Referring to
The water supply unit 1 is provided so that water can flow into the urine scattering prevention device 100. Water is introduced into the water supply unit 1 to guide the water toward the housing 2. At this time, the water supply unit 1 may be provided in the form of a tube or tube so that water may be guided from a water supply source (not shown) in the space where the toilet bowl is installed into the urine scattering prevention device 100.
The housing 2 is connected to the water supply unit 1 and forms the appearance of the urine scattering prevention device 100. The connection method between the housing 2 and the water supply unit 1 is not limited. An additional component may be connected between the housing 2 and the water supply unit 1, or the housing 2 and the water supply unit 1 may be directly connected.
For example, depending on the purpose of use, a Y-shaped pipe may be connected between the water supply part 1 and the housing 2 so that water may be divided, or if the water pressure of the water supply source is too strong, a part such as a pressure reducer may be used. may be installed.
A recessed portion 22 may be formed in the housing 2. The recessed portion 22 will be described later.
The housing 2 may include an opening/closing part 23 to block the internal space from the outside of the urine scattering prevention device 100 or to be open to the outside of the urine scattering prevention device 100. Thus, when the urine scattering prevention device 100 malfunctions, it is possible to conveniently perform internal repairs.
The guide unit 3 may be connected to the housing to guide water discharged from the housing 2. Specifically, the guide unit 3 may guide the water discharged from the housing 2 to a spraying unit 4 to be described later.
The housing 2 may include a pressing part 24. The pressing portion 24 is a contact portion of a tightening unit 52 to be described later. Since the housing 2 is generally made of plastic, excessive pressure on the housing 2 may cause the housing to crack or break. Since the housing 2 is pressurized by the tightening unit 52, it can be protected by the pressing part 24.
A first contact portion 25 protects the housing 2 and can prevent shaking when the housing 2 is coupled to the toilet bowl. The first contact portion 25 may include an inclined contact surface along the outer surface of the toilet to adhere to the outer surface of the toilet. Specifically, the lower portion of the first contact portion 35 is longer than the upper portion, so that the contact surface may be directed upward rather than the front side.
The guide unit 3 may be provided in the form of a tube or tube. The guide unit 3 may extend toward the inside of the toilet bowl. The guide unit 3 may serve as a passage for guiding water introduced into the housing 2 to the spraying unit 4. Therefore, it is preferable that the guide unit 3 is provided to be bent.
When the guide unit 3 is provided in the form of a pipe, the bending point may be the same as the inside of the toilet or a little more inside than the inner boundary of the toilet bowl.
The spraying unit 4 may be coupled with the guide unit 3. Also, the spraying unit 4 may communicate with the guide unit 3. Water guided from the guide unit 3 may be injected into the toilet bowl through the spraying unit 4.
The spraying unit 4 may be provided in the form of a nozzle. The spraying unit 4 may inject the introduced water into the toilet bowl. At this time, water may be sprayed into the toilet bowl. At this time, water may be sprayed in the form of mist.
When the mist is sprayed from the spraying unit 4, it can be sprayed to cover the inner cross-section of the toilet. Currently, the mist does not have to cover all the inner cross section of the toilet bowl.
The mist sprayed from the spraying unit 4 may form a water film that prevents urine from splashing into the user or the space where the toilet is installed when the user urinates. Of course, since the mist sprayed by the spraying unit 4 flows into the toilet bowl by gravity, there is no need to clean the space where the toilet is installed to remove the mist.
In addition, the mist sinks into the toilet over time, but the mist is continuously sprayed from the spraying unit 4 while water is continuously supplied from the water supply unit 1. Therefore, the mist can form a water film that shields the opening portion of the toilet bowl.
The mounting part 5 is provided to mount the housing 2 to the toilet bowl. The mounting part 5 includes a holder 51 and a tightening unit 52.
The holder 51 is preferably provided with a material with excellent rigidity. As will be described later, the holder 51 is pressed toward the toilet by the tightening unit 52. In addition, since the holder 51 supports the weight of the housing 2, if it is easily deformed even with a small force, it is difficult to predict the maximum effect according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
The holder 51 may include a first holding part 511, a second holding part 512, and a third holding part 513. The first holding part 511, the second holding part 512, and the third holding part 513 are merely separately described for convenience of description. That is, the first holding part 511, the second holding part 512, and the third holding part 513, which will be described later, may be integrally formed, or may be integrally combined in an assembly type.
The first holding part 511 is a portion connected to the housing 2. The first holding part 511 may be connected to the housing and directly provide support to the housing 2. In detail, the housing 2 may be seated on the first holding part 511. The first holding part 511 may be provided in a form extending toward the toilet bowl.
In detail, the first holding part 511 may include a shape extending in the transverse direction of the toilet bowl. Specifically, the first holding part 511 may be mounted on the upper surface of the toilet bowl. Here, the upper surface of the toilet may be a surface on which the toilet seat cover is placed. The first holding part 511 may include a shape extending in the width direction of the housing 2.
The first holding part 511 may include a tightening connection portion 5111. The tightening connection portion 5111 is a part connected to the tightening unit 52 to be described later. The tightening connection portion 5111 may be provided on one side of the first holding part 511.
In detail, the holder 51 extends in the width direction of the housing 2 and is bent at the side of the housing 2 and the toilet bowl to have a closed structure. At this time, a tightening connection portion 5111 may be provided at a bent portion of the housing 2 side.
The tightening connection portion 5111 may include a nut part 5111a to which a bolt part 522 to be described later is coupled.
The second holding part 512 may be a portion that is bent at the other side of the first holding part 511 and extends to the lower side of the toilet bowl. In detail, the second holding part 512 may extend below a portion of the toilet bowl that meets the toilet seat cover. Specifically, the second holding part 512 may be provided along the inner wall of the toilet or inclined toward the inner wall of the toilet.
The third holding part 513 is a portion that is bent from the second holding part 512 and extends toward the inner circumferential surface of the toilet bowl. The third holding part 513 may couple the urine scattering prevention device 100 according to an embodiment to the toilet bowl together with the first holding part 511. The third holding part 513 may extend more inclined toward the inner wall of the toilet bowl than the second holding part 512.
That is, the third holding part 513 may provide support to the housing 2 by being in close contact with the inside of the toilet bowl.
The third holding part 513 may be removed if necessary. If there is no third holding part 513, the second holding part 512 bent from the first holding part 511 and extended to the inside of the toilet bowl is connected to the inner circumferential surface of the toilet bowl, thereby the urine scattering prevention device 100 can be coupled to the toilet bowl.
The third holding part 513 may further include a second contact portion 5131. The third holding part 513 may not include the second contact portion 5131 if necessary. This is because the toilet bowl has excellent rigidity compared to the housing 2. Accordingly, the second contact portion 5131 may be detachably provided.
That is, the housing 2 is provided with a first contact portion 25 provided so that the toilet bowl and the housing 2 come into close contact, and the second holding part 512 is provided so that the inside of the toilet bowl and the second holding part 512 are in close contact. A second contact portion 5131 is provided, and the first contact portion 25 and the second contact portion 5131 press the outside and inside of the toilet bowl and prevent the housing 2 from moving.
The tightening unit 52 is connected to the tightening connection portion 5111 and is provided to press the housing 2.
According to one embodiment, the tightening unit 52 may include a cap part 521 and a bolt part 522. The bolt part 522 can push the housing 2 as it is coupled to the tightening connection portion 5111a and rotated.
At this time, the cap part 521 may be provided so that the user can conveniently rotate the bolt part 522.
Referring to
According to one embodiment, the water supply unit 1 may be inserted into the housing 2 and connected to the housing 2 by rotating a water supply connection unit 21 to one side.
The user can easily remove the water supply unit 1 from the urine scattering prevention device 100 by rotating the water supply connection unit 21 to the other side, and the user can easily install, exchange, and remove the product.
Referring to
The spraying angle adjusting unit 514 includes an extension 5141 and a guide connection 5142.
The extension 5141 is a part connected to the second holding part 512. The extension 5141 may be provided on both sides of the second holding part 512. The extension 5141 may be provided so that the guide connection 5142 to be described later can freely rotate.
The extension 5141 may be provided to surround a part of the second holding part 512. The lengths of one side and the other side of the extension 5141 surrounding the second holing part 512 may be different from each other. Accordingly, attachment and detachment of the extension 5141 may be facilitated. However, it is not limited thereto, and the lengths of one side and the other side may be the same depending on the material or coupling type of the extension 5141.
The extension 5141 may be movably provided along the second holding part 512. When the extension part 5141 is provided to surround the second holding part 512, it can easily move along the second holding part 512 while being coupled with the second holding part 512. Accordingly, it is possible to effectively create a urine scattering prevention water film regardless of the type and size of the toilet bowl.
The guide connection 5142 is a part to which the guide unit 3 is connected. As described above, the guide unit 3 may be appropriately bent according to the type or size of the toilet. Thus, the effect of the urine scattering prevention water film can be maximized.
The guide connection 5142 is rotatably coupled to the extension 5141. By changing the direction of the guide unit 3, it is possible to effectively create a urine scattering prevention water films. As the guide connection 5142 rotates, the direction the spraying unit 4 faces may change.
That is, the urine scattering prevention device 100 according to an embodiment may include a spraying angle adjusting unit 514 on the second holding part 512. The spraying angle adjusting unit 514 may be provided so that at least a part of the guide unit 3 is connected and the position of the spraying unit 4 can be changed.
Referring to
It is sufficient if the operating unit 6 can perform a role of allowing the water introduced into the housing 2 to be discharged to the guide unit 3 or blocking it from being discharged.
Specifically, the operating unit 6 may be connected to the water supply unit 1. The operating unit 6 is provided so that the guide unit 3 and the water supply unit 1 communicate when the operating unit 6 rotates in one direction, and when the operating unit 6 rotates in the other direction, the operating unit 6 rotates. Water guided from the water supply unit 1 may be connected to the guide unit 3. That is, water supplied from the water supply unit 1 may be guided to the guide unit 3 or restricted from being guided to the guide unit 3 according to the rotation direction of the operating unit 6.

When the installation location is determined, the user may move the housing 2 toward the toilet bowl T through the tightening unit 52.
For example, as described above, if the tightening unit 52 is provided with the cap part 521 and the bolt part 522, the user can rotate the cap part 521. Accordingly, the bolt part 522 may pass through the nut part 5111a and transmit force to the pressing part 24 of the housing 2. Since the pressing part 24 is integrally coupled with the housing, as the bolt part 522 advances toward the housing 2, the housing 2 can come into close contact with the toilet bowl T.
In other words, the distance between the housing 2 and the third holding part 513 may be shortened. The first contact portion 25 may contact the outer surface of the toilet bowl T, and the third holding part 513 may contact the inner surface of the toilet bowl T.
After the first contact portion 25 or the housing 2 is connected to the outside of the toilet bowl T and the third mounting part 513 is connected to the inside of the toilet bowl T, the housing 2 and the third mounting part The length of 513 may not vary or may be slightly shortened. After that, as the bolt part 522 rotates, the fixing force of the urine scattering prevention device 100 may increase. When the user determines that the bolt part 522 is no longer rotated or the urine scattering prevention device 100 is not removed, the operation of the tightening part 52 can be stopped and the installation can be completed.
After the first contact portion 25 or the housing 2 is connected to the outside of the toilet bowl T and the third holding part 513 is connected to the inside of the toilet bowl T, the length of the housing 2 and third holding part 513 may not vary or may be slightly shortened. After that, as the bolt part 522 rotates, the fixing force of the urine scattering prevention device 100 may increase. When the user determines that the bolt part 522 is no longer rotated or the urine scattering prevention device 100 is not removed, the operation of the tightening unit 52 can be stopped and the installation can be completed.
According to one embodiment, it is possible to provide a device that can easily prevent urine scattering without electronic equipment. Since electronic equipment is not used, the production cost can be lowered, and the urine scattering prevention device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure can be provided to consumers at a reasonable price.
The urine scattering prevention device 100 according to an embodiment may further include a cleaning unit 7. The cleaning unit 7 may contain a liquid or solid cleaning agent.
The cleaning unit 7 may be provided to communicate with the inside of the housing 2. The cleaning unit 7 may be provided so that at least a portion of the cleaning agent is discharged to the spraying unit 4 together with water as water introduced from the water supply unit 1 flows into the guide unit 3.
The structure through which the cleaning agent is discharged is not limited. For example, when the cleaning agent is solid, water to be introduced into the housing 2 may pass through the cleaning unit 7 and be guided to the guide unit 3. Similarly, when the cleaning agent is a liquid, if the housing 2 and the cleaning unit 7 are in communication, the cleaning agent can be melted in water and guided to the guide unit 3 together.
The cleaning unit 7 may be detachably provided. Thus, the cleaning unit 7 can be easily replaced.
Thus, even if the urine scattering prevention device 100 further includes the washing unit 7, it can also perform a function of washing the inside of the toilet bowl T without a separate electrical component.
According to one embodiment, in the urine scattering prevention device 100, an electric appliance accommodating part (not shown) may be accommodated in the housing 2, and an operating unit 6′ may be provided as an electric appliance. At this time, the operating unit 6′ may include a control unit (not shown). A sensor (not shown) may be provided on the outside of the electrical component accommodating unit or the housing 2.
The sensor detects the user's use of the toilet bowl (T) and the urine scattering prevention device 100 may automatically operate.
Specifically, the sensor unit may detect the opening and closing of the toilet seat cover placed on the upper surface of the toilet bowl T. The toilet seat cover may be composed of a seat portion where a user does not sit and a cover portion covering the seat portion. Here, the sensor may detect a state in which both the seat portion and the cover portion are opened and closed.
Specifically, the sensor may use at least one of a proximity sensor and a pressure sensor. The sensor may detect a closed state of the toilet seat cover when a nearby toilet cover is detected and may detect an open state of the toilet seat cover when no nearby toilet cover is detected. Alternatively, the sensor may detect a closed state of the toilet seat cover when pressure is applied by the toilet seat cover and may detect an open state of the toilet seat cover when no pressure is applied.
When the sensor detects that the lid or the toilet seat of the toilet bowl T is opened, the operation unit 6′ may operate the urine scattering prevention device 100.
When the sensor detects that the lid or the toilet seat of the toilet bowl T is opened, the operation unit 6′ may operate the urine scattering prevention device 100.
As a result, the user can use the toilet bowl cleanly due to the device for preventing urine scattering without a separate action when urinating.
Similarly, when the sensor detects that the lid or the seat of the toilet bowl T is closed, the operation unit 6′ can stop the operation of the urine scattering prevention device 100.
Thus, it is possible to minimize power consumption by using the urine scattering prevention device 100 only during the user's use time.
According to the embodiment shown in
The recessed portion 22 of the housing 2 of the urine scattering prevention device 100 according to one embodiment may be provided with a hanging portion 221 and a button portion 222.
The hanging portion 221 may fix the first holding part 511 to a specific position. Specifically, the user may feel that height adjustment is necessary according to the structure or shape of the toilet in which the urine scattering prevention device 100 according to an embodiment is installed. At this time, if the first holding part 511 can always be located only on the uppermost side of the recessed portion 22, the user's satisfaction when using the urine scattering prevention device 100 may not be great. Therefore, the hanging portion 221 may be provided to adjust the height of the urine scattering prevention device according to the user's selection.
The hanging portion 221 may limit the movement of the first holding part 511 when the first holding part 511 is coupled to the housing 2. When there is a need to remove the urine scattering prevention device 100 from the toilet, a button portion 222 may be provided so that the urine scattering prevention device 100 can be easily removed.
The button portion 222 is provided on the outside of the housing 2, and when the user presses the button portion 222, a hanging portion 221 is inserted into the housing 2 to enable removal of the holder 51.
The shape of the hanging portion 221 is not limited. The hanging portion 221 suffices if the movement of the first holding part 511 is restricted.
For example, as shown in
In addition, when the hanging portion 221 is provided in the form of upwardly inwardly of the recessed portion 22 from both sides of the recessed portion 22, the user simply inserts the first holding part 511 into the recessed portion 22. By inserting it, the position of the first holding part 511 can be determined. At this time, by pressing the button portion 222, the first holding part 511 can be removed.
Although representative embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications are possible to the above-described embodiments without departing from the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should not be limited to the described embodiments and should not be defined and should be defined by not only the claims to be described later, but also those equivalents to these claims.
