Claims
- 1. A user authorization system comprising:
a placard adapted to be suspended from a vehicle rearview mirror, said placard having indicia indicating a user to be handicapped, a user name, duration of placard validity and a human cognizable digital image of the user.
- 2. An improved method of vehicular law enforcement wherein a law enforcement officer records the speed a motorist is traveling using a radar device, detains the motorist upon the motorist exceeding a statutory speed limit and reduces excession of the limit to a written speed limit citation noting therein the radar device recordation wherein the improvement lies in: collecting a human cognizable digital image of the motorist, printing said image on said citation.
- 3. An improved method of parking law enforcement wherein a parking code enforcement officer identifies a vehicle parked in noncompliance with a parking regulation and reduces the noncompliance to written citation noting thereon the type of noncompliance wherein the improvement lies in: collecting a human cognizable digital image of the vehicle upon reduction of the noncompliance to the written violation, said image being printed on said citation and stored in a computer memory in conjunction with information of said citation.
- 4. An improved method of verifying the identity of a permitted driver of a vehicle under rental agreement wherein said permitted operator enters into a written contract for the temporary usage of a vehicle wherein the improvement lies in: collecting a human cognizable digital image of the permitted operator, said image being printed on said agreement and stored in a computer memory in conjunction with information of said agreement.
- 5. An improved tag having a substrate imprinted with indicia and information specific to an owner of the tag, wherein the tag is secured to an article of luggage or a pet, wherein the improvement lies in: printing a human cognizable digital image of the user on the tag.
- 6. The improved tag of claim 5 having a further improvement lying in: a perforation in the tag for a strap to pass through.
- 7. The improved tag of claim 5 having a further improvement lying in: an attachment means to secure the tag to an article of luggage.
