end of the nozzle 22 is also tilted backwardly and downwardly to face the bowl bottom surface 1111, which facilitates the structural arrangement.


An embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a method for manufacturing a urinal. FIG. 22 is a flow chart of a method for manufacturing a urinal according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The urinal in the method may be the urinal according to any of the embodiments, and the descriptions regarding the urinal are incorporated herein. The urinal is configured to perform an operation, function, or the like as described in the present disclosure.


At act S2201, the water cavity 221 of the nozzle 22 is connected to the water channel 211 of the spray head body 21.


Specifically, as described above and below, the urinal spray head 2 comprises a spray head body 21 having a water channel 211, a nozzle 22 connected to the spray head body 21, and a connecting pipe 23 connected to the spray head body 21. The nozzle 22 has a water cavity 221 in fluid communication with the water channel 211.


At act S2202, the water spraying opening 20 is provided on one side of the nozzle 22 and in fluid communication with the water cavity 221.


Specifically, as described above and below, a urinal spray head 2 has a water spraying opening 20, and the water spraying opening 20 faces the urinal bowl surface 111 of the urinal bowl 11. The water spraying opening 20 is provided on one side of the nozzle 22 and communicated with the water cavity 221. The water nozzle 20 sprays the water toward the bowl bottom surface 1111.


At act S2203, the water channel 211 is connected to the first end of the connecting pipe 23.


Specifically, as described above and below, one end of the connecting pipe 23 is connected to the spray head body 21, specifically, one end of the connecting pipe 23 is connected to a water inlet of the water channel 211. The other end of the connecting pipe 23 is used for connecting with the water supply pipe 4.


At act S2204, the spray head body 21 and the nozzle 22 are installed in the mounting hole 13 disposed on the top bowl wall 12 of the urinal bowl 11.


Specifically, as described above and below, the mounting hole 13 is provided in the top bowl wall 12 of the urinal bowl 11, and the urinal spray head 2 is mounted in the mounting hole 13, such that the urinal spray head 2 is hidden and the user cannot see the urinal spray head 2, making the urinal product have a concise appearance. When assembled, the spray head body 21 and the nozzle 22 are both assembled in the mounting hole 13, the connecting pipe 23 passes through the mounting hole 13 to be connected to the water supply pipe 4.


Although the above steps of the method for assembling the tank assembly are described to be sequentially performed, the steps merely instantiate the technical idea of some embodiments of the present disclosure. Therefore, a person having ordinary skill in the art could perform the steps by changing the sequences described in the respective drawings or by performing two or more of the steps in parallel. Thus, the steps described above are not limited to the illustrated sequence.


The above technical solutions may be combined as required to achieve the best technical effect.


Example 2

As shown in FIGS. 10-16, The present disclosure provides a urinal device, comprising a urinal body 1, a flushing nozzle (e.g., a urinal spray head 2), an inductor (e.g., a sensor 3), an electric-controlled water valve 9, and a power supply 5.


A urinal bowl 11 is provided at a front side of the urinal body 1, an accessory mounting cavity (e.g., a mounting cavity 14) is provided at a top of the urinal body 1, and a top cover 18 is mounted on a top cavity opening of the mounting cavity 14.


The urinal spray head 2 is connected to a bowl wall or bowl bottom plate of the urinal bowl 11.


The power supply 5 and the electric-controlled water valve 9 are respectively mounted in the mounting cavity 14, an inlet end of the electric-controlled water valve 9 is connected to an inlet pipe 8, an outlet end of the electric-controlled water valve 9 is connected to an inlet end 41 of the urinal spray head 2 through a connecting pipe (e.g., a water supply pipe 4).


The sensor 3 is connected to a front side cavity wall 122 of the mounting cavity 14, and the sensor 3 is in signal connection to the electric-controlled water valve 9.


The electric-controlled water valve 9 and the sensor 3 are respectively connected to the power supply 5 through wires.


The present disclosure provides the urinal device, comprising the urinal body 1, the urinal spray head 2, the sensor 3, the electric-controlled water valve 9, the power supply 5 and the like.


The urinal body 1 is a ceramic body or metal body, and its front side has the urinal bowl 11. The mounting cavity 14 is above the urinal bowl 11, the mounting cavity 14 is spaced from the urinal bowl 11 by a top bowl wall 12 of the urinal bowl 11. The mounting cavity 14 has a cavity opening at the top, that is, the mounting cavity 14 has the top cavity opening. The top cover 18 is assembled at the top cavity opening, and the top cover 18 can be opened to install accessories in the mounting cavity 14. Normally, the top cover 18 is placed on the top cavity opening to cover the accessories in the mounting cavity 14. A number of through holes 1241 may be provided in a rear side cavity wall 124 of the mounting cavity 14 for arranging water pipes or wires.


The urinal spray head 2 is used to rinse a cleaning surface (e.g., a urinal bowl surface 111) of the urinal bowl 11, the urinal bowl surface 111 is an inner surface of the urinal bowl 11, referring in particular to the surface of the bowl bottom plate of the urinal bowl 11. The bowl bottom plate of the urinal bowl 11 is arranged opposite the front side bowl opening of the urinal bowl 11, and urine will be sprayed onto the surface of the bowl bottom plate. The urinal spray head 2 may be mounted on the bowl wall of the urinal bowl 11, for example, below the top bowl wall 12 of the urinal bowl 11, or on the inside of a side bowl wall of the urinal bowl 11. The urinal spray head 2 may also be mounted on the bowl bottom plate of the urinal bowl 11. The number of urinal spray heads 2 may be selected as needed, and a water spraying end 22 of the urinal spray heads 2 may extend into the urinal bowl 11, or a hidden arrangement may be selected.


An infrared sensor may be selected as sensor 3, which is used to sense whether a user is standing in front of the urinal bowl 11. The sensor 3 is mounted on the front side cavity wall 122 of the mounting cavity 14, specifically, a mounting hole may be provided in the front side cavity wall 122, and the sensor 3 passes through the mounting hole or is stowed in the mounting hole.


The electric-controlled water valve 9 may be an electromagnetic water valve. The electric-controlled water valve 9 is assembled in the mounting cavity 14, and the electric-controlled water valve 9 is in the waterway of the urinal spray head 2 to control the on and off of the waterway of the urinal spray head 2. The waterway of the urinal spray head 2 comprises the inlet pipe 8 and the water supply pipe 4, the inlet pipe 8 is used to be connected to an external municipal water pipe, and the water supply pipe 4 is used to connect the urinal spray head 2 with the electric-controlled water valve 9. Specifically, an inlet end of the inlet pipe 8 is connected to the municipal water pipe or the angle valve, and an outlet end of the inlet pipe 8 is connected to the inlet end of the electric-controlled water valve 9. The water supply pipe 4 is connected between the outlet end of the electric-controlled water valve 9 and the inlet end 41 of the urinal spray head 2.


The sensor 3 is connected to the electric-controlled water valve 9 through a wire for signal transmission. The electric-controlled water valve 9 has a circuit board or microcontroller which receives the signal from the sensor 3 and then opens the waterway of the urinal spray head 2 or closes the waterway of the urinal spray head 2. In a normal state, the electric-controlled water valve 9 closes the waterway of the urinal spray head 2 and the urinal spray head 2 does not spray water. When the sensor 3 senses that a user is standing in front of the urinal bowl 11, it sends a first signal to the electric-controlled water valve 9, the electric-controlled water valve 9 opens the waterway of the urinal spray head 2, and the urinal spray head 2 starts spraying water to rinse the urinal bowl surface 111 of the urinal bowl 11. When the sensor 3 senses that a user has left the urinal bowl 11, it sends a second signal to the electric-controlled water valve 9, which closes the waterway of the urinal spray head 2 after a delay of several seconds.


The power supply 5 is mounted in the mounting cavity 14 for supplying power to the inductive sensor 3 and the electric controlled water valve 4. The power supply 5 may be an ordinary battery or a rechargeable battery. The inductive sensor 3 and the electric-controlled water valve 9 are connected to the power supply 5 by wires respectively.


In summary, the urinal device provided by the present disclosure is provided with the mounting cavity 14 on the top of the urinal body 1, and the openable top cover 18 configured at the top of the mounting cavity 14. The electric-controlled water valve 9, the power supply 5, and other equipment are mounted in the mounting cavity 14 respectively. When the electric-controlled water valve 9, power supply 5 and other equipment fail and need maintenance, there is no need to disassemble the urinal body 1, users only need to open the top cover 18 for repair, which is convenient for later maintenance.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 11, 13, and 15, a vacuum breaker 6 is connected in series between the electric-controlled water valve 9 and the urinal spray head 2, the vacuum breaker 6 is connected to the water supply pipe 4.


The vacuum breaker 6, also known as an inhalation valve, is used to maintain a stable pressure in the water supply pipe 4 and to maintain the stability of the water spray from the urinal spray head 2.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 11, 13, and 15, the angle valve 7 is connected to the inlet end of the inlet pipe 8, the angle valve 7 is in the mounting cavity 14.


In this embodiment, the angle valve 7 is used to connect with the water supply pipe in a wall body, and when mounted, one end of the angle valve 7 is connected in the wall body, and a knob and an outlet end of the angle valve are in the mounting cavity 14. The angle valve 7 passes through a through hole 1241 in the rear side cavity wall 124 in order to enter the mounting cavity 14, thereby hiding the angle valve 7 and making it invisible to the user from the outside. In the normal state, the angle valve 7 is in a normally open state. When inspection and maintenance are required, users may open the top cover 18 and close the angle valve 7.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 15-17, a communication hole (e.g., a mounting hole 13) in communication with the mounting cavity 14 is provided in the top bowl wall 12 of the urinal bowl 11.


The urinal spray head 2 passes through the communicating hole 113, the inlet end 41 of the urinal spray head 2 extends into the mounting cavity 14.


In this embodiment, the urinal spray head 2 is connected to the top bowl wall 12 of the urinal bowl 11, and the top bowl wall 12 is provided with the mounting hole 13, the mounting hole 13 is communicated with the urinal bowl 11 and the mounting cavity 14. The urinal spray head 2 passes through the communicating hole 113, and its water spraying end 22 can be extended into the urinal bowl 11, or it can be hidden in a lower end opening of the communicating hole 113. The inlet end 41 of the urinal spray head 2 extends into the mounting cavity 14 for connecting with the water supply pipe 4. The inlet end 41 may be secured in the mounting cavity 14 by a fastener, specifically, a lock nut may be configured on the inlet end 41 to lock the inlet end 41 in place. In the event of a malfunction of the urinal spray head 2, the urinal spray head 2 can be removed from the communicating hole 113 by opening the top cover 18, loosening the lock nut, and holding the water spraying end 22 by hand, without disassembling the urinal body 1.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIG. 16, the water spraying end 22 of the urinal spray head 2 is in the lower end opening of the mounting hole 13, and a water spraying opening 20 of the water spraying end 22 faces towards the urinal bowl surface 111 of the urinal bowl 11.


In this embodiment, the water spraying end 22 of the urinal spray head 2 is hidden in the lower end opening of the mounting hole 13, and the user will not see the urinal spray head 2 from the outside, such that the appearance of the product is concise, which improves the appearance quality of the product.


The lower end of the water spraying end 22 has a water spraying opening 20, the water spraying opening 20 faces towards the urinal bowl surface 111 of the urinal bowl 11 to ensure that the water sprayed from the water spraying nozzle 20 can rinse the urinal bowl surface 111.


Desirably, the water spraying opening 20 is slightly in front of the urinal bowl surface 111 and the water spraying opening 20 inclines backwardly and downwardly.


Desirably, the water spraying opening 20 extends along the width direction or left-right direction of the urinal bowl surface 111 to increase the rinsing area.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 14-16, a bracket 16 is removably mounted in the mounting cavity 14 and the electric-controlled water valve 9 is connected to the bracket 16.


In this embodiment, the electric-controlled water valve 9 is mounted in the mounting cavity 14 through the bracket 16, and the electric-controlled water valve 9 is propped up through the bracket 16 to avoid contact with the bottom plate of the mounting cavity 14. Two connecting holes are provided on the bottom plate of the mounting cavity 14, and two screws 17 are mounted on the bracket 16, and the two screws 17 pass through the two connecting holes and are secured respectively. Specifically, the screws may be secured with nuts, or the expansion screws may be secured directly with the connecting holes with an interference fit.


In one of the embodiments, the top cover 18 is connected to a cavity wall of the mounting cavity 14 through a buckle.


In this embodiment, the side wall of the top cover 18 and/or the cavity wall of the mounting cavity 14 is provided with a snap structure, and the top cover 18 is fastened by the snap structure after the top cover 18 is placed on the mounting cavity 14, which improves the reliability of the top cover 18 and prevents the top cover 18 from falling off from a top of the urinal body 1. The snap structure may use a plastic buckle that is spliced to a side wall of the top cover 18 and/or the cavity wall of the mounting cavity 14.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 18 and 20, the top cover 18 comprises two top cover side plates 183 arranged opposite to each other, a hook 19 is assembled on an inner side of each top cover side plate 183.


A pressure pin element 15 is removably mounted on each of side cavity walls 123 on both sides of the mounting cavity 14.


The pressure pin element 15 is removably connected to the hook 19.


In this embodiment, the top cover 18 comprises a top cover top plate 181, a top cover front end plate 182, and two top cover side plates 183. The top cover front end plate 182 is integrally connected to a front side edge of the top cover top plate 181 for overlapping with the front side cavity wall 122 of the mounting cavity 14. Two top cover side plates 183 are integrally connected to the left and right sides of the top cover top plate 181 for overlapping with the side cavity walls 123 on both sides of the mounting cavity 14.


In order to improve the connection stability, one hook 19 is assembled on the inner side of each of the top cover side plates 183, the hook 19 is a metal member or a plastic member. The pressure pin element 15 is assembled on each of the side cavity walls 123, respectively, and the pressure pin element 15 is a metal member or a plastic member. The pressure pin elements 15 are retractable relative to the side cavity walls 123. After mounting the top cover 18 in place, the pressure pin element 15 is moved toward the mounting cavity 14 such that the pressure pin element 15 is connected to the hook 19, for example, the end portion of the pressure pin element 15 presses against the hook 19, the end portion of the pressure pin element 15 is in snap-fit connection to the hook 19, and so forth. When it is necessary to open the top cover 18, the top cover 18 is opened by pulling the pressure pin element 15 outwards such that the end portion of the pressure pin element 15 is detached from the hook 19.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 20 and 21, a bottom surface of the top cover side plate 183 has a faying surface 1831, and an inner side of the faying surface 1831 has a downwardly projecting convex 1832.


The faying surface 1831 laps over a top surface 1232 of the side cavity wall 123 and the convex 1832 is blocked by an inner side of the side cavity wall 123.


In this embodiment, the bottom surface of the top cover side plate 183 has a step portion, specifically, the bottom surface of the top cover side plate 183 has a slightly outwardly area with a relatively flat faying surface 1831, and the faying surface 1831 has a downwardly protruding convex 1832 on an inner side of the faying surface 1831. When the top cover 18 is placed over the top cavity opening of the mounting cavity 14, the faying surface 1831 laps over a top surface of the side cavity wall 123 and the convex 1832 is blocked by the inner side of the side cavity wall 123 to prevent the top cover 18 from moving left and right.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, the hook 19 comprises a hook crossbar 191 and two hook vertical bars 192, the two hook vertical bars 192 are connected to two ends of the hook crossbar 191.


Two side plate assembly holes 1833 are provided at intervals on an inner surface of the top cover side plate 183, and upper ends of the two hook vertical bars 192 are inserted respectively into the two side plate assembly holes 1833.


One end of the pressure pin element 15 presses against the hook crossbar 191.


In this embodiment, the hook 19 is a U-shaped hook, and the hook 19 comprises the hook crossbar 191 and two hook vertical bars 192. The hook crossbar 191 extends along a front-back direction of the top cover side plate 183, and the two hook vertical bars 142 are connected to front and back ends of the hook crossbar 191 and extend toward each other. The inner surface of the top cover side plate 183 is provided with two side plate assembly holes 1833. The upper end of the hook vertical rod 192 is configured with a bent terminal end, and the bent terminal ends of the two hook vertical rods 192 are inserted in the two side plate assembly holes 1833 to assemble the U-shaped hooks on the inner side of the top cover side plate 183. After mounting the top cover 18 in place, the pressure pin element 15 is pushed towards the mounting cavity 14, with one end of the pressure pin element 15 pressed against the hook vertical bar 191 to press the top cover 18 in place.


In one of the embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 18, 20, and 21, the side cavity wall 123 is provided with cavity wall assembly holes 1231.


The pressure pin element 15 comprises a sleeve 151 having an internal thread, a pin body 152 having an external thread and a knob 153 connected to the pin body 152.


The sleeve 151 is mounted in the cavity wall assembly hole 1231, the knob 153 is on an outer side of the side cavity wall 123, the pin body 152 passes through the sleeve 151, and the pin body 152 is connected to the sleeve 151 through threads.


In this embodiment, the pressure pin element 15 comprises the sleeve 151, the pin body 152, and the knob 153. The sleeve 151 has an internal thread, a section of the pin body 152 has an external thread, and the knob 153 is connected to one end of the pin body 152.


The side cavity wall 123 is provided with the cavity wall assembly hole 1231, and the sleeve 151 is fixedly mounted in the cavity wall assembly hole 1231. The knob 153 is on the outside of the side cavity wall 123 for operation by a user. The pin body 152 passes through the sleeve 151 and the two are threadedly connected. As the user rotates the knob 153, the pin body 152 is movable along an axial direction relative to the sleeve 151 to press against the hook crossbar 191 or move away from the hook crossbar 191.


An embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a method for manufacturing a urinal. FIG. 23 is a flow chart of a method for manufacturing a urinal according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. The urinal in the method may be the urinal according to any of the embodiments, and the descriptions regarding the urinal are incorporated herein. The urinal is configured to perform an operation, function, or the like as described in the present disclosure.


At act S2301, the urinal spray head 2 is connected to the bowl wall or the bowl bottom plate of the urinal bowl 11.


Specifically, as described above and below, the urinal spray head 2 is connected to the top bowl wall 12 of the urinal bowl 11, and the top bowl wall 12 is provided with the mounting hole 13, the mounting hole 13 is communicated with the urinal bowl 11 and the mounting cavity 14. The urinal spray head 2 passes through the communicating hole 113, and its water spraying end 22 can be extended into the urinal bowl 11, or it can be hidden in a lower end opening of the communicating hole 113. The inlet end 41 of the urinal spray head 2 extends into the mounting cavity 14 for connecting with the water supply pipe 4.


At act S2302, the power supply 5 and the electric-controlled water valve 9 are installed in the mounting cavity 14.


Specifically, as described above and below, the power supply 5 and the electric-controlled water valve 9 are respectively mounted in the mounting cavity 14, an inlet end of the electric-controlled water valve 9 is connected to an inlet pipe 8, an outlet end of the electric-controlled water valve 9 is connected to an inlet end 41 of the urinal spray head 2 through a connecting pipe (e.g., a water supply pipe 4).


At act S2303, the outlet end of the electric-controlled water valve 9 is connected to the inlet end 41 of the urinal spray head 2 through a water supply pipe 4.


Specifically, as described above and below, the waterway of the urinal spray head 2 comprises the inlet pipe 8 and the water supply pipe 4, the inlet pipe 8 is used to be connected to an external municipal water pipe, and the water supply pipe 4 is used to connect the urinal spray head 2 with the electric-controlled water valve 9. Specifically, an inlet end of the inlet pipe 8 is connected to the municipal water pipe or the angle valve, and an outlet end of the inlet pipe 8 is connected to the inlet end of the electric-controlled water valve 9. The water supply pipe 4 is connected between the outlet end of the electric-controlled water valve 9 and the inlet end 41 of the urinal spray head 2.


At act S2304, the sensor 3 is connected to the front side cavity wall 122 of the mounting cavity 14 and communicably coupled to the electric-controlled water valve 9.


Specifically, as described above and below, the sensor 3 is connected to a front side cavity wall 122 of the mounting cavity 14, and the sensor 3 is in signal connection to the electric-controlled water valve 9. The electric-controlled water valve 9 and the sensor 3 are respectively connected to the power supply 5 through wires.

FIG. 24 is a block diagram of a controller of a urinal according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. A controller 300 of the urinal may perform the operations, functions, or the like as described in the present disclosure.


Specifically, the controller 300 comprises a processor 310, a communication unit 320 communicably connected to the processor 310, and a storage 330 communicably connected to the processor 310.


The controller 300 in the present disclosure can be implemented by any appliances or by any software or applications run by the appliances. The controller 300 may be connected to a workstation or another external device (e.g., control panel, remote) and/or a database for receiving user inputs, system characteristics, and any of the values described herein. Optionally, the controller 300 may include an input device and/or a sensing circuit in communication with any of the sensors. The sensing circuit receives sensor measurements from as described above. Optionally, the controller 300 may include a drive unit for receiving and reading non-transitory computer media having instructions. Additional, different, or fewer components may be included.


The processor 310 is configured to perform instructions stored in memory for executing the algorithms described herein 310. The processor 310 may be a general purpose or specific purpose processor, an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC), one or more programmable logic controllers (PLCs), one or more field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), a group of processing components, or other suitable processing components. The processor 310 is configured to execute computer code or instructions stored in memory or received from other computer readable media (e.g., embedded flash memory, local hard disk storage, local ROM, network storage, a remote server, etc.). The processor 310 may be a single device or combinations of devices, such as associated with a network, distributed processing, or cloud computing.


The communication unit 320 may include any operable connection, ingress ports, and egress ports. An operable connection may be one in which signals, physical communications, and/or logical communications may be sent and/or received. An operable connection may include a physical interface, an electrical interface, and/or a data interface. The communication unit 320 may be connected to a network. The network may include wired networks (e.g., Ethernet), wireless networks, or combinations thereof. The wireless network may be a cellular telephone network, an 802.11, 802.16, 802.20, or WiMax network, a Bluetooth pairing of devices, or a Bluetooth mesh network. Further, the network may be a public network, such as the Internet, a private network, such as an intranet, or combinations thereof, and may utilize a variety of networking protocols now available or later developed including, but not limited to TCP/IP based networking protocols.


In an embodiment, the storage 330 may include one or more devices (e.g., memory units, memory devices, storage devices, etc.) for storing data and/or computer code for completing and/or facilitating the various processes described in the present disclosure. The storage 330 may include random access memory (RAM), read-only memory (ROM), hard drive storage, temporary storage, non-volatile memory, flash memory, optical memory, or any other suitable memory for storing software objects and/or computer instructions. The storage 330 may include database components, object code components, script components, or any other type of information structure for supporting the various activities and information structures described in the present disclosure. The storage 330 may be communicably connected to processor via a processing circuit and may include computer code for executing (e.g., by processor) one or more processes described herein. For example, the storage 330 may include graphics, web pages, HTML files, XML files, script code, shower configuration files, or other resources for use in generating graphical user interfaces for display and/or for use in interpreting user interface inputs to make command, control, or communication decisions.

A urinal, comprising: a urinal bowl comprising a top bowl wall;a urinal spray head comprising a water spraying opening; anda mounting hole configured to install the urinal spray head, the mounting hole disposed on a top bowl wall of the urinal bowl,wherein the water spraying opening faces a urinal bowl surface of the urinal bowl.
  • 28. The urinal according to claim 27, further comprising: a bowl wall flange disposed on a bottom of the top bowl wall and configured to block the urinal spray head,wherein the bowl wall flange is disposed in front of the urinal spray head.
  • 29. The urinal according to claim 28, wherein the water spraying opening has a shape of an elongate strip, and wherein the water spraying opening extends along a width direction of the urinal bowl.
  • 30. The urinal according to claim 27, wherein the urinal bowl surface comprises: a bowl bottom surface directed toward a front side bowl opening of the urinal bowl, andwherein the water spraying opening faces the bowl bottom surface.
  • 31. The urinal according to claim 30, wherein the mounting hole is disposed in front of the bowl bottom surface, and wherein the water spraying opening is disposed in front of the bowl bottom surface and is inclined downwards and backwards.
  • 32. The urinal according to claim 31, wherein a portion, directed toward the mounting hole, of an edge of the bowl bottom surface extends into the mounting hole.
  • 33. The urinal according to claim 32, further comprising: a flared opening disposed at one end, directed toward the urinal bowl, of the mounting hole,wherein the water spraying opening is disposed in the flared opening.
  • 34. The urinal according to claim 31, wherein a surface the water spraying opening abuts the bowl bottom surface.
  • 35. The urinal according to claim 30, wherein the mounting hole is disposed above the bowl bottom surface and extends backwards and upwards, and wherein the water spraying opening is disposed in front of the bowl bottom surface and is inclined downwards and backwards.
  • 36. The urinal according to claim 35, wherein a rear side edge of the water spraying opening abuts the bowl bottom surface.
  • 37. The urinal according to claim 27, wherein the urinal spray head comprises: a spray head body comprising a water channel;a nozzle configured to be connected to the spray head body; anda connecting pipe configured to be connected to the spray head body,wherein the nozzle comprises a water cavity in fluid communication with the water channel,wherein the water spraying opening is disposed on one side of the nozzle and in fluid communication with the water cavity,wherein the spray head body and the nozzle are disposed in the mounting hole, andwherein the connecting pipe is configured to pass through the mounting hole.
  • 38. The urinal according to claim 37, further comprising: a mounting cavity or a mounting groove configured to accommodate a water supply pipe,wherein one end of the connecting pipe is disposed in the mounting cavity or the mounting groove.
  • 39. The urinal according to claim 38, wherein the mounting cavity or the mounting groove is disposed on a top of a urinal body.
  • 40. The urinal according to claim 37, wherein the connecting pipe comprises an external thread, and wherein the connecting pipe comprises a lock nut.
  • 41. The urinal according to claim 37, further comprising: a main body ramp disposed on one side, facing the urinal bowl surface, of the spray head body,wherein the nozzle has a shape of a flat plate, andwherein one side of the nozzle abuts the main body ramp.
  • 42. A urinal spray head of a urinal, the urinal spray head comprising: a spray head body comprising a water channel;a nozzle configured to be connected to the spray head body, the nozzle comprising a water cavity in fluid communication with the water channel;a water spraying opening disposed on one side of the nozzle and in fluid communication with the water cavity; anda connecting pipe having a first end configured to be in fluid communication with the water channel and having a second end configured to be in fluid communication with a water supply pipe.
  • 43. The urinal spray head according to claim 42, wherein the spray head body and the nozzle are configured to be disposed in a mounting hole, andwherein the connecting pipe is configured to pass through the mounting hole.
  • 44. The urinal spray head according to claim 43, wherein the water spraying opening is configured to be disposed in front of a bowl bottom surface of a urinal bowl and inclined downwards and backwards.
  • 45. A method for manufacturing a urinal, the method comprising: connecting a water cavity of a nozzle to a water channel of a spray head body;providing a water spraying opening on one side of the nozzle and in fluid communication with the water cavity;connecting the water channel to a first end of a connecting pipe; andinstalling the spray head body and the nozzle in a mounting hole disposed on a top bowl wall of a urinal bowl.
  • 46. The method according to claim 45, further comprising: connecting a water supply pipe to a second end of a connecting pipe; andinstalling the water supply pipe and the second end of the connecting pipe in a mounting cavity or a mounting groove.
